Good response from merchant and coupon cabin. The cashback rates need to be increased. The rules about not accepting coupon codes from other sites, not crediting clearance purchases, and not crediting in store pickup purchases needs to change.

I signed up for this service on 5/28/2024 and received a welcome email. When I attempted to logon for a possible discount I received a hard stop with the message "In looking at your account, I can see that our security systems detected what they deem to be unnatural account activities and subsequently attempted to verify your account. Because these systems were unable to successfully verify certain aspects of your account, it has been flagged for a manual verification and moved to our Account Services Team, where it can be reviewed and unfrozen." Now I've not tried to logon/use this until today and was told I needed to supply them with my driver's license which I refused to do. I did provide them with the copy of the welcome email I got when I signed up. Very poor 1st time customer experience!! I have about a dozen or so other money savings sites and have NEVER had a run in like this!! Will NEVER recommend this service to ANYONE!!! 7/11/2024 - Replying to couponcabin’s response:I verified my email when I first signed up and all was good. When I got the hard stop on 7/8, I provided them with the welcome email showing I was registered. The email even showed my email address that I registered with. Their process is just too cumbersome to deal with and I will just use my other money saving apps/websites and move on!

I've used this service for years and am happy with the substantial savings I've received. If I have a choice between buying from a website with a CC rebate versus one that doesn't participate, I'll take the former every time. I also check similar cash-back programs and go with the one having the largest rebate, which is usually coupon cabin.
