crocs.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives crocs.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 80.6. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 80.6 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to crocs.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning crocs.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between crocs.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of crocs.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of crocs.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. crocs.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether crocs.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether crocs.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, crocs.com.

No matter what, never buy from crocs ever again !So called iconic comfort sandals / slippers / shoes / clogs have all been nothing but hard, pain causing, no wide fit available either, and definitely not comfortable in any way and buying anything from Scuh Basingstoke outlet, even if on reduced price is nothing but scam !!!This American company is nothing but a scammer in every possible way.
Avoid crocs at all cost. If you want to buy some crocs, go to a shop that supplies them.I ordered 2 pairs of crocs in the sale. Who ever packaged my order didn’t print out the address label correctly so they were never delivered and returned back to the warehouse. This was a month ago and I am still yet to received a refund. They owe me £40 and aren’t in any rush to sort it. I email them every other day chasing my money and they keep fobbing me off. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before ordering from their website. Won’t order from there ever again!
Horrible customer service!! I paid for express shipping. My product arrived 14 days after ordering. After repeated attempts to contact a Crocs customer service representative, I finally received a “response”. The email was full of poor English/grammatical and spelling errors and did not address my concerns. Attempts to reach a representative by phone and chat was left unanswered. The sale price of the Crocs was more expensive than store prices.
Would give 0 if I could. They didn’t print my address on the box properly so Royal Mail sent it back. Customer services via live email, chat and WhatsApp were slow and useless… They did not reply to my email, the customer service number is international. They cannot help with delivery and I’ve wasted 3 hours trying to get help
One Star is one too many. I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering because I wouldn’t have ordered. Accepted my order with my correct address and then never got my order as the delivery said it was the wrong address. Was not wrong. Only contact is with Mercy, customer rep, who responds with a circle of emails that alternate with them resending my order, next they will refund me, then they are going to resend my order, then I should have a refund by Friday. This has been going on since January and it is now end of June. Did not receive the promised refund. Next email they will be back to resending my order. And on and on we go 😳. I have to cut my losses and get off this wheel of lies to save my own sanity. WORST company I have ever dealt with.
Very difficult to make a return if you have no printer access, like myself. No print at post office option. Very poor customer service with no returns support. Just empty apologies and strange suggestions by Vasko M like ask a bank to print. Poor support with online chat and no ability to give resolution or apparent company processes. Also told that the company has no formal complaints process.I was very surprised thinking Crocs a large company but the review here all seem negative.
I would put zero stars if I could ! 2 weeks have passed , they told me they lost my package that I HAVE ALREADY PAID! definitely stealing money , I wish I knew earlier . I’m so upset , no customer service at all , they just ignore me . are they serious ??
Got a pair a few months back, with my size, awful fit, somehow rubbed against my foot even though I got the right size and just the worse purchase. I've never had this issue with Amazon so I'll be buying from there from now on. Not only that the shipping fee fluctuates at the worse times. One day it's 49.99, the other it's 39.99 now it's 54.99. Like come on the shoes you send out are already expensive and sometimes poorly made from the ones sold on Amazon! 7.99 for shipping on shoes that feel worse than the ones I'd buy on Amazon? No thank you.
Would give a zero if I could. Ordered Three items two weeks ago. Customer service is very poor and unreachable. Contacted customer services today to be told by one agent that my items were Lost in transit for that chat to be disconnected then to be passed to another one who said it had been returned to sender. I told them I felt like I’d been scammed as the money had been taken from my bank account. No order paid for delivery on top of order, ect. To be told I have to wait for a review to get a refund and I will have to wait 14 business days to get more money back once they had decided if I was eligible for a refund or not. Poor customer service would never order from them again and would advise other people not to either.
I’ve owned crocs before but nothing quite like the lite riders. The lite riders for women are so comfortable my new summer shoe for sure!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service when order is late. Only spoken to AI with the same message sent to me over and over and the conversation being ended if I don't reply within a minute. Don't order with them!!
Worst service ever! Ordered size 7 received size 8 too big! No customer service, Al is rubbish not happy never buying from them again!
Delivery times are ridiculous! At least 10 days from order not including weekends! Tried to cancel, bearing in mind my order had not even been processed yet after 2 days, but they refused to cancel my order. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Shop elsewhere for your crocs, you'll prob get them cheaper with much faster delivery times.
Worst customer service, this is a fraudulent company dont order from here. They are NOT a USA COMPANY they are in the Filipines. They never shipped my order and refused to give me a refund
Lost package in delivery with Pitney Bowes. No one responsibility ...Crocs Customer service in nowhere to be seen DONT Buy CROCS many other brand out there delivery in less then 24h with Amazon
Hassle free returns are an expensive hassle. Unlike many online retailers crocs does not have free returns. Returning 2 pairs of crocs that were the wrong size cost me $35. Best to buy an alternative brand from other sites.
I received the wrong size twice , it cost me €17 to return the crocs as there is no free return. Its was really hard to get customer support. Really bad experience 2 months later no crocs , no refund yet and out of pocket by €17 for their mistakes 😡
I bought a pair of platform crocs that came with 3 free Jibbitz. Returned them immediately due to size issues. They deducted the price of the three jibbitz, which were free to begin with, saying that they were nonrefundable. How annoying is that ?!I have been wearing crocs since 2009. Will never buy again!
Very worried after reading the negative comments on here but my crocs arrived today 5 days after ordering exactly what I had ordered , I was updated by email about my order and informed when they were shipped excellent service and product 😊
I brought a pair of crocs in July 2021, I only wear them indoor and in summer so gently worn, to my surprise last morning when I put them on I found the toe post strap broken. I thought no problem croc is a well known company I shall complain to them perhaps there is a quality issue. To my shock I discovered there is only a 90 day guarantee, customer services offered me a 20% discount voucher. Needless to say I shall not be buying crocs again.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
