Is cozybreezy.com Legit?

I'm the scammer??? Lol!!!! I ordered your products in good faith believing that if they didnt work for me i would be able to return and get a full refund as your refund policy clearly states a 100% refund. You did offer a few options that were NOT 100% REFUND. I ordered through paypal and you did not refund my account 100% as promised. I have checked my account continuously and there is no refund pending or otherwise After I took down the negative review you changed it to only a 50% refund. You are liars and cheats. Additionally, when you false advertise, it completely overtakes any quality of products. Customer service is key to a successful business. You and your company have no morals or ethics. You can't treat customers this way and expect to have positive reviews. Simply and 100% shameless.

I read review after I ordered and was a bit worried. I recieved my ion body suit love it. I ordered it smaller to help with the purpose of why I was getting it. Love it I hope people know these things are made to put you fat away and help levitate it, you are squeezing In for a reason. Anyway do not understand the bad reviews so happy. Glad I chose this I have bought alot of tummy flattening underwear zippers velcro girdles etc couldnt keep them on from sweat and then I felt lime yeast was starting from sweat etc. Anyway this is not bothering me very comfortable it is what they say it is. It is tighter for a reason it makes you so much better and helps loose weight sucks in all the fat rolls comfortably again they are suppose to be tight thanks so much love it definately reccomend to anyone it is everything I imagined❤❤❤

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered their underwear & even tho I paid xtra for expedited shipping it still took over 4 weeks to receive. I’m a size 10-12 so I ordered XL. They were so small I couldn’t even pull up past my knees. So I contacted them by email to discuss returning & was told they had to be sent back to an address in Asia on my dime & probably wouldn’t be worth it considering the price of shipping. What a scam!!! I put them in a mailer & returned to the address (California) that was on the envelope in which I received them & then disputed the charge in my cc, Horrible business practices BEWARE!!!

Never received the item ordered (2 months later) and they are refusing to refund. Edit: Cozybeezy replied to this reviews months later saying that they did not find an order in "my name" - right, "Jessica" is all that is shown publicly. Anyways, I did file a fraud claim through my bank and got reimbursed. This is 100% a scam/fraud, beware.

Again didn’t know I was dealing with a bad company, CozyBreezy, who advertised a no problem return policy, BUT then you go to return and they try different ways to not refund. I said I wanted full refund for 2 bra’s that didn’t fit ( $64.78 plus $6.00 shipping) So they give you a Chinese address( one time I payed a lot of money to ship something back to China only to receive it back with “ no such address “Do not buy from them… ‼️😡 I wish I had known it was from a scam company…. Now I will wait for 20% of my money… which probably won’t ever happen… BEWARE

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with the underpants was not the same that a saw when I place the order what they send me look like $1.50 and I paid $35,00 if they had a half of a star that's what I would have rated them I hope that $35,00 help with their business because they will NEVER get another one from me

This company is a scam. It's too bad I didn't check up on them before I ordered. When I requested cancellation of the order before it shipped, I was told that cancellation must be within 60 MINUTES of placing an order. This information was not included during the purchase process nor immediately after the purchase. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint, and CozyBreezy did not respond. No surprise there.After 3 weeks I finally received the order shipped from China. I finally found information on CozyBreezy's complicated return requirements. The return must be initiated within 10 DAYS of receiving the order. Then CozyBreezy will email a return address. What will happen next?

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They say welcome to the Cozy family and then treat you like crap. Product did not even resemble what I ordered and now they want me to pay to send it back to Asia and also if it gets held up by Customs they will not credit the return. I will never go through this company again and I will let other people know not to do it either. That is too bad and shame on them because they know what they are doing.

CozyBreezy is deceitful. I could copy and paste their actual return policy that states they want their customers to be satisfied and have 10 days to make a return if necessary. Not so!! I ordered the fleece lined hose. Tried on, too much work to get on and then the waist squeezes the breath out of you. The response to returning,,, “ I’m so sorry this product was not to your satisfaction but it will have to be returned to Asia and will cost you too much $$”. It was shipped from Los Angeles. It’s my fault for not checking out the reviews like I usually do on Amazon. I’ve lost $ before but this still makes me sick because I got caught in this stupid scam.

Is this a SCAM?We did receive the product, but it was not what we expected. Read the 'return policy': it took about five e-mail exchanges to learn that if you _really_ want to return something, you must mail it to China (you pay), and only when it is received there you may get your refund...But they tried hard to sell me something else.Lesson: You have to pay for your mistakes.

This company's false advertise. I ordered the tummy control medium panties and they sent a small black brief . It's made for a child. No leg room . It cut circulation off . Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Biggest scam store I have ever come across. I have come across many the bra I ordered goes around me, but the cups are like AA and I’m like a 44 and that’s what I ordered. They will not return my money. They say no return I can’t believe I didn’t check that out. I didn’t think there was a store in the world that wouldn’t return your money if it wasn’t right that’s UnAmerican. Of course it came from China, never order from the store. It is awful. Thank you. I hope this helps it doesn’t deserve even 1 star but it wouldn’t let me type a review unless I had at least one star. Also I thought they would never come. It took over a month to be delivered.

If I could I would give not one star for this company in China!! So that just about says it all. Purchase’s a bra that looked so beautiful on the website. Paid a reasonable amount plus shipping. Turns out I received a unwearable, unprofessional, joke bra, almost gag gift bra. Made by a child or something!!Unbelievable!!I asked for my money back and return the joke bra. They want me to pay shipping for a replacement joke bra.I asked for a refund and a return address please. They told me to pay to ship this thing (joke bra) to Asia!! After months of back and forth with this scam company, I was refunded 6.00 dollars!! And told to keep the joke bra!!I lost 30.00 dollars on the deal and a lot of time and aggravation!! Do not deal with this Company!! I have the joke bra to prove it! I’m keeping it to remind me to never order anything from China again!!

The WORST place to order from!!! Took forever to come,then it was too small to be a xxl! I then asked for a return and they expect me to ship it to freakin Asia and cover cost! Even a replacement they want you to cover shipping! This is a crap a** scheme to take your money! Ridiculous! Never ever again!

Very bad qualityMaterial is paper thin and the size is way off to what I ordered. I emailed to get a refund and was told since they are in China, I would be liable for the shipping charges and they would be a lot. So they offered a 10% refund. $3.00 !!! Horrible
