www.craft-hub.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives www.craft-hub.com a lower trust score on the platform: 42.80. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. Risky. Red Flags..

We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 42.80 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to www.craft-hub.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. Risky. Red Flags. tags above.

Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning www.craft-hub.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between www.craft-hub.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of www.craft-hub.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of www.craft-hub.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.

A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.

www.craft-hub.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether www.craft-hub.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether www.craft-hub.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, www.craft-hub.com.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.

  1. As bad as it gets… Sent the item using an incomplete address. Of course the delivery attempt failed. We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery. After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery. When we said no, they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery. They do not understand that if they don’t use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs… avoid them if you don’t want to get cheated out of your money

  2. Tried three times to email them at their address and they all were returned as undeliverable (1/5/23). The presentation of products is hazy and you can’t get any clear idea of what you’re buying. The artwork is spectacular, but the overall site doesn’t quite come up to usual standards, which is a pity, because the products look great. Things like how many pieces in each set, what are the appropriate ages for each, how to utilize the special mounting they sell, etc. etc. All that coupled with your professional misgivings about the site, and the comments here, add up to a shaky, possibly scammy website.

Warning, sizes are very deceptive. They replaced my 2 puzzles after I complained about the tiny, tiny-sized pieces after ordering the smaller sizes. Then they sent me 2 altogether different designs that I did not order. and with one of them, the pieces were still very small. So don’t presume the pieces are bigger for the large size. Reading the reviews revealed this is a problem for many buyers. Craft Hub said that’s how it is. You’d think they would have sent me the original order in the larger size as promised. Sick of dealing with them. Its a bit of a scam I think.

  4. I ordered seven puzzles on their supposedly closeout special. It wasn’t really a closeout, but the prices were reasonable. The puzzles arrived in a reasonable time, and the quality and colors were a reasonable match to the ads. Two puzzles were for me, five were intended as gifts. The first one I assembled was very nice; the second had a piece missing. I quickly worked the other five and discovered three puzzles had missing pieces and four puzzles had broken pieces. I notified Craft-Hub the first half of November, sending pictures of the completed puzzles with the problems highlighted. “Anna” responded the next day saying replacement puzzles would be shipped, arriving in 10 to 15 business days. Three weeks later, I notified Craft-Hub that they had not arrived. I quickly received a response from Anna saying she would follow up with shipping and let me know the status. On January 2, 2023, I reminded Anna and told her I had learned nothing from her about replacement status. She responded quickly, telling me they would be shipped right away. At this point, I really don’t expect to receive replacements. The two puzzles that had no problems were nice for the price. The quality control is terrible, and the customer service, although prompt and courteous, has been totally ineffective so far. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re ordering gifts–it simply takes too long to get a useable product. As a recommendation, avoid the small sizes for children–the tiny pieces and their non-interlocking design will simply frustrate a child. On a different note, I have had no unauthorized credit card activity after doing business with them.

  5. Tanya Gilmore

I ordered a few puzzles and a filigree painting since they were having a closing sale. (The closing sale is, by the way, a scam because it appears to be an eternal closing sale.) I was surprised at how small the puzzles were, but they were in nice boxes. The filigree painting however arrived the wrong, smaller, size and was missing parts, including the important instructions so it would have been impossible to do. I followed the “Contact Us” link on their email right away, and then left for vacation. When I returned from vacation, I noticed I did not have a reply, so I looked for other ways to contact them. I tried replying directly to another email I had received; this time I got a reply. However they said since it was now over 10 days, they could not refund my money. After some communication, they finally agreed to refund half my money. I told them I would make up the other half in advertising for them. That’s why I’m posting this review.

  6. I ordered 2 A3 puzzles, the little larger ones. Was told delivery would be 3-5 weeks. At week 6 I contacted them, got no response. At week 7 the puzzles finally did show up. It’s deceiving how little the puzzle is & the pieces as well. They did a big going out of business sale when I purchased about 5 months ago & I see now they are still doing their “going out of business” sale. Be prepared for no communication, and long wait times.

  7. I was disappointed with puzzle because they were so tiny. I ordered size A5. When i contacted them it had been more than the 14 days allowed so they wouldn’t let me return them. They did give me a 50% coupon for a new one. I only ordered one puzzle this time A3 size. Just arrived today and fortunately a normal size.

