Is craghoppers.co.uk Legit?

Well constructed and thoughtfully designed outdoor garments.Craghoppers appear to ensure that recycled materials are used in their garments. Sizing tends to be on the generous side. Prices are very good. Better than many of the global outerwear companies whose prices can be eye watering !

It is a very reliable company. I got a full refund immediately once it was clear Evri had lost the parcel. Top customer care, super quick refund process. Thanks A+++

Lovely fleeces for my kids at competitive prices. Have always been happy with the quality/price and happy to recommend them and continue buying them.

the compresslite is a very useful insulated jacket.the ability to pack down into a small bag is helpful where space is limited

The products seem ok although the legging seem short for regular length. The time it took to arrive was really long. I had hoped to have these before I went away as per expected delivery time but they took two weeks and I was on holiday. Luckily my son called and found them. I and many friends find Evri highly unreliable and if this carrier is going to be used I will no longer buy from Craghoppers.

I went to some pains to try and ensure coat would fit, by using the size guide and my measurements and I was a bit concerned that the coat would be a snug fit. It turned out to be absolutely massive so that was a waste of time. I came to sort out my refund to find I had to pay and not aware of this beforehand and I wanted to pay via PayPal which was on one of the screens but this was not possible, it wouldn't work. I order lots of things online and occasionally have to return but usually I am not completely annoyed by the whole process. I really hope this flipping QR code works!

I recently bought 6 items from Craghoppers in their sale. Such good value for beautifully made clothing with many fine details in their finishing. Easy ordering online, prompt despatch and delivery/ what more could you want. Delighted with the fit and the quality of the items purchased, and mindfully made too- reducing the impact on the environment, and guaranteed for life.

The quality & appearance of the product was absolutely fine, but the size bore no comparison to the x6 shirts I’ve already bought from Craghoppers. I’m a 44” chest & the shirts in ‘Large’ fit me perfectly (even though L is up to 43”). The sweat top in a Large was literally skin tight, so I have returned it & will order an XL. Different products clearly have different sizings…..

I have recently ordered a few garments in the sale for our trip next year and am pleased with both the price and quality of them. I would prefer to find clothes in shops rather than online which is hard these days but that is my only niggle

I had thought this was a premium brand but its probably the worst clothing I have ever bought. For the money I expected much better but I could have got the same from Primark. The zip fails easy, clearly gone cheap there, and the fit around the arms/shoulders is very poor as if they are using far east sizing. The sowing looks poor, the material cheap and the design lacking in imagination. They claim to have a grip on sustainability and good practice but I suspect they have their stuff manufactured in Myanmor...say no more.So, my advice, avoid and spend your money in Primark 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately the jacket that I ordered did not arrive. Joel at Craghopper's was very helpful and promptly arranged for me to have a full refund.

Lovely waterproof jacket and gilet - very comfortable, good quality and well made. Easy to navigate website and arrived early.

As usual, great quality kit, in this case lightweight walking trousers with zip pockets and real world sizing and as they were in the sale prices were good too.

Although we had problems in submitting our order online, staff were very helpful in telephoning us back to complete the transaction. The two items arrived swiftly afterwards. We are happy with both items

Was unaware that I had to pay postage on Returns, until I began the process. Disappointed they use EVRI, and sure enough, it was far from a simple process. First place (InPost) refused to recognise the QR code. Second place, printer out of order. Success at third place. I had to drive twenty miles to return the parcel. Won’t bother again.

Great price, great product that is well made, sizes are accurate and the service from the online shop is also great with timely emails keeping you updated with dispatch and delivery of order.

Prompt informed delivery of a quality product at a very competitive price. Highly recommend

Visited the Braintree store today (26/8/24) wife saw some beachwear bits but they were too high up to reach.A polite young lad called Liam was very very helpful and patient as my wife tried on different size/colour combinations. Nothing was too much trouble and my wife purchased several items.Liam thanks for outstanding service made shopping here a pleasure.
