I just received the replacement lenses For my Rayban.It looks of good quality, Nowadays you can’t believe in anything if it’s real or not so I’m not sure if they’re Really original, but the claim is that they are.The delivery to Australia was quite long, but I’m very happy to have a new pair of sunglasses basically.

The prices are reasonable for the quality. It worked out to be ~ $50 for a pair of replacement lenses. The specific lens color I needed was back ordered but customer service was helpful in resolving the issue. They even offered to cancel the order if the new delivery date didn’t work for me. The shipment took about three weeks to arrive because of this.I compared the lenses to the originals and they are identical (and fit the frame perfectly). If you’re having trouble installing them their website has a blog/youtube channel that shows you how to replace the lenses on specific models of sunglasses. Overall I am pleased with my experience - the items are exactly as described, shipped in a timely manner, and were safely packaged to prevent damage. However if you need the replacements immediately be aware that the shipping is on the slow side.

The information given for my particular lenses was easy to follow to ensure I could pick an accurate match. Since receiving them I have found them to be identical to the original lenses that came with the Ray Ban glasses even down to the writing, which was one of the details I was wanting rather than just, replacement lenses that fitted the frames I had. I also chose the small Mini Precision Screwdriver that fits the hexagonal nut on the glasses, this was an essential asset in order to be able to fit them easily. All in all an easy and quick delivery of the correct lenses at a reasonable price when you compare to the original cost, so very pleased with my dealings with them and would recommend.

Lenses arrived an about a week and are very good quality and well priced especially as the basic ray ban ones are around 40-50€ and I got anti everything for €39 including delivery.The only issue i found was they were quick to respond when messaged but they did respond eventually.

I ordered lenses for a pair of Raybans last July and they arrived in Australia in good order and reasonable time. They appear to be genuine, including the engraved RB (which I thought was a defect until I used a magnifying glass!). I've just installed them (got busy... :-) ), and they fit perfectly and are a colour and polarisation match to the originals I scratched (don't machine wash your glasses... left them in a pocket, sigh). Would recommend.

Ordered glasses for my ray ban on 24th May, received them on 6th June. The glass is of the highest quality, better than the original. But I have to say that until I received the glass I was worried that I had been cheated, because my emails were not answered. Until I found a watsapp on the site where I was assured that the order had been dispatched and the delivery time was in the region of 10 days. That's what happened! I ordered replacement lenses to fix my wife’s glasses for Christmas. I received an email saying the lenses were delivered, however we never received them. I emailed Replacement Lenses letting them know our situation and they immediately sent a new order, no questions asked. Bravo! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Spent forever trying to find the right code for the replacement arms for Ray bans. Waited a month for them to send me the wrong arms. Then they want to make me waste more of my time to send them back to them. They wanted email proof before they would send the right product. No compensation, no offer of express post and no accountability. After reading other reviews on here I'm not gonna waste any more time with this unprofessional company. $90 down the drain.

Ask support what happen, and receive answer, wrong tracking number, and receive new one :) So, support work and read customer problems. Thx to support for fast answer and solved problem. Issues now resolved, had to get PayPal involved who thankfully sorted the refund after trying for a month….. Well, item was miss delivered by Royal Mail, proof of this sent to them, despite numerous emails no further forward and now been ghosted. Awaiting PayPal refund action. Seems they have no idea about UK and European Mail order laws shame. Only response i get is i have to ‘wait’….. for DHL to investigate…. Errrr they miss delivered with proof issued….. up to the seller to refund then claim not make the customer wait!

I managed to break two entirely separate parts of the frame and temples of my glasses. Going to the optician would have been very expensive because, to be frank, it's a racket. Replacementlenses.com were a) swift with their responses via WhatsApp b) exceedingly knowledgeable with their advice, in terms of helping me to work out what I needed c) not expensive d) high quality and e) the delivery was rapid and efficient. All these things at the same time are RARE in any field, but especially online. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs spare parts for their spectacles.

I ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses, much to my surprise after contacting Pedro Cuevas he requested I return them and they would exchange them for the correct size. It was a streamlined process and now i have my replacement lenses {correct ones}. Pedro was extremely helpful and I am only to happy to post this to let anyone know they are a trusted company with customer satisfaction their first priority.

Great source for replacements of ray ban parts, especially if you tend to sit on sunglasses and break them like me! The ear/temple pads wore out and crumbled on my favorite Rayban (eyeglasses). These were very expensive glasses and I was desperate to find replacement ear pads.
