Is crazydomains.com.au Legit?

ROGER PACALDO helped me. He was super helpful! Very knowledgeable, patient, professional and excellent to work with. He managed to sort out a problem I could not solve in months.

I have roughly somewhere between 55 and 70 domain names and also hosting with this company, have dealt with them for years, and finally reached the point where I find them SO $$$ focused and unhelpful I cannot even do something as simple as a domain redirect with having to pay even more for an upgrade. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED. Will be moving all my products elsewhere.

Very efficient - got the website working again very quickly. It would have been nice to know HOW they did it, or WHY it crashed to see if that could be prevented in future... but its working!

NO REFUND POLICY FROM CRAZY DOMAINSI have been with Crazy Domains from the inception of this company in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. They have generally been good with domain names and hosting despite always charging an international exchange fee even though they are working in Australia and promote themselves as a .com.au even though they are based in the Phillipines.Almost 12 months ago, I paid an upfront fee for them to develop a simple business Word Press website which was basically a copy of the head office website with a few changes to suit the Brisbane market with no e-commerce. Twelve months later I still have nothing but an endless stream of 'team leaders' and excuses and now the Client Retention Manager will not refund my money so I can get an experienced developer to develop this website. They are offering pro rata payment for the other hosting services but no refund.Working in Australia they are bound by the ACCC laws but this does not seem to worry them. Furthermore it does not seem to concern them that over the last 20 plus years they have made a lot of money out of my business as a loyal customer. They state that they do not have a refund policy and are sticking to that but what about the lost business opportunities that I have endured during this time and continue to do so.I welcome your thoughts on this. Has anyone else had any similar problems.

Very good customer service, fast and very helpful staff. One of the very helpful staff who assisted me is Rowena who patiently answered all my question. Highly recommended.

My website was down and I had no idea what was wrong. Apparently I had been locked out of my Word P I kept trying the Support Team and finally Bree the 4th operator found, and fixed the issue, which was that I had "No Access to my Word Press Admin Dashboard".This happened after I asked the first operator to cancel a purchase I did not need. Very Strange!!!

People just want to quickly buy a domain but with Crazy Domains it is like going to the dentist. I just spent 90 minutes twice with support because my purchases for the first time in over a decade of being a customer were flagged as fraud. To compound this I have 15 domains in my cart but because the site is so slow it keeps timing out. They add things like free website builder and then domain protection and privacy and I have to one buy one remove it all and again because the site is so slow it times out when trying to register bulk domains.Crazy Domains are becoming redundant with an outdated and slow website

My website has been experiencing frequent outages. Despite contacting support multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. This is significantly impacting my business.The problem started two days ago, and all I can do is wait.

It took a while. But in the end we got there. CD were very keen to resolve the problem. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and as helpful as they could be.
