Is creditunion.co.uk Legit?

It was a great experience. My problem was solved in less than two weeks of my applications. The staff treated me with dignity and respect throughout the process. Thank you all for your hospitality. I am grateful.

Can't say anything what would be bad, since i used creditunion the first time i'm happy with this team. They are always friendly and help so much if i have a question.

A lot of improvements from the entire team. I got confused at a point while trying to apply for the loan. I had to call the customers service for directions. She directed me where to go and get the information I was looking for. It was marvellous. From then, every other thing went smoothly.

The member of staff who phoned pm 23 December 24 was very helpful. She explained to me I need to signed the application form and she waited for me to do it on line, then let know she receive the form and it ok.

Yes everything was very quick the whole process took less than 48hrs! To Apply, respond to the agreed Loan, The agreement and the Loan transfer! Was very please especially before the christmas. Great service and great communication. Also applying for a loan online is so much easier and better.Thank you

Like most of the population I use credit cards to make daily payments to shops ect ect. The credit union makes much of the fact that unlike banks and loan companies they only charge low rates of interest. And encourage people to consolidate their debts. I have tried this twice, both occasions turned down for a loan. But was allowed to " borrow my own cash," held in a savings account and to pay the lower interest rate. I could of course just remove my funds from the union and pay nothing. But hopefully at sometime in the not to distant future, the rules may change, to allow people to receive the help of the credit union. Until then I'll borrow my own money and pay you for that privilege.

London mutual credit union is brilliant I needed money for an emergency and I did my loan application on Friday because I had no where else to go and by Tuesday afternoon my loan was approved and signed for. They were brilliant and very helpful thanks for London mutual credit union. Everyone should join they are amazing.

I applaud the fact that you are willing to help a low income people but also would like you to know: that being an ethical institution, you should not charge the same customer at the extreme APR rates. Either take out the "ethical" from your mission statetment or lower your rates and keep it.

I must say that I was totally impressed with the service that I received throughout the journey with my loan application. The service was excellent throughout. Staff were very helpful , and supported and advised me in areas that I experienced some difficulty. However, I am very pleased with the service and the fact that the process was so swift.
