My costumes arrived neatly packed and protected. Clean and beautiful

The football tricots I ordered came in a very different color with additional yellow stripes than what it looks like on the website. So it does not look like the club tricots at all! I contacted their so-called customer service and was informed that they do not assume any responsibility toward these differences, and that I could return the item on my cost back to get a refund! I have already paid 10 EURO for the shipping to Germany, and now I should pay a 43EURO postage to CHINA!

They were super helpful and responded quickly to all my questions.

Ordered my usual size, and the costume fits perfectly. No awkward adjustments needed.

I did choose a size larger than l should to prevent sizing errors, but everything fits perfectly! I'm happier with this decision to go through this shop.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a costume and then realized I ordered the wrong one immediately and canceled within their policy of 100% back and they only refunded half. What a rip off! Beware don't do business with them.

We've ordered a few superhero (spidey) costumes for our kids (ages from 4 to 7) here and so glad we did. The quality and fit looks perfect just like the real deal and so the kids love them. There was also some styles available off this site that i couldnt find elsewhere. The customer service also on Whats App was very easy to use and very helpful when i had a sizing issue so I can definitely recommend buying a costume from here.

I bought 2 costumes one for star wars and the other was assassin’s creed for our event this coming weekend. The packaging was excellent. When I pulled the costumes out I was totally amazed on how detailed and how the stitching that they done on them. I am so incredibly happy about the way they look and the fitting. The other is their shipping. I was very impressed with their shipping I was able to contact customer service and they released my anxiety each time because we were pushing on time to get these costumes for this coming weekend. I was slightly apprehensive as this was more expensive than I’d usually pay out for a child’s costume. Good quality costume and good customer service. Quick response with WhatsApp chat/customer service. Costume came with vest, undershirt, and pants. My son wished the turtle neck part stayed on better/tighter over his mouth and nose and wished it went up to cover his left eye like Kakashi.
