Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between crumb.pet and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of crumb.pet. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

Ordered one from online website. I never arrived.
This company is a huge Hoax. the Tag they sent me was not even like the tag they show online. My tag had the Same print on it but it was a hollow Grey Plastic tag. didnt even have a chip in the Plastic. There was nothing in it. I tried for Months and could not get anyone to cancel my account untill i had to go to my Bank and tell them I had been taken for a ride by a scammer sight. Noone be fooled by this Product. They kept taking my money untill I had to Have my bank to suspend the Payment. They dont have a number in any of their social media because after they get you signed up on payments there is no way to cancel. Someone needs to stop these guys. I contacted the attorney General and I\'m waiting on a call. They took money for over a year after i found out my dog had an empty grey plastic hollow tag. My Tag was not Black like the ones in the Advertisements.
Like the above respondant I wanted to cancel the \"service\" which is supplied but there is no way of contacting the organisation - a sure sign of a scam! I have also asked my bank not to respond to any request for payment
I got a tag about a year ago and didn\'t know that when I activated it, I would be charged an annual fee as a \'premium user\'. I didn\'t realise this until a month ago and I\'m still trying to claim my money back. The only way you can contact them is via email and when I send emails to them, they take a very long time to reply. I\'ve so far had 2 replies trying to convince me to keep the subscription (which I didn\'t realise I had signed up for) and offering me all sorts of \'useless\' perks. They have yet to reply to my third email in which I have threatened to report them, but upon reading the awful reviews of this company, I doubt it will make any difference. I have therefore had to ask my bank to block any further payments and will probably have to write it off as a bad experience. Nonetheless, something should be done about this company. I should have done my research and I feel very stupid for falling for this scam.
Very difficult to cancel the subscription that I was unaware that I signed up for. Each item ie. vet stuff, you must cancel separately from the subscription. so at least two lots of codes even then the cancelation buttons don\'t work. I paid originally through paypal, I\'ve canceled the subscription and they are looking into Crumb pet. to get my money back.
Thank you very much for the information. I’m so glad I didn’t fall for this scam! I always use you to check if something is legit.
I didn’t realize I was signing up for a recurring subscription. I cancelled it but it was not easy to cancel
Like many comments above, I was not aware I was signing up for a subscription service. I thought I was purchasing dog tags! Over two weeks later when nothing had arrived, I checked my PayPal account to get details on the transaction and possibly report a problem. That\'s when I found out that instead of a one-time payment, they had initiated a subscription request. From another complainant, it seems to get activated when you register the details of your pet. Very sneaky and cheeky. I promptly cancelled it.
Signed up for a \'free\' tag with $6 postage. Website states option to upgrade on receipt of free tag to a premium subscription. I didn\'t sign up for the subscription but the company set up a direct debit anyway and without authorisation. Ignored all requests for refund. Have now cancelled the DD through bank.
We felt that this company did a bait and switch with customers. When we went to register our dog tag, they automatically signed us up for a premium subscription with auto-renewal. We ended up paying for a service that we did not agree to, and when we tried to cancel, they did not return the payment that was erroneously charged. I feel it is dishonest in the way they market their programs. They should specify up front what the costs are. I am very disappointed in Crump.pet.
