Is cosme-de.com Legit?

Product arrived broken, leaked everywhere and was unusable.Cosme-de refused to refund me fully and stopped responding to my messages.Very poor service, I will shop elsewhere.

Stay Away. They sent the order to another country then charged me $60 for wrongful shipping. The website defaults to Malaysia even if you select shopping from US. It adds Malaysia to your US address. Customer service has no interest in fairness but only in taking your money.

Very bad experience ! I ordered a product late november for christmas - supposed to be received mid December. After more than three weeks waiting, I recieved a better from the customs. Lots of paperwork, fees of shipment on top and no answer from their customer service - neither proposing help, a new shipment covering customs or a reimbursement. This is the worst marketplace I ever placed an order to. Not recommended except if you want to buy not being sure to receive or ending paying more expensive than the price of the product.

Terrible customer services; no response to my email advising product had leaked. Contacted again via website when no response after 2 weeks & then told to photograph outer packaging (already disposed of), inner, product etc etc. To send item back on my own time & at expense. No replacement would be offered only a refund & go theough the rigmarole & waiting times again to purchase.

i ordered 300usd products from cosmede in july 6th, and it shows from delivery tracking site that package was dispatched on 9th jul from hongkong, and nothing follows after the update on 30 Jul dispatching from singapore. until 15th Sep, no updates. i sent email for equiry at the end of Aug, they said they will check, but no response later on. now i am checking all the reviews saying they are selling fake products…………wow

I’ve been a customer for years. I requested cancellation of a recent order SECONDS after purchase but they have refused to lose sales and instead lied about items already being shipped even though order was still not processed after days. Every attempt on my part to negotiate refund or even a credit note was met with hesitation and shady responses. Shame about the reprehensible lack of customer loyalty; I will no longer shop with them.

Dermalogica- I have been using the same face wash and microfoliant from Dermalogica for years. I ordered them from Cosme and now have a skin rash. The produces feel and smell different too. I’m not convinced these are genuine products.

the promotional codes do not work, don't be fooled into thinking you will receive a discounted basket on checkout. Once checkout is completed you will not receive any discount. I have sent numerous emails before and after checkout, the prices on screen are what you pay. Customer service is useless 🖕🏻Why give me a promotional code for as US site, I am British and use the UK site. I have sent numerous emails requesting a UK promotional code but to no avail. Therefore the response below is still "useless"

fake products.do not be tempted to save few pounds, after weeks of waiting you are likely to receive fake products. i have contacted company about it, but other than automatic message 'we value your business and will reply within 48 hours', i have not heard anything further.will not be buying again

Having read other reviews, I became nervous about waiting nearly 3 weeks for this order. I am pleased to say that it finally arrived this weekend. The company provide Post Office tracking information, but it only kicks in when the ordered goods arrive in the UK. There appears to be no tracking once they dispatch goods, from Singapore, to arrival in UK. Nor does the company seem to be very good at responding to emails other than auto reply templates. Room for improvement on the communication side.

I have been buying L’Occitane products from cosme-de since 2021 and have placed orders of more than 10 times from their Shopee shop, Lazada shop and cosme-de website.Product is authentic as I have compared to those I bought from the retail shop. Smell and texture is exactly the same. I've also checked the manufacturing date from checkfresh.com and most of the products are relatively fresh (aged less than 1 year), with 1-2 items aged between 1-1.5 years. I think this is the main reason why the products are much cheaper than retail store. Seller wrap each individual item in bubble wrap (regardless the packaging is plastic or glass or aluminium), and put extra bubble wrap in the box to prevent the item from moving, and also paste a fragile sticker on the box. Delivery is quite fast, less than a week for orders place on website and approx. 7-10 days for orders placed on shopee. The only complaint is the item I want is always out of stock, and I hope they carry more variety of products instead of those more popular products.

I believe their products are genuine, however, discounts might due to the manufacturing period as i've checked mine oncheckfresh.comMy 15ml L'Occitane divine eye cream was produced on 2017-09-24 (2 years 1 day); the site recommend skin care products to be used within a period of 3 years and I've bought 2 bottles without knowing beforehand. Therefore I suggest that you purchase only 1 in case the expiration date is near, unless you're confident that your product runs out fast.

I am very disappointed with Cosme-De, I paid nearly 1000 pounds on the website, wait for nearly 3months and received nothing. My package was lost and I contact Cosme-De customer service every day to chase the package, ask for a refund, but nobody does a refund and no result for my package. I lost a big amount of money and waste a lot of time on the purchase process. Be careful with the website.

My order arrived in a timely manner and good condition. I ordered La Prairie Skin Caviar Absolute Filler and Clarins Body Treatment Oil on 24 July 2020 and received my order in New Zealand on 4 August 2020. Both products are genuine. This is my second purchase from Cosme-De. I'm totally happy with their service. Will definitely buy again in the future.

Received fake Bioderma products. The packagings were slightly different, very unprofessional finish. The content smelled like a petrol totally different from the original. When I complained, they insisted their products are 100% genuine. How can the company like this exist in 2018?

Very very slow delivery, unresponsive customer service.Been 2 months and pending HK-UK delivery. Took over a month to leave HK. Lol is this a joke?Cannot look for other options due to lack of response.

I orded 4 items rom this site, in April, I have contacted them lots of times to be given excuse after excuse, I am a singe mum who can't efford to buy myself clothes often, and to feel like the one time I could I have been ripped off. I have just recieved my first 2 orders....( I am surprised of the negative reviews on the site). I recieved my orders within the mentioned period and the products were perfect - no issue with dates or quality. all perfect. Customer service responded quickly and effectively to some doubts about delivery which were quickly responded and cleared up. So what can I say..very happy and will definitely buy again¡¡¡¡¡¡

purchased several times until I received this email，（look what did they reply）：“ If the order is returned due to unclaimed issue, there is a 25% restocking plus shipping fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund.”Ridiculous! The shipper should ensure delivering the package to the customer. I am home and they suggest me to pick it up in the local post office ??? Charging for 25% restocking fee ??? Can anyone believe this? So Funny!!! Never heard it before. Not to mention Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and other famous company, even local store dare not to collect one penny from refund. One word for advice：If a company do not have capacity to do international business, just don't touch it.
