Is cruise.co.uk Legit?

Have dealt with Tom Harding for quite a few years, from our P&O days to Princess and Celebrity and he never fails to impress. His knowledge means no stones are unturned and points out little nuggets of information, some good some not so good, which may enhance or detract from the experience. Must be one of the best in the industry

We have used Tom for probably over 10 years now and he is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Over the years he has got to know what we like and don't like and has advised accordingly. His knowledge of both ships and destinations is invaluable and when we took our family for the first time he located some amazing cabins and our grandchildren were awestruck! We always use Tom Harding when booking our cruises.Tom is very friendly and knowledgeable and on our latest cruise he advised us against cabins we were going to book as he knew they would suffer from noise produced by the pools pumps directly above our rooms.Tom always comes back to you or sorts any issues you may have and is extremely efficient.

Ria Davis - what a patient, kind and professional travel consultant. I needed to add a new baby to our booking with them for a Celebrity cruise. She got hold of them whilst I was on the telephone and sorted it out for me. It took a long time but she kept me updated as to where the booking was up to, what Celebrity were saying and what it would cost. She also periodically asked if I was ok to keep on the phone or if I wanted a call back. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond during our consultation and I would recommend her services to everyone who wants to book. I hope her boss sees this and rewards her accordingly.

Booked our cruise with Aimee going out to Tenerife and sailing round the canaries for a week. First class service from Aimee keeping us up to date and very polite and friendly.

Great help from Tom Harding today in booking our latest cruise. We had a few questions and Tom helped us through those. He emailed us some options. I still had questions (mostly to do with us making cabin choices) so emailed Tom back. We then spoke again on the phone and, after some more help, we booked another Taylor made holiday with Cruise.co.uk. Thanks again to Tom for all the help and advice.

Stacey was extremely helpful and sorted a small issue for us quickly, effectively and efficiently. New vouchers were received within 21/2 hours of the initial call. With less than 24 hours to go for our trip, this was fantastic. We have found the staff to all be polite, helpful and able to sort any issues. Definitely a five star service. 😀

Had the good fortune to have a great cruise consultant, Alison ranaldi, got us a good deal. When she phoned back, had found our loyalty club number, which saved us £250. Conversation didn't feel at all rushed, so would highly recommend cruise.co.uk, really great experience

I booked a cruise and on 2 occasions wifi included in writing they stated in the booking contract which I paid in full .They state it needs to be investigated as it is not included please adhere to the confirmation on the booking and provide what I have paid for not me keep telephoning and complaining

Our cruise consultant Karen Aspinall was friendly and knowledgeable and helpfully guided me through the booking procedure to get exactly the right cruise for us. My husband is sight-impaired so there were issues with that I'd not considered so it was good to have her input for that.

Very nervous about booking a cruise, spoke to 3 companies and Erica from cruise.co.uk was by far the best person I spoke to.Erica’s knowledge was 1st class and explained everything in detail.We spoke to Erica 3-4 times on the same day with questions and nothing was to much trouble.Erica gave us the confidence to book through her and we are delighted with the service received.

“Terrible service”

We paid in full at the time of booking and were told tickets/itinerary would arrive 28 days before sailing. Then 3 weeks before sailing... 2 weeks before sailing... 1 week before sailing. Absolutely desperate and yet another phone call being brushed off by them we finally got tickets/itinerary 4 days before sailing. Too late to make arrangements to meet friends at port stops and we daren't book taxis or pack cases until receiving documentation because it felt like this company was scamming us with their promises that never materialised. We cannot recommend them.

“Itinerary changed without notice.”

We haven't gone on holiday yet but we've only just got our itinerary 10 days before leaving for the southern states of America. The highlight of our holiday staying in the Bourbon Hotel French quarter New Orleans. We've paid in full but now we are in the Hilton instead, a cheaper, uncharismatic, non equivalent to what we've booked. No notice, no refund, not even an explanation and certainly not good enough! Tip for consumers:Don’t trust them, if they can change your holiday at the last minute after you’ve paid for it they shouldn’t be used. You don’t order and pay for a Rolls Royce and accept a Ford. Products used:We haven’t been on holiday yet
