I was going to cancel my subscription; However, I was so happy with the rep he signed me up for a discounted plan after he showed ne showed me the all the functions to their site I felt it was worth it to rewrite my resume using their system. They allow you to help friends and family not only look for a job in the thousands of postings they have, but it will also help them generate a resume & cover letter. I felt it is worth having the subscription to help friends and family. Thanks again for the GREAT customer service & cover letter

“Scam”

Cover letter now is a complete scam, I signed up for 14 day access, next thing I know I'm being charged for the next month after they never notified me that I was going to automatically be opted into a subscription. Very dishonest and never even provided a good product.

It was for the most part good. The resume lacked a couple details that really needed to be in there but once I added them it was very well done. I have actually replaced my previous resume with that one now. “Scam”

Horrible customer service. Says will be billed weekly 9.95, but charged for the whole month. They don't care about the customer or the service they are just trying to pull a fast one on anyone who needs a cover letter. If someone doesn't want your service, give them there money. You can't even talk to the people who make the refund decision, everything about this screams FAKE! Also every response to all complaints on here is given the same response which means it's just generated to try and make them seem like a real company. Beware they are not!

Nice format to follow after years with the same job. I was a bit rusty on cover letters. The drop down menu options for formatting would have been better if they had included room for credentials (MD, Ph. D., M. Coun.) and if a paragraph for highly qualified persons was included for the main body.;
