creditfirm.net Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives creditfirm.net a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 69.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 69.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to creditfirm.net's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning creditfirm.net, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between creditfirm.net and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of creditfirm.net. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of creditfirm.net, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. creditfirm.net is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether creditfirm.net has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether creditfirm.net boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, creditfirm.net.

Absolutely wonderful, I signed up on July 15th 2024 and have already seen 4 accounts removed and my scores are all up over 640 already.
I've been with Creditfirm.net for the past three months, and all they've done is take my $150. There has been absolutely no improvement in my credit score. They claimed to have sent letters to all three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) and assured me that I'd receive a response within 30 to 45 days. However, it's been over 60 days and I haven't heard anything from any of the bureaus. I'm still with them, but I won't be staying past this month unless there is some miracle.
They haven't done a damn thing including call me back. I put a lock on the card but for a dew says had it off because I didn't pay on this service but sure enough they take the money. They are nothing but cons
What a waste of time I spent money that I don't have to try to fix my credit they barely even get back to you and if you try to call them nobody can help you the only thing they can do is send a message to somebody to somebody to email you back and they're not even good with that I even just told them not too long ago that I wasn't able to pay but I'll let them know when I can pay again so then when I send an email telling them when they can take the money which was on September 14th here we are September 21st nobody got back to me so I just sent them a message to cancel everything I paid in May July and August and only four things have been removed Lexington law has removed things faster than this Lexington law may not dispute everything at once unless they changed but at least I can say the amount that Lexington law does do they get stuff done It is extremely rare that I write a bad review but I feel like I needed to say something please do not waste your money on this I'm going back to Lexington law thank God for Sezzle because I will be using this so that way I can try to pay for their services so if I'm going to spend money that I don't have I rather spend more to make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for update 9/22/2024 still doesn't change that I sent an email and 8 days about restarting service and getting a letter from a credit bureau no one gets back to me but then when I do a bad review somebody wants to reply lack of communication from this company is horrible Don't remember anybody telling me that they'll keep my payments on hold until the credit bureau got back to them but either way I sent the email nobody got back to me which is messed up And then they say the amount that I spent so far sounds like whoever is replying is being very sarcastic doesn't matter how much I spend communication is the key And plus I feel like whoever is also writing The reply is making fun of my situation sorry that I had a moment where I couldn't pay I have physical health issue so sometimes I have to prioritize my health needs over my creditUpdate 9/23/2024 nothing in Spam did a whole search in the email and the only thing that popped up that's recent is the email from September the 14th where nobody's gotten back to me This really sucks that I'm going to have to spend money that I really don't have just to make sure that a company gets back to me when I contact them And if someone really did get back to me I would have never done this review to begin with nor did I know that my payments were going to be paused until the credit he was where to say something back and also in that same email I also had a screenshot of a message stating that a credit bureau won't be doing anything since I'm using a repair company and nobody got back to me regarding that
They won’t lift a finger! If you do business with them, you’ll wait for the amount time they’ll tell you to wait after paying them, and then nothing. Because they send ZERO dispute letter to the credit bureaus. If you don’t believe me after paying them call the bureaus! They are the most dishonest people ever. They are using our desperate situation shamelessly and should be arrested.
Credit firm was great at first. Then just fizzled out. Was notified of only 2 rounds of disputes by credit bureaus. 1 for employment history/addresses and 2 actual credit disputes. Then never got any notifications since. Now every month though the portal says they’re disputing but I question if they’re really doing the work. Those disputes happened in 11/21 and it’s now 5/22. 10 months without a single point increase. Oh and the communication, this company gets a 0. You can never talk to your counselor, they have to call you back. I waited over a week to hear back from mine before I said enough is enough and just cancelled. Wasted $500.
DO NOT BUY This is totally very frustrating to deal with these people. They dont email, call, or answer any questions. They simply stop responding to you. You have to literally cancel your card and get a new one since they don't stop charging your card.Update 8/16/21They replied to my review comment today, but nothing has been done on my behalf. Nothing has been removed from my credit report. No agency has changed anything, they mentioned they mailed out stuff, but the only thing they did was update my address to the current one. Horrible service
Been with this repair company for a little over 3 months. My credit score increased then decreased! Shoulda been simple because really only have hospital collections on my report and hard inquiries. They do not respond when you contact them by message or not even when calling. You do not get a personal analysis. I really believe the good reviews are not real customers. Save your money do not waste your time. I gave them to stars because of the price. I'm not even going to ask for a refund because I'm sure this to is not going to happen. This is a real customer!!
I used credit firm about 6 years and they were really good. I can not say at this time its been almost 3 months and I still have not received even a credit report they keep telling me the same thing just hold on in three months time they have not deleted one single item off the reports. Its really a waste of money to hire this company go to a good credit repair company there is several out there. I would not even give them 1 star but I had to.
