While some are self-explanatory concerning cruceros.es, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cruceros.es and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cruceros.es. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cruceros.es, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cruceros.es is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Please be cautious of this SCAMMER company, as they are running a scam. They offer packages and then, upon arrival at the cruise, you realize that you've been scammed. This happened to me and 15 others who bought the cruise with me. It's best to book directly with the cruise company to avoid agents who may scam you and offer extras to earn more commission. I highly recommend making sure you have all the offers in writing in the official documentation of the cruise you are booking—not in some contract from these scammers. This happened to me when they offered a VIP room, internet, and drinks included, but upon arrival, they asked for official documents with these terms, because my agent from cruceros.es had told me everything was included. I ended up having to pay an extra 2,000 euros for a suite room I never got, as the agent *IVAN, manipulated the suite categories and scammed me. Additionally, I had to pay an extra 1,500 euros for the internet which only cost 400 euros, as well as for just normal drinks. If you don't have a drinks package, you pay each time or only get water. So, please be cautious of this company, as they will scam you, and unfortunately, you won't be able to do anything about it, and your trip will be ruined. Don't book with cruceros.es—book only directly with the cruise company. Just Google it and you will find a better deal and accurate details.
I had a few problems in receiving my tickets but this in my view was due to the language barrier I also believed the company was Spanish but seems to be it’s in France? However my rep Ivan was very polite and worked hard to sort out the issues and now I have my tickets. Peter.
Very good customer service. Rafael helped me choose whatever was suitable for our family. Very nice guy.
Cruceros.es advertised a cruise on their website that didn't actually exist. They took our money and then told us that we would have to pay a further €760 more as our cabin had already been sold! We are still waiting for the refund. A totally untrustworthy company.
Booked 10 day cruise with cruceros on Costa Fantastico. On contract drinks included. On ship say no drinks included, even though I had proof.Costa refused to give me package and charged extorsinate prices for a glass of wine even a glass of water. Reception staff condescending and unhelpful. Will not use Costa again.
Thought the website looked ok and the prices were the cheapest we'd seen. went through the whole process and it worked out nearly double from booking it directly. Waste of my time and whoever built your website, I'm certain your bounce rate is huge.
Booked a cruise online , Mediterranean . Was called after I booked it , agent called to say the price has a little increase of 1500€ as the one I booked is not available . So price increase from 3000€ to almost 4700€. That was way to much so I requested a refund , still waiting for my refund one week on. Company says wait you will receive the refund soon ….. booked a cruise much cheaper directly from cruise line.
Overpriced, patchy service. I had previously used cruceros without complaint to book a holiday last year and was happy with the experience; helpful and efficient. However, I am now suffering the 'computer says no, we already have the deposit so there is nothing we can do' horror show.Yesterday I was called by an agent because I had been searching the web the day before for a specific cruise we want to go on. The agent seemed helpful enough and told me he had found a great deal. Trusting him I completed the process, filled in forms and paid a one thousand euro deposit, happy to have enjoyed another easy experience. However, moments after completing the call my wife asked me to check a detail, which ended with me using the celebrity cruises website directly. I was very surprised to find that not only were the quotes significantly cheaper than my booking, there was also the possibility of upgrading to even better accommodation for a negligible additional fee. I immediately called back to solve the problem with the agent but was told he was unavailable so I left a message and sent him an email as well. This is all within an hour of ending the call. He responded by email, asked for more detail, evidence of other quote etc, and said he would call me today. I chased several times today and eventually had the opportunity to speak with another agent who investigated. Their conclusion is that there is nothing that can be done, their price is correct and although they guarantee the cheapest fare they are unwilling to match the price or cancel the reservation because 'prices fluctuate'. However, surprise surprise, if I want to upgrade to another room and pay them more money then that is no problem at all. You can imagine the conversation has been exasperating, not least when the agent refused to allow me to complete a sentence without talking over me in a repetitive way. I'm now left in a situation where I am looking at losing the thousand euro deposit and booking directly with the cruise line. Really disgusted.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
