The only issue I have is that I selected the model and year of car and then weeks later was asked to approve the dimensions for the cover. I assumed that knowing which car it was for would give them the dimensions and it must have, since they sent a design drawing to me. So I don't see how I could have added any value to that. How could I know the cover dimensions better than them. I think they were just using it to excuse slow service, because it took weeks to get the cover manufactured and shipped. I would recommend staying on top of the company right form the day you order. Reason I chose this business: I have had a number of items made. Although there have been a few challenges around approving dimensions, delayed manufacture and delivery, and so on, the covers have been well made and to my custom requirements for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Overall it was a good experience as I have another cover on order. I gave it solid 4 as the only issue I had was the following. After going back and forth with measurements, the length of the cover is about 3 inches to long. I can't move the bbq with the cover on as it gets caught in the wheels. Everything else was perfect. “Amazing custom covers with incredible service and price”

My wife and I recently bought a new patio set for around our fire table in the backyard. We got a really nice set which we really wanted to protect. Our friend has previously used Covers and All and we thought they looked beautiful. We followed suit, and we couldn't be happier. We were totally surprised by how interactive and thoughtful the designers were. They asked so many good questions and made fantastic suggestions to make our custom covers even better than we thought they could be. It took some back and forth to arrive at the final design, but it was time very well spent. Once confirmed, our covers were produced and shipping to us within 10 days. I am happy with my cushions. My only recommendation would be that in my opinion the tie wrap should be on the opposite side of where the zipper is if only 2 tie wraps are requested. Had I been aware of this I would have ordered 4. The zipper should be at the bottom and if the tie wrap is at the bottom the cushion just falls over. To rectify this the zipper is at the top now where you can see it. Other than that they are perfect. Reason I chose this business: I thought I was ordering from a Canadian Company. Quality

I ordered a cover for the fire pit a few months ago at a cost of $53.82, but when it arrived the length was only 32" instead of 48". The cover arrived just before I left for holidays and therefore I did not reply immediately. When I returned I could not find a copy of my order so I requested that Covers & All see whether the fault was mine or theirs. They responded that the fault was mine so I thanked them for investigating and ordered a new cover at a cost of $68.59, this time making sure that I requested 48". When this cover arrived I was very upset that it too was only 32". I have a copy of my order that states 48" (let me know if you want a copy) so the problem must be in your program for ordering.
