Is crafthub.nl Legit?

Seems to be a bit of a theme here with people paying for orders they haven't received. I've placed an order, I got no confirmation, but I keep getting bombarded with emails telling me to complete checkout. I have emailed them numerous times, with 1 response saying they have no order. I replied with the proof of transaction and the details I used to order, and had no replies. I believe they are fraudsters**EDIT** I have contacted them on the email they suggest with no reply. I have sent them proof of the money being taken from my bank account. As I didn't get any form of order confirmation, I don't have any kind of order number or reference. And because theyve obviously complained to trust pilot, trust pilot may remove my review as i cant provide an order reference, which makes me think, whats the point

I ordered several jigsaws. They arrived in tiny cardboard boxes so were not suitable for gifting. some of the boxes were damaged. I have been contacting them asking them how return the jigsaws and have had to chase. Now l am being offered a replacement. I do not want a replacement as I have already told them. I want to send the whole lot back and get a refund. I suspect there are several "Anna"s doing the responding.

I have 2 orders that I am waiting for. First one. Had to contact them as not received confirmation and then was told the number. The 2nd one got an email. Both haven't arrived yet and when I use the tracker it just says loading. Have contacted them again on their contact page. Heard nothing. Presents for my Granddaughter so important that they arrive or I get my money back to buy something else

Tried to order 2 puzzles prices incorrect charging for 3 items seems s bit dodgy to me

Is this a scam? I placed an order days ago, the money came out and i never received a confirmation email.. makes me questions if the website is a scam.

Awful after ordering was hit with continuous emails thanking me for my order. Then email stating order dispatched . 4 weeks later email stating order delivered. Um nope order has never arrived and tracking disappeared. Got a refund after several emails

Website seems very suspicious. Selling Robotime products on 'sale' from almost €200 to €60. You still pay more than the original selling price, considering you pay €55 for the original product from Robotime. Don't buy here.

We purchased three puzzles, two are versions of Van Gogh's Starry Night and Starry Night over the Rhone. The 3rd is Mt. Fuji (artist ?). The plastic container of one was cracked and in pieces when it arrived. All three puzzles have a strong and offensive chemical odor. We think it might be the printing ink (maybe uncured uv ink?). The smell rubs off on fingers requiring 95% isopropyl alcohol to remove. I took the puzzles onto the back porch to air out. Still waiting for the stink to abate. I may have to wait until summer when I can put them in the sun to bake them out and have the ultraviolet light finish curing them. I wore nitrile gloves to finish one outdoors to see if it would be worth doing the other two. Many people are sensitive to this type of chemical.The degree of difficulty is not great-maybe 3/5. Some of the edge pieces do not connect to their neighbors and not anchored properly to the adjacent inner layers well. The top layer of narrow features on 5 or 6 of the pieces had separated and flaked off. I noticed flakes through the ziplock packaging of the other two puzzles. The pieces aren't all separate when the package is first opened. The puzzles took several months to arrive. I can't recommend these puzzles. Too much of a hassle and not safe.

Puzzels are packed in small plastic boxes so you can start putting them together straight away. They are very pretty with quite small pieces. The package arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Reliable customer service, I sent them an email and received an answer within 2 hours(!).

Bought 2 puzzles for Christmas presents expecting them to come in the lovely box shown on the ad. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that I needed to select the box so they came in plastic containers. I contacted Customer Services who were very helpful in sorting it out for me.The puzzles look lovely and are something a bit different for those who love jigsaws.

The wooden dog puzzle (depending on your breed of choice) is super cute my absolutely impossible to do. I love a puzzle but this is absolutely… impossible! Waste of money which is a shame!

Brought the stuffed cotton dog for beginners, tried to follow the tutorial, could not understand what to do, waste of money. Only buy this if you already know how to crochet.

My jigsaw puzzle arrived in a plastic box to avoid any damage in transit and I spent all afternoon making the jigsaw, which looked amazing once it's finished. Such an intricate, beautiful piece of art, vibrant colours and just beautiful. The animal pieces make it so unique. I love it!

The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful! I'm totally hooked on wooden puzzles, having placed two large orders in the past. New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub's customer service is excellent. After placing my first order I realized I'd ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change. The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing. If you haven't tried wooden puzzles do so! You will not find any other sellers with puzzles, prices and service to top Craft Hub's.

We ordered 5 puzzles! They took 2 weeks to deliver which is normal but seems like a long time in these times of Amazon "deliver today". The puzzles were very well packaged, in hard plastic cases. There is a slight chemical smell but nothing unexpected or unusual. The puzzles pieces are good quality, the puzzles are challenging and beautiful once completed. We have completed 4/5 of the puzzles and everything is perfect. I am looking at ordering some more and highly recommend this product!

I ordered a Hogworts jigsaw on 5th Jan and admit I have been very concerned as I have not recieved conformation of order/acknowledgement of payment or Tracking detailsI thought I had lost the money to yet again another scam company BUT lo and behold it arrived this morning (16th jan). Looks like a good product in a lovely well made box. The only reason I deducted 1star is the total lack of communication.

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter (age 7) loves them. There was a delivery issue, totally my fault as the address was incomplete. So My order was returned. I contacted the company and long story short, the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address.They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping. Anna, the customer service agent was wonderful.The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted.Thank you!

Love the puzzles. The quality & color is beautiful. Only thing l dislike is that I only bought the puzzles for a rainy day. A day when my anxiety is too much to handle. So on one of these anxiety filled days I decided to put one of the puzzles together. It took me a while to put it together but I was really excited about my progress. Imagine my disappointed at the end to realize a piece was missing!!! Ugggghhhh!

I love these puzzles so much I generally order 4-6 at a time. I find the quality exceptional and never hesitate to give as a gift too. I have contacted customer service and receive great support. Get some of their puzzles…you won’t regret it!
