En 2024, j'ai commandé des casquettes noires et blanches, et avec deux logos différents pour chacune des couleurs. Au retour, certaines broderies étaient impeccables et d'autres moins (logo pas dans l'axe). Après en avoir fait la remarque, photos à l'appui, Crafters a relancé une production, gratuitement. Au final, le résultat est impeccable. La communication par téléphone et par mail est parfaite. L'équipe est pro.J'aurais mis 5 étoiles sur 5 si les casquettes avaient été parfaites du premier coup.Merci Naomi.

J'ai passé une commande de 500 briquet dit "Rose" sur leur site internet, et ils sont arrivés de couleur Violet, évidemment votre société nie l'évidence, il est donc certain que je ne vous recommande pas du tout....Donc chers lecteurs, lectrices des avis Google, ne surtout pas faire de commande chez eux !!!

J'ai pris contact avec Crafters dans le cadre d'un projet de personnalisation de 70 vestes softshell. Mon objectif était aussi de privilégier une société locale, donc dans le secteur Villeurbanne - Lyon. Si les premiers contacts se sont bien passés, on ne peut pas en dire autant de la suite à partir du 02/04/2024. En effet, lorsque j'ai demandé à voir la veste en modèles homme & femme et dans le coloris souhaité pour valider le projet, la réponse a été que je devais payer ces vestes pour les voir et qu'elles seraient ensuite déduites du devis global du contrat. Donc, pour voir un vêtement proposé par Crafters sur son site, il faut l'acheter et si on ne fait pas affaire avec eux, on conserve un vêtement échantillon dont on a pas besoin et que l'on a payé ! Je précise bien que j'avais demandé à voir ce vêtement dans leurs locaux et pas à l'emmener. Il est à noter que le site Crafters ne mentionne en aucun cas cette procédure qui relève d'une forme de vente forcée. Mais, beaucoup plus grave, cette façon de faire est tout simplement illégale vis-à-vis du Code de la Consommation. L'article L121-4 de ce code est en effet parfaitement clair dans son "§ 6° - a" sur le fait que "Proposer l'achat de produits ou la fourniture de services à un prix indiqué, et ensuite [...] refuser de présenter aux consommateurs l'article ayant fait l'objet de la publicité" est une pratique commerciale réputée trompeuse. Nous sommes tout à fait dans ce cas puisque Crafters propose le produit concerné avec ses caractéristiques et prix sur son site commercial public. Il est parfaitement inadmissible qu'une société agisse sciemment de manière illégale au détriment du consommateur. J'ai donc retenu un autre fournisseur pour mon projet qui n'a fait aucune difficulté pour m'envoyer gracieusement à mon domicile une veste dans le modèle, la taille et le coloris souhaités pour que je l'évalue.
