Is countrywideparking.co.uk Legit?

I received a fine for parking. I appealed it and it was denied with an automated reply. I agreed to lay the £60 but the platform they sent me to use to pay didn't work. I tried multiple times with no luck. I then got in touch with them and in every email I asked for an alternative way to pay, they have now increased the amaaount to £140 and still haven't given me an option to pay and I have been told they will not reply to any more emails. Please keep in mind that so far I haven't lost my temper and have tried to resolve the issue but I'm getting to the point where I'd like to tell someone where they can stick this fine :) I have not once refused to pay however without having a way to do so I can't shut this down. It feels like they are leaving it to build up so I have to pay more. Really Disappointing service and hope the local community opt to get rid of them and have another council run car park.

One of the worst parking companies I have dealt with. They are not following their policies. I got a PCN, I appealed online on 26 April 2024. I have not received any responses of any kind. Today 14th June 2024 I received a letter saying that I have not responded to their many correspondences! I need to pay £140. With this trick, I no longer can pay for the original ticket, also I have lost the right to appeal with the Independent Appeals Service online.

Scumbags. My car was blocked in when making a delivery. Left one minute late as a result and recieved a £60 fine, appealed it, just an automated letter sent back saying the appeal was unsuccessful, joke of a company.

This company is committing mass corruption, they purposely make it impossible to contact them and speak to a human, their appeal system is handle by an automated system I know this as myself and a friend both received identical appeal responses even though we are two individuals with two completely different circumstances. its a scam and the government need to look into this and reimburse the victims. The worst thing is I am a Countrywide parking permit holder and have been charged for a overgrown tree ( not my own ) obstructing my windscreen. SCAMMERS & THIEVES!!

Absolute joke of a company! I pay monthly £50 for a car parking space, my pass is placed on the windscreen and have been issued a £60 fine. Appealed proving that it’s my dedicated car parking spot, no remorse. I think it’s disgusting how much I’ve paid and they can’t let go of one fine when I’m literally renting this spot. Another annoying point when I come round to check your car, the spaces are very slim between the pillar and car, which is fine because I’m careful when going passed, however then in their Huge high vis jackets with zips at the front are scrapping the car, which I have on the dashcam!

I paid for a parking space via Just Park, followed all the rules, parked in the correct car park, did not arrive early and did not leave late, but then received a parking charge.I appealed, giving evidence of payment, the location, booking timings etc which were all correct, but they just rejected the appeal and now sent a final notice of payment of threaten court action. Even Just Park who I booked through have said I have not contravened any parking rules/ restrictions. This behaviour is disgraceful!I was just going to pay the fine, but decided I will be seeing them in court, not letting this go, they are bullies.

I am being taken to small claims court for parking on a private road which partially belongs to the property I own. They ignore everything you tell them, Even though they want you to reply to them. I have received around 100 different threatening letters from various companies that countrywide use to harrass people. In this case they are harassing all of the residents that live in buildings that have right of access over this road. Finally, this company clearly does not properly research the people that they are working for I.e people trying to claim land that they think no one will contest.

Got changed £100 for parking my car in a customer parking lot?! I am so perplexed about this situation. The Signs CLEARLY states customers can park for 20 minutes with no permit needed as long they shop in the Simply Fresh store. Which I was parked for 17 minutes & was still given a penalty fee saying I needed a permit. & When I went to appeal the website does not let me!?!? This company is a scam. They try to con people and make money with no justifiable reasoning. Do not pay them. If anything if you are in the right. Take them to court and win your rights.

I used these guys to manage my car park. They were non responsive to emails and I had to chase and chase for my commission earnings, ultimately I had no choice but to sack them as they were stealing my commission. If you are looking for car park management this is NOT the company to use.

