Is cosmedica.com Legit?

I had surgery last year winter time, waited for 8 months to write something about it. So far my hair grows really good and especially front looks naturel, Dr Acar really knows what he is doing , as far as I know he is one the best in this field, it was big decision for me to go Turkey , I made a lot of research and finally I choosed this Clinic. Price was reasonable and they provided good service during my stay , Thank you so much Cosmedica crew .Cheers

Absolutely terrible results. I had 5000 grafts done in March 2023, a year and half later, results were so poor, I have to wear caps and use hair fibers. Top of my scalp and crown are basically bald. I can prove this with pictures, just drop a comment and I'll email you. After repeated emails, pictures, and constant messages to them, I was finally promised a revision session by their medical team, however, they then deliberately told me to contact my representative (Get More Hair) who doesn't work with them anymore. I then messaged Cosmedica explaining this, and now they ignore my calls and emails. I can prove this if anyone wants to see evidence. Please don't waste your money and look elsewhere, they don't care about afterservice, it's all money and numbers to them. I actually thought they were genuine and good people, was going to recomend them to a few of my mates, won't do that in a million years. Please take my advice and look elsewhere. I've complained to Turkish Health Authority about their conduct and service towards me, as i have a guarantee which they are ignoring. Cosmedica will say contact your representative, knowing they don't work with cosmedica, as a tactic to avoid fixing the poor transplant and helping you. It's a money game to them and you're just a number sadly. I'll keep you posted if they do confirm a date for my revison session. I even agreed to pay for the flights, so long as they covered the revision grafts session, and my accomodation. Ripping me off when you're a huge business, how desperate can you get....... I will be going to the media too about my experience. I've genuinely never been treated like this before in my entire life, shocking.

I did Regenera Hair Treatment in June 2023 and I was promised good results in June 2024. I actually saved money to do this treatment for 1000 pounds.The company was all smiles until they got my money. Now one year, the results are far from what was promised, and when I reached out for support, they conveniently saying I have thin hair. They are absolutely cheats and making the money.

Dr. Acar and his crew were wonderful! Throughout the 8-hour process, the personnel were attentive to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable. Given how much I loathe needles and medical devices, I was likewise shocked that I didn’t feel anything. Furthermore, I loved how my representative made certain that my progress was on track.

Zahide was very informative on the post-care products. She gave a thorough walk-through. Dr. Acar prioritizes honesty over money. I thought I had to get a DHI procedure, but he let me know that my situation didn't require it, even though it would be much cheaper. I appreciated both his expertise, and his honesty! I was treated with care, and the surgeons who did my transplant were caring. I heavily recommend.

Cosmedica made everything so easy from start to finish. Very informative and friendly staff put you at ease straight away. Each patient is able to have a short consultation with Dr Acar, as well as with other staff, regarding their desired hairline. I chose Cosmedica because they specialise in creating very natural looking hairlines. It will take a while to see my results but I couldn't be happier with how the procedure has gone.

Starting with logistics planning from Get More Hair was a breeze and was very responsive in my case. Cosmedica consultation procedure to transplant was well explained by Dr Levent Acar. Surgery for 4K graphs took 8hrs in total and I am looking forward for the hair to grow. Long journey but will update the post in the upcoming months on my progress.

Amazing! I wish I had come here for my 1st transplant. The whole clinic & clinical team were more professional than I ever expected. The technicians are talented, diligent and truly professional. I felt listened to by both Dr Acar and his assistants which was important but most of all I am seriously impressed with the amount of grafts they took and the quality of the implants. I came here because I believed they had the best technology, but the people made it!!!

Had my procedure at 18 October, got 4000 grafts. I was very pleased that this clinic didnt aggressively ask me to conduct a lot of grafts, and still consider to preserve for future healthy hair grafts. The Dr Acar, and also the team also handled me well and understand my anxiety disorder. Hygiene and very modern-ish. The information I was provided was spot on and always told me what was going to happen next. If I ever felt any pain during the procedure they would just put more anaesthetic in your head. I feel like the nurses carrying out the procedure should be able to speak and understand English as this would make it easier to communicate. I think the food provided could of been better, especially the breakfast.

I found the service here to be absolutely exceptional. The reception staff, technicians and Dr. Acar are like one big well-oiled machine. I got exactly what I was looking for and I was comforted throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was fine, it was enduring but so worth it. I cannot speak highly enough of Cosmedica.

Experience was good. Everything went smoothly. Not much time waiting, so that was good. Very professional. One thing I would like different would be for the nurses to be more English speaking. Not much information was given throughout procedure & i like to know what’s going on during procedure.

For me, hair transplantation is a big step, and therefore, it was very important that the process itself was not nerve-consuming. and how glad I am that the clinic has people who are ready to help with any problem. but I will not limit myself to them. throughout my journey, the Cosmedica team showed professionalism and friendliness: drivers, hotel workers and, of course, surgeons.

I really can recommend this clinic, everything is organized so well and the working personal is so kind and always there If you need something. The results will be perfect I guess after 12 months. The DHI stiches are really clean and well made. Highly recommended.

Choosing a right hair transplant clinic is very difficult task- same as a decision to go for a hair transplant.After long hours of reseach I came to a conclusion that Cosmedica would be the best option. From the first day I arrived to a hotel , to the very last day in the clinic I could rate this place no less then 5 stars- the clinic itself is very modern, and majority of the staff speaks in English very well- which was very helpfull in every situation. I very happy so far with my decition and cant wait to see a great results
