Even though you are completely overwhelmed by the credit terminology, she was very patient with me and made sure I had a clear understanding of what I needed to do to begin the process of repairing my credit. This company will start you on a payment plan without telling you. READ THE FINEPRINT. They are scammers who take your money and don’t fix your credit score. They will send extra deletion letters for $100/month without letting you know on the call. You only need ONE. They will not give you a refund if you cancel your additional deletion letter request as well.