  8. I ordered 2 puzzles and they have arrived but I was surprised to find the pieces are only 1-1.5cm long. Far too tiny for my grandsons. I feel this should have been made clearer on the site.

  9. Does anyone have a customer service phone number or email so that I can check on my order that I placed back on April 26, 2022? I’ve been waiting almost a month and I can’t even get in touch with them. The phone number that is on my information is 653-138-5410, which does NOT work. I’d like to know if I am going to get my order that I paid almost $86 for or if I’m going to dispute the charge on my credit card for it being a scam.

  10. I just received the 4 puzzles I ordered about 3-4 weeks ago. At first glance the coloring on them appeared dull but as soon as I put them under a light I could see they were vibrant. The pieces fit together nicely. These puzzles come in a little plastic box and seem to be a great deal for the price.
The only shady part of this deal was that they were advertised as going out of business and that prices had been slashed which as it turns out, is not the case.
They included a 20% off coupon on any future purchase so that was nice.

  11. I purchased some puzzles from them during their “closing sale”, which seems to be constantly going on. They arrived in 2 – 3 weeks, during which I could monitor shipping progress through tracking. I would rate the quality of the puzzles as poor. The color in the picture is bright and vibrant on the website and very dull and subdued on the product. The pieces are cut with very fine detail — that part is fine– but the cutting process involves burning the wood, and the whole room smells like a campfire for several days when you open the puzzle.

  12. I will not be going through this company again. The shipping was a nightmare and was well over 5 weeks. I ordered my puzzle over a month before mother’s day which at this point was last weekend. I still haven’t gotten my puzzles yet. Customer service was rude and made me feel like I was a nuisance for trying to get my puzzle in a timely matter. When asking for details on my shipping they would either ignore my emails for about a week before not being helpful what so ever. When trying to get more details on my ETA I would get round about answers that answered nothing or told, “Rest assured you will get your order” which I would weird. When I asked her to look into my shipping (my package was(is) in California for almost the whole 5 weeks) she ignored me until it was finally out for delivery.

  13. I purchased 5 of these jigsaws and I was not disappointed.
They took about 3/4 weeks to arrive but that was expected as shipping was free.
They come in lovely little craft boxes and pieces look good aaand colourful.
Very happy with my purchases and would recommend them.

  14. I took a chance and ordered from this site; they were advertising the popular laser cut wooden puzzles that seemed to become popular this holiday season. We got a couple puzzles from Amazon for around 50 ea, and they and others were advertised on this site for less than 15; some less than 10. I figured this was probably a wholesaler from China, and I was right. However, I did receive my order. If you’ve ever ordered from Aliexpress or a similar site, the handling time is about the same. They advertise 7-14 day shipping time; it took a month. I did get tracking information, though, and it did track from China, to California, to Indiana to my state. I payed with PayPal for the protection, in case it was a scam. Now, the quality of the puzzles is pretty poor compared to the ones purchased on Amazon, but you get what you pay for. They are wood, they do look laser cut, the graphics quality are pretty poor and colors are muted. Almost like the top layer was printed with a color printer in your home vs. screen printed or factory printed. So, I ordered, I received, I got basically what I expected, though I was hoping for better. For the price, I got some cute little gifts for kids who won’t know the difference.

    1. Thank you! I was thinking of purchasing some for a gift but if the quality is so so, it won’t work for my sister-in-law. I got caught up with the idea of a “Closing Sale” which they are now advertising. They are advertising on Facebook Marketplace, which is why I turned to Scam Detector. About two years ago I was really burned by making a purchase on FB. (2 Dooney & Bourke flash sale tote bags for $75 arrived from China 3 months after I ordered them and turned out to be so fake they were almost comical. I reported they to PayPal, or maybe it was my credit card, but then I received emails from one person after another harassing me and telling me they would refund 50% of what I paid if I removed the challenge! Don’t want to go through that again, so thanks for your comment!

      1. Great, nice to know that my time looking through their collection to find a gift for my bf has all gone to waste… I haven’t bought anything through FB ads before, I’d like to know if they have gotten better at filtering out scams and ripoffs since you’ve experienced that, but it sounds so terrible I don’t want to risk it. I looked at some products from Amazon but they themselves have reported issues with laser-burnt pieces or missing/extra pieces.

If anyone has a positive experience with them that matches their website testimonies please let me know!!
