This may be a legit site, but buyers should be told that the products are coming from out of the US and how long it could be before receiving an item. I ordered a watch. I find out it's coming from China. I ordered 10 days ago and it's still in China. That's ridiculous. I will never recommend this site to anyone.
Cozymoo.com. I ordered 4 tops for about $25 each and the quality is NOT what I saw on Instagram at all! Very thin and cheap. I’ve only received one so far. Shipped from PA… but made in Hong Kong. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
I ordered a pair of jeans and it was not the quality they claimed to be. Thin material that is 100% polyester, not embroidered, and bad craftsmanship. Thin, cheap material you will find at fast fashion shops for less than 10 dollars. Do not purchase from this retailer at all - if you do, buyer beware.
Ordered two shirts from ad on Facebook two weeks ago. See on my card statement Reshline Hong Kong. This is not looking good. To track items they ask you to use Shop app, but have no tracking number given. Would seem Facebook would screen sites before allowing them on if not legit. Emailed them a few days ago. No response.
***Read their return policy before ordering*** This company ships from Hong Kong. There is no address listed for a customer to send back products. You should treat this as a red flag. I could not find a phone number to reach them. I ordered two linen shirts. They arrived about a month after I ordered them. The shirts looked okay and the material seemed good but the XL was a medium at best. I reached out to customer service at CozyMoo via email about getting an address to send back my shirts and get a refund since they did not fit. After sending 4 additional emails, without a response from the company, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The very next day I received and email from Cozymoo stating I could not return the shirts due to Covid. Nowhere on their website does it state items cannot be returned because of Covid. Please exercise caution when ordering from this company.
Don’t waste your money. Photos are deceiving as to actual mens shirt size. The models look like regular size men. I normally wear a LG in a Man’s size not a Garanimals kid size. The shipping is terrible. Received my order today,XLG as they said order 1 size up. I could barely put it on it was extremely tight. I also wear an XLG in some shirts as far as cotton which fit perfect after washing. I would not even wash these or dry them, they would be the size of a wash cloth. I just put them in the trash not even going to waste time sending back to CHINA where I would maybe get a 3rd of my money back. Web site descriptions and photos very deceiving. Big scam.

I just received my "2XL" shirts (from China) and I was excited until I opened the package and tried the shirts on. The package indicated 2XL as I ordered it. It fit me like an extra small. You must be using "Hobbits" for your models. The shirts were very cheap looking. As a result, I would like you to refund or credit my credit card the full amount of $68.68 Canada dollars ($51.47 US dollars) I waited a month for this order to come in. You promised quality etc. and you have not delivered what you promised. I am very angry and disappointed. Please respond to this email and let me know when the refund will be given. I ordered 5 products from this site on 02 Aug 2022. Credit Card dinged the same day for a total of $155.00. Haven't heard anything from the company since. 4 emails to customer service sent...NO RESPONSE!! They list a phone number 336-652-2593. Left untold messages...NO RESPONSE!! The message on its website says the order is un-fulfilled. GOOD! Cause I'm cancelling the order and disputing the charge. Save yourself the grief and aggravation, and pass this company by. CozyMoo should be avoided at all costs. My experience consisted of 3 shirts ordered in the same size but each fitting differently. The fabric was of poor quality, and the craftsmanship was sloppy. After failed attempts to contact customer service, I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge.
I ordered two shirts from Cozymoo. They are about 2 sizes too small, and so thin that you can almost read a newspaper through them. I sent an e-mail to their customer service, but have not heard back. I'd recommend that buyers stay far away from items this company sells.
I ordered several summer blouses and pants from cozy moo. Iit took more than a month for the first order of pants to arrive and even more time for the second batch. I'd ordered a large, but the sizes with 2 exceptions (2 shirts) were way too small. Could fit a 10 year old. I contacted [email protected] and received a response that they do not accept returns because of covid, but they would refund 50% of my money. They asked if that was alright with me. I responded that it was not because it is not stated on their website and I would like a full refund. They did not respond, so I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered five shirts at XX large Jul '22; took over a month to arrive. Shirts were medium size at best. Phone numbers and emails are a joke. After a week of negative responses had to go thru Paypal. They are using COVID as an excuse not to receive return items and offer only half to 3/4 return. Do not fall for it! Demand full refund. After a week of back and forth thru Paypal Resolution Ctr finally received full refund. Save yourself the stress and avoid this website at all cost. Just checked their website; GA address has changed since my order of July.