I have been attempting to contact someone in the sales department for a week now,3 emails and a phone message left with a young lady.As of this moment I have failed to have a response from anyone WHAT A WAY TO RUN A COMPANYEventually someone has contacted me

I did hold a very low opinion of CPM because their overzealous parking attendants are issuing PCNs like confetti. Recently, I was issued a PCN for parking my car allegedly outside the marked parking bay. My car was parked maybe slightly outside the bay, but it was parked in my own reserved space, not causing any obstruction or inconvenience to anyone.I appealed against this unjustifiable PCN, expecting my appeal would be rejected.To my complete amazement, their appeals department actually dealt with my appeal promptly and decided to cancel the PCN.I sincerely hope that their parking attendants will be more humane and considerate in issuing PCNs, and congratulate the appeals department for their sensible decision on this matter.

This is a disgusting, immoral organisation extorting money out of honest and responsible citizens. They use threatening and alarming tactics to scare vulnerable people to pay up even when they can provide evidence that they have done nothing wrong. It is impossible to speak to a human being. I also have doubts about the integrity of their IT systems as it took me three attempts for my payment for an unjustified fine to be accepted. This was after I categorically know that I had correctly registered my vehicle for a fully legitimate appointment. They insisted that I didn’t. They’re wrong. IT systems are not always error free as we have all seen of late in the news. Be very wary of this company. They are unprincipled, money grabbing vultures who prey on the old and vulnerable in carparks in medical settings. This is a very poor reflection of the society we live in. Shame on them.

Impossible to deal with if you are a client looking for parking management. They no longer take any calls so it's an absolute nightmare to establish any kind dialogue with them. Instead, you are greeted by an angry and rude receptionist called Kim who is the most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service. I have a space which I paid for when I moved into my house 2 years ago. Have repeatedly got fines as they don’t inform you of renewal or process updated car information despite me telling them. I’m not going to renew again.

Dealing with this company has made me physically and mentally unwell to the point I don't want to leave the house or drive my car.I followed the signage at a car park managed by them instructin g me to register within 24hrs for free disabled parking.I did so within the allotted time frame and still recieved a ticket.I live alone and could not manage to mentally pursue the extensive outside appeal (after they took no notice of common sense in the internal one)Today I received a red letter threatening me with court action etc with the addition of a bullying paragraph telling me that my credit rating will be affected and I won't be able to even get a phone contract.I'm 54 years old, permanently disabled with a life limiting condition and have never done anything other than tow the line...seems pointless when you can be legally robbed by anonymous money grabbers sitting in thier comfy offices.Thankyou Countrywide Parking for causing me severe anxiety,dark depression and a prolonged bout of colitis.

My dad has terminal cancer and was only parked for 10 minutes to get some emergency medication from the chemist and even though he displayed his Disabled Parking badge he appealed to them to excuse his mistake of not registering his car but "after careful consideration" they rejected it! Shame on them! Money grabbing vipers, I hope they rot in hell! They will probably disallow or remove my review but I feel better for sharing their immoral practices.

Never had any problem with these guys. Super accommodating and very reasonably priced. Whenever a ticket has been given they have always been fair in their resolution.

I parked in the car park right under the sign that says you have to download the app to park there, which I did. After registering my car, it would not accept my password on three occasions. I gave up and left having only been there for 6 minutes. I then get a fine through the post and subsequently they have rejected my appeal, stating that I should have the app before I entered the car park. How could I have the app when I’ve never been there before and followed the instructions in the car park as directed??! If I appeal again and it’s rejected they have said they’ll fine me the full £100 instead of £60. How do these people sleep at night! 😡

Someone parked my slot for a week, reported to countrywide but no one handle my case. Their staff say asap. I ask them is asap mean 1 year, she said yes. Rubbish company!!!

My previous review was removed then looking over the guidelines I can’t see what I done wrong. So, I have debilitating stomach condition and for necessary reason I had to park. I was parked for no longer than 3 mins and I was issued a 100 parking fine. Please don’t think about using them. Or even appealing it they're corrupt and money grabbing.
