I have serious concerns about this anesthetic cream. It’s expired since 2023.01.13 and most importantly, it doesn’t work at all. I used it exactly as directed, but there was no numbing effect whatsoever. 30 - 60 - even 90 minutes ! Doesn’t work AT ALL!!! It makes me think that this product might be either a fake or has gone bad. I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone until there’s clarity about its quality and effectiveness.I’m very unsatisfied! Now I understand why I don’t accept PayPal payments! Because you selling far products! Any solution for me now?

Cosmo Korea has great communication & customer service skills that surpass any other beauty product laboratory we have ordered from. they have earned our repeat business for as long as they stay open. if we have a question about a product they are right there on WhatsApp to answer it they walk you through using wise to pay for your purchases and the shipment is quick and is packaged with care. they are top notch and in my opinion, they are the best company of their kind that we've ever done business with, And trust me we have done business with several. the only drawback that I see is that they do not have United States Affiliates on YouTube and I asked them about the affiliate program which they have not made available as of yet. Perhaps in the future they will see the benefit of having Affiliates that show people in the US that their products are safe and how well they work it's different coming from someone you feel as if you know, and YouTube channels for these top products are what got me involved in them and I'm sure many of you if you are reading this feel the same. other than that Cosmo Korea is an absolute safe choice. Additionally their prices are very reasonable and competitive with other platforms. If you are thinking of making the switch you will not be disappointed.
