Is county-golf.co.uk Legit?

Bought Under Armour golf shoes which they advertised as being waterproof. A number of players at my club also bought the same shoes from County Golf. We all have wet feet wearing these shoes if it has been raining. Definitely not waterproof

Was happy with prices and service. But lates order were wrong sizesThey refused to help and said I’d have to pay for return AND for delivery of replacement.They lost a customer who bought every couple of weeks

I have read some bad reviews with regard to customer service on this site but I have to say that I had an outstanding experience with County-Golf customer service. I found them helpful, polite, friendly and professional. I had received a wrong item and returned it paying the return postage. Customer service ensured that I received the refund of the postage as well as the item I returned.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.They send items out at least 3 sizes smaller than advertised, then expect you to send back at your own expense!!Don't order has the sizes are all wrong..

I had ordered some clothes, two shirts some waterproofs and a pair of trousers, had all of the products been suitable I would have been happy and known no different. But I ordered the same size of trousers I always wear. They were so thin if my legs were the same size as my forearms they might have fit. I emailed to see if they would accept a return as faulty as I am thin as it is but these trousers would not fit any grown man unless severely malnourished. I was met with the response "you ordered tapered" I have plenty of tapered trousers of the same size description that fit particularly well. Absolutely no attempt to understand why I was dissatisfied with the product or attempt at resolution. I give up and accepted the loss as its not worth my time to pursue. Just be aware that if your order is as described and you do not need to contact this company, you will likely have a good experience. But if you have any issues you will be met with no enthusiasm in resolving your issues.

Items arrived - fitted well and as expected. Disappointed to see that they don't send emails informing you that they have dispatched the items. Very unusual practice from companies today. Don't know any other companies that do this. They did send a tracking number upon requesting one promptly, when I enquired whether they had dispatched the items. Cheap products and a positive experience if they fit, but be aware it costs to return items, so it's potentially not great value if your unsure they will fit; taking into consideration postage costs both ways.

Dreadful, arrogant chap (Australian accent) who just scoffed at my suggestion that having to pay twice more lots of postage to exchange an ill-fitting item to the next size down was a tad unfair. Do not use this company. Rude and arrogant.

On an email account I have created for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY (never for anything real) I have received over 450 emails (at least 1 per day) from this company I have never done any business with or even heard of.These unethical people are clearly spammers and scammers who harvest and buy email addresses to spam people. It is ILLEGAL to sign people up to marketing emails without explicitly getting their permission to do so FIRST. The people working in their marketing department are violating the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12), as well as the laws of other countries.

i have recently bought several items from county golf.4 pairs under armour shorts2 castore jackets1 gillet several t shirts 4 long sleeve tops all were delivered on time and exactly as promised .i found the sizing guide to be excellent .great quality products atexcellent prices

They say my return didn't reach them yet my courier show that it was delivered to the correct address and an image showing a returns bay which county golf claim it is not theirs. Customer service is very poor and basically ignored the fact that I am now with any items and money. Have ordered in past and kept items so never experience the poor returns process and awful customer service. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE AVOID

Avoid this company unless you know which size you are for specific brand. Ordered usual size, way too small, on phoning them they admit, yes that brand does run smaller, no indication on site about this, no opportunity to leave a review. Now £7.50 out of pocket in postage costs which could have been easily avoided had they actually cared about customers…

DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY!!! I returned unwanted Christmas goods and they’ve under refunded me for a Calvin Klein jacket which was returned to them as originally received unopened and still brand new in the wrapper. I’m absolutely appalled by there customer services! Saying it’s my word against there’s!! Absolutely shocking!! the manager was arrogant and rude on the phone to me along with short abrupt emails from them. Do yourselves a favour and STAY WAY CLEAR and order elsewhere.

Have purchased many items of golf clothing from County Golf which have all been high quality & fast dispatch. Put friends onto them as well who have had similar experiences. They often have great offers if you sign up via email too. Had to send my first item back over the weekend due to being too large (though sizing on their site for each garment is pretty well explained) & a refund was immediately forwarded to my account. Great site for golf clothing & fantastic prices too.

1st time ordering from CG, delivered 2 days after placing order, Sergio Tacchini polo shirts and a Nike baseball cap, very pleased with quality at a great price, just remember to check size guide on any items as measurements vary by make, mine fit perfectly.Plenty of bargains to be had.

Have ordered many items recently from County Golf - all great quality gear at excellent prices. Ordering and delivery processes all good. Looks like some folk have an issue re returning goods etc - can't comment on that as I've not had to return anything.

Currently in dispute with this company for under refunding me for goods which were returned back to them due to poor quality and terrible sizing. They haven’t refunded me for items and are arguing that they won’t refund me for the items which they’ve received back!!! Atrocious customer services, appalling rude attitude received from members of staff and the companies manager when all I have been is polite patient and calm in trying to get this resolved! And there now ignoring my emails. They also don’t offer free returns and Postage cost me £12.50 alone. I will never order from here again

Excellent value golf clothing. Used numerous times and always been really happy with quality and price of goods. Size guide on tops is excellent, giving actual clothes measurements which is important as the difference between brands is huge, you can switch between L to XXL to get the same fit, much the same as normal fashion clothing. I found this invaluable to avoid returning goods which I believe is at your own cost, not surprising giving the cost saving to comparable golf stores. Once used I'm sure you will use again 🙂

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Regularly buy clothing from them especially CK, UA and DKNY. Great products at superb prices. Customer service is excellent and had to swap large for medium recently and was done in no time at all.

Items received were great, excellent price and delivered very fast without any issues. Would defo use again