Signed up in June and my scores have all gone up, they even got the eviction collection off my reports
Ive been a client for a few months. CB claims no disputes were received and thats the reason for no replies. Only Experian claimed it received anything. Emails and calls go unanswered. Ive tried to speak to some management but never get a response. Only the consultant will email then but the issue remains. Apparently only one person works there aside from the virtual office answering service. But they wont admit it. A one man operation isnt a deal breaker but when they wont admit it I see red flags. The issues could easily be resolved with discussion. But their way if doing things escalates things with clients unecessarily. Ive been ripped off by Lexington Law and was hoping this would be different. One item was remived and only because I paid it off.Im VERY disturbed that Creditfirm responded to complaints here by putting their debt unfo ON public display in this review section. Great way to protect your clients credit report info guys! Extremely un professional SMH. Do that to me and ill seek legal action against you without hesitation. Its a bad idea. What did i get for asking for a manager, a cancellation notice from the company. Incredibly unprofessional and if not fixed i will be motivated to post everywhere about this company.
I’m having a good experience so far, started about 2 months ago in June and have 7 accounts removed from Equifax, 6 removed from Experience and 4 removed from Transuion. I spoke to my credit person at least 3 times already and he helped me open a credit card to get my scores up. I’ll come back in a few months and update on how I’m doing.
Michael abramsky at credit firm really went above & beyond to work on my credit, he answered every question I had & always got back to me promptly. My credit score jumped up 30 points within the 1st 45 days & is continuing to improve. I highly recommend creditfirm.net to everyone.
They simply do nothing. Before signing up with them, I found quite few positive reviews and decided to try for 3-4 months. I'm debt free, except mortgage, but because of few missed payments and debt settlement, my current credit score is around 630-650, and i was expecting to remove some of negative items from report, and bump score at least on 50 points. After submitting disputes to 3 credit bureaus (i'm not sure if they actually submitted them), and waiting for 30-45 days, nothing happened, i didnt receive any mail from credit bureaus. Ok, that would be fine, but any communication with Creditfirm was ignored. They don't respond to your email, dont respond to Notes on your account which supposed to be working as email per them, and every time when you call them to get updates, receptionist assures you that someone will call you back in 48 hours. Ok, I was very patient, but long story short, after calling them 4 times in June with interval of 7 days between calls, nobody ever called me back. All they needed to do to provide me update for my disputes after 30-45 days passed. I don't care about $50/month fees, I care about improving my credit score and receiving updates, be it good or bad. Please, give yourself a favor and DONT WORK WITH CREDITFIRM. You will be ignored, charged $50/month for nothing, and lied by receptionist. I got zero result in 2 months with my pretty easy case.
Had some issues at first, but they completely corrected the issues! They have been absolutely fantastic ever since. Multiple items that I had previously been told could not be removed have been removed. Absolutely recommend these folks for anyone thinking their case is a lost cause because they will prove that it is not!
My expectations were low going in. I have used other credit repair services before. I spend a year watching Lexington Law dispute 2 accounts at a time with nothing to show for it. THIS IS ON A WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL! One month in and I'm already starting to see accounts comin off. It works
I just started with credit firm about 3 weeks ago and I'm already getting deletions! I just had 8 accounts deleted and considering the fact that I spent 7 months paying Lexington Law $100 a month for literally nothing, I can't believe that in 3 weeks I'm finally getting some movement on my report. I don't know whether I should feel happy about the fact that I found credit firm and I'm getting great results or mad at the fact that I wasted SOOOOOOOOO much money on lexington law! At one point lexington only disputed 1 account in a 60 day period! Don't waste your money with Lexington like I did, use credit firm and save yourself the money and aggravation.
I had my identity stolen a few years ago and have been trying to clean things up over the course of the last year and a half but, the credit card companies and credit bureaus and not been very helpful. I finally decided to hand things off to a professional service and I went with CreditFirm.net because of the great reviews. They did not disappoint. What I couldn't accomplish for 18 months took them 3 months to do and they had all of the fraudulent accounts removed. I just wish I did this sooner.
I have been calling their offices for 3 weeks now. No response or call back. I get the same lame line from their reps that a specialist will call me back shortly. They all say the same thing but I have not received a call back yet. I emailed still no response. I guess the only way to get an update on my account is to write a bad review. I have had these services since Nov 2020 and it's now March 2021I need an update to see what I'm paying for. The website is pretty much useless.
Started with this company because of the low price and expected them to drag their feet for their monthly payments but, surprisingly enough they disputed every negative account I had in the first month (there were over 40 on each bureau), and even sent letters to the collection agencies which got a whole lotta stuff deleted. Credit Firm removed more accounts in 2 months than Lexington Law did in the 6 months I was with them. Lexington was disputing 3 or 4 accounts at a time and was charging me $120 a month, CreditFirm disputed EVERYTHING for $50 a month! If you're going to get a company to fix your credit, do yourself a favor and give CreditFirm a shot. They are sooooo much better and faster.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
