Is cryptopay.me Legit?

I genuinely thought CP was a secure & above board entity but it seems like they are just like all the other scammers!After trying to access my account I was directed to security check. That’s fair enough but then after approval I try to log in I’m declined & asked to go through more security checks. After several weeks of ping ping msg’s I’ve now been sent pages of re instatement questions to answer. What a con, 5 star delaying tactics - it’s obvious they do not want you to withdraw or access funds -BE WARNED!

I am very happy by using Cryptopay to do my weekly transactions. The platform is very easy and offers lots of intelligent features. I like the mass payout functionality mostly. What is missing are some Alt coins but I understand that this is a nice to have. The onboarding porocess was quick, and the guys there knew what they were doing form the way they asked questions. I feel that my crypto business is in very good hands and can only recommend it. But not to my competitors.

My experience with Cryptopay has been fabulous.The verification took only a couple of minutes, depositing funds and converting them to Crypto was a very smooth process.So far I have no complaints with the service, really exited for the new cards.

I've been using Cryptopay to liquidate my Crypto for a while, and very rarely I faced any issues.Had some problems, but the support team was super quick and solved them.5 stars guaranteed.

Horrible customer service, they never reply or respond to you and give you dumb ass responses if they even do reply. Have to verify identification multiple times before you can do any withdrawals. Actually withdrawals don't even show up as pending or being reviewed. Seems like they may even block you at times, waste of time leaving messages because no one returns the message.

After buying some crypto previously I decided I want to withdraw my balance. I checked my account to see that they charge me a storage fee and they also asked me to re-verify my account because my previous verification expired.I completed all steps including sending a selfie + photos of my Id + bank statements and I login to see that they declined my verification and blocked all future attempts at verification.THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!Edit: This morning they verified my account and allowed me to withdraw, changing rating to 4 stars

Terrible service and unresponsive support.They charge you 0.0146682 ETH (~49 USD at the time of writing) per month just for holding assets if you do not use them. An ETH wallet is 42 bytes, 49 usd seems reasonable for storing this much data... I am unable to withdraw my funds because my account is unverified now even though I had all my information added. The support quality is bellow hell, they are unable to give you exact steps to verify an account. Been trying to verify my account for few weeks, they either don't like the document, the file format, photo quality, date, name... anything just to make the worst customer service... Don't recommend their service at all.

I've found Cryptopay to be excellent. I brought in a small amount of BTC to test and got a virtual card.I used support and they were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.They charge less fees and at a lower rate than some/most of their competitors.Overall my experience has been excellent and I recommend them.

It is a serious company and I am more than happy with it. They have fast support whether it is communication via live chat or email. Crypto exchange is excellent. Crypto exchange to fiat is excellent. Sending to your bank account quick and easy.If you are deciding on a wallet with full service, I can only recommend it.P.S. you don't have to worry about providing documents, they need it to verify your identity.

Almost impossible to register an account. Set up an account with email and attempted to upload driver ID for verification, yet was told country details did not match. That makes no sense. I log off and can not log on as Cryptopay now tellls me that log on credentials are invalid. Customer service is almost non existent. All I recieved was an unhelpful email. Tried to register again. Was told enter code sent to my mobile when registering but I received nothing. Click resend and still nothing. Terrible customer service. Makes me think this is a scam site.

I’m an old Cryptopay user, I used their service for several years, probably since 2017.I was always satisfied with them, the registration and verification process are very simple and fast.Their service works with normal fees on exchange crypto or load card etc.About the support: I think the best support ever what I used. There isn’t any other similar company on the market where the support is online almost all the day. I always got very fast answers and they solved my problems, fixed their issues on time.I recommend Cryptopay for everybody.

Hello friends, cryptopay is scam company ran by freewallet, and HITBTC. They steal crypto, and make it difficult to get back through fake KYC proccess. Dmiterys dad Alexey Gunyashov, and vasilli meschyerokov in Russia have organized these scams. I have put it through to the FBI, ans a bunch if other organizations. They hide some of their money in the succalles. I was hoping some angry government would have killed dmitrey by now.

Being an older person not used to doing verification processes or understanding how todo these, plus computer navigation with phone it was very helpful when the verification team helped me with how todo information very easy to understand. In turn I have told friends how helpful Cryptopay is to work with.The time frame was when Cryptopay was working beginning at 8/9 pm my time in NZ so I was still up at midnight trying to do much that was required tiredness was certainly felt.Thank goodness we managed to get there in the end.So a huge thankyou from me to Cryptopay for getting me there.Gail Allsop.

I'm with Cryptopay since 2016 and whenever I need something solved by their support team I will receive an answer within the next few hours. If you have to reset your 2FA it really just take around one day, just some documents needed that you have anyway. Card works well and if you transfer your money first on the Currency account the switch in the app is pretty cheap.

Since June can not unload or use any money that's on my card, they keep saying that funds are stuck with Payrnet and they're fully depended on them. For more then 6 month's my money is frozen in cryptopay account, can not do anything with them.

Yet another stupid startup.I sent them a copy of my valid passport (still vaid for many years) yet they said it's expired.They only give an option to take a photo of your bank statement with your webcam (you cannot upload a pdf) , but I had my bank statement in PDF, so I converted it to a picture to send it to them and they said "we don't accept screenshots".yet another startup who is lead by stupid people

Incredible bad experience with them unfortunate. The received money was blocked after a withdrawal for unknown reason. Took weeks to get it solved and still waiting...Update: Despite your 'standard support' reply now, it's 2 weeks further and you're getting me crazy. I have no words for your companies behaviour!
