I ordered two jewelry boxes with individual zippered paks which looked really cute online. It took eight weeks to come and was extremely damaged and smashed in transit and they wouldn’t return the product and only wanted to give me $8.00 as a refund to keep the smashed cases which were not cheap. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE IN ANOTHER COUNRY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
This company is garbage!! They took forever to mail my hair straightener and then when I received it, there was damage, it was used and I have emailed them multiple times daily wanting to return it and get a refund but all they want to do is offer me $2 and to keep this used and damaged product, damn rip off!!!

If I could give no stars I would! I placed my order over a month ago. Got a notification that my package had been confiscated by USPS due to counterfeit postage after asking several times where my package was because I paid for expedited shipping and getting the same response which is that it was on its way. It was in Memphis 3 hours away from me and now it's back in Oklahoma states away from me due to fake stamps!! I hope this company gets shut down and you guys lose money like I did!! They have taken the money from my bank for my order but have not sent any type of confirmation email and when I contacted them I got an automated response they don’t have any recent orders Associated with my email. I have reported them as fraudulent.
