Is cp-investigation.com Legit?

I have been with CP since last year June, when I contacted CP to get my refund back from the scammers, I only wanted my fees that I paid to the scammers not including the profits because I knew it would cost more to include the profits, so I told CP I'm not interested in their services as I don't want the profits from the scammers and they made me pay several fees and then they (Marcia & Charles) told me that my funds was held at Escrow and CP gave me an agent name Rick at Escrow or he doesn't work at Escrow because I contacted the actual company and they told me that Rick doesn't work at Escrow. So why did CP Marcia and Charles put me with a scammer Rick? I have been with escrow (Rick) for a few months now in the London branch at Mildmay Ave with his phone number ending with 5751 and they are supposed to refund my money of just $1,200 in which I wasn't happy with company and I asked for a refund, so they told me that my funds was held at Escrow on Milmay Ave and I had to deal with them (Rick). Do you know it's taking so many months to return my refund as I have to keep paying fees, I nearly paid $1,000 in fees including the duplicate fees that I paid in one week and I had an argument with Rick letting him know that was a duplicate charge and he gave me the same exact reasons as it was the first time and gave me no other different excuses as to why I had to pay a duplicate charge within just 4 days later and I have all the chats regarding this and now they are saying my refund is going to be on a Trezor and I had to buy and pay for a Trezor from a vendor at Perseverance Works in London at the Same Day Company Service, and they will mail it to me by FedEx but now they are telling me it's $300 to use FedEx to ship to Canada. I called FedEx and that's not true they said. My case agent named Rick said he'll pay $50 and I'll pay $50 and when I said I'm calling FedEx, Rick said "well you have to pay $100" more for FedEx that's totalling over $300 to mail the Trezor??? This is nonsense, why can't they transfer the funds to my wallet instead of using Trezor. I still have all the chats and what Rick said and what the vendor said and I want to talk to the manager.Few months back Rick did a test to send $1.00 to my wallet and it worked and then they turned it around saying they'll put it on a Trezor and will mail that to me for $300 by FedEx?? Call FedEx yourself. CP Investigation will figure out the most inefficient method to handle your transaction so they can keep your money as long as possible. Time is money. It's been nearly one year now and this game has gone far too long. $300 mail by FedEx?? I want to talk to the manager and I will edit this review. The option CP can is send my funds to my wallet, no excuses. No need for a Trezor for $300 by FedEx?? I want to talk to the manager at CP since Marcia and Charles put me with a scammer at Escrow (Rick) that I have been dealing with for months now. Marcia & Charles at CP has been playing games with me with Rick from Escrow or not from Escrow as I have been talking to Escrow myself and they don't know who is Rick. With over nearly $1,000 in fees I paid just to cancel my service and return my money back and they won't sent it to my wallet??I don't believe they are mailing the Trezor to me but asking me to pay $300 for FedEx really?? When I told Rick that I'm calling FedEx, do you know Rick stopped communicating with me, same with Marcia & Charles at CP. Until I talk to the manager at CP, I have paid over $200 for the fake FedEx and all the fees have been paid. Send my refund to my wallet and I will take down this review. I have emails from FedEx about this $300 scam!!
