We have been working with CE over 10 years..it is most helpful detecting spouses porn use and foundation for discussion on how to deal with the root of the problem. Yes you need to phone them cancel but that to keep spouse using porn from getting rid of it with the accountability partner knowing. Not a cure all but the best out there to dealing with problem

Look the software doesnt work perfectly all the time.But if you have problems, like me, this product is a life saver.Sometimes the software doesnt work pefectly.Like this one site doesnt load any images with this installed.But that is a site that sometimes has explicit content.If you are committed to change, sacrifices has to be made.

I've had Covenant Eyes on my iPhone and Mac for a couple of months now. It honestly works great for me, so unsure why all the bad reviews! I used the code 'TIKTOK' at checkout and it gave me 30 days free to try it out (it still works!), so I'd definitely recommend giving it a go as you can cancel anytime.

Not perfect, but does the job of filtering and blocking content. I hope they will continue improving it so it will work better and better for their users.

I used this and found it very helpful. I very thankful that they have such a great customer service team that is there for you 24/7 even if it's not by phone.

It's a billing scam that's basically malware. To cancel your subscription, you have to email their support. To remove the malware from your device, you have to get an uninstall code, and I couldn't even kill it to remove it from the Activity Monitor. Software itself works decently well, ran into a few issues with the VPN, but it's so difficult to remove that I would never recommend it.

I used covenant eyes for 20 years but have just cancelled. I am quite disappointed at how terrible the software works. For example, every webpage that you visit their VPN has to load. Which takes a considerable amount of time. Often over 10 seconds. It just doesn’t work well at all. Not only that, but they have increased their monthly price. Not worth it. I am looking at other alternatives.

This app used to be okay. The recent changes to their software however, have made it absolutely useless. Screen accountability does not work. I have told the company many times since they introduced the feature. The recent update has left reports based solely on screen accountability. The app works poorly on iOS it constantly turns off or can be turned off. Nothing is monitored unless the specific browser is used. It does not monitor app activity or block content within apps. l contacted customer service a few times and found them to be responsive but lacking in helpfulness. The only useful feature of CE used to be the full browsing logs. I never found reports to be comprehensive and literally spent hours filtering thru thousands of logs to check for suspicious activity. Now this feature is gone completely and so the service is utterly a waste of money as it will do absolutely nothing but provide a false sense of behavior from addicts.

I can confirm much of what others users have said 1) The app doesn't work at all; is incredibly easy to circumvent; and at the same time is quite invasive, utilizing a VPN that precludes you from using any other VPNs and causing connection issues 2) Their system indeed does not let you cancel, forcing you to talk to Sales. They hide behind some shield such as "this is for your own protection", but this is nonsense. I frankly haven't seen any normal company in the 21st century operate this way.

Fantastic app which has improved overtime

Their VPN IS disruptive, causing more suffering than before when I decided to stop looking at porn. My phone fails to connect with the home wifi after being outside on the 5 g network. They also prevent anyone from commenting on your YouTube channel. And here I am trying to start a video drone business!! This sucks.

BAD. I joined Covenant Eyes hoping for high quality Christian adult content and i was sorely dissapointed. All the images are blurry and the app is slow! Also wont let me cancel my membership! Avoid, or use a virtual card if you really want images of blurry christian chicks.

The program doesn't work, the screenshots are so blurry that even with a reduced blur photo it takes a Sherlock Holmes level investigation to find if someone has strayed. The app will block reddit, and youtube comments, but still allows direct access to porn. And the only way to cancel is to call and talk to a representative in person during Eastern time business hours which is a huge hassel as a west coast person.

Useless for marraiges. Just continues to hide the sin. Doesn't actually deal with the root of the problem. Porn addiction destroyed my Marraige and this app promotes the addiction !! It allows the husband to hide from the wife his problems.. and the women are abused and not heard told to submit and be abused by their infidelity

Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.

I had Covenant eyes for a few months and unfortunately had to cancel the subscription because it just completely shut down any apps on my iPhone. I couldn’t even connect to my gym app when working out and as soon as the app was deleted off my phone everything would work perfectly. Very disappointing

this software is in breach of privacy! once i had the software installed i noticed it would take screenshots of my current screen and upload them to my online account as well as send them to an accountability partner. this means that the company can view sensitive information such as bank details, passwords ect, as these screenshots get uploaded to there database.not only this but you can easily by pass the software with a vpn. i mean this is just ridiculous!! this software is clearly aimed at anyone who don't give a dam about there privacy.

The program has improved from a few years ago, but it still has several loopholes that are easy to find. My bigger issue is that you can’t cancel without calling in. You can uninstall it from all your devices online but you can’t stop them from charging you. I called in before my billing date and it went to a voicemail. Tried again today and they told me they wouldn’t refund me because by the time I actually reached somebody, it had already charged and I didn’t leave a voicemail. I’m sure they can see when I removed my it from devices, but they still refuse to refund the money. So decent program. Terrible customer service with catawampus hours who won’t even help you when you get laid off from a job.

Great and incredibly friendly customer service! I love working with them and calling them about concerns or technical questions. They've always been able to solve my problems and are patient and care about their customers. Great product, great service, and very reliable!

Truely a terrible service and overpriced for what it provides. It doesn't monitor applications outside of Safari and the Covenant Eyes browser. Any other app you download, you can access NSFW content (twitter, youtube, another browser). The VPN is terrible, slow and buggy. It would constantly cut out my internet connection, forcing me to restart the VPN (which takes a solid 30-60second) multiple times per day. I cancelled my service for a few months after getting to a point where i felt i didn't need it. After a relapse I eventually wanted to restart my subscription (i must be a masochist) only to be greeted with infinite loading screens when trying to pay. The tech was so bad they couldn't even take my money!!!Never using again, never recommending, and praying for a better competitor because the world needs something like this THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.
