cosabella.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives cosabella.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 71. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 71 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to cosabella.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning cosabella.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cosabella.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cosabella.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cosabella.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cosabella.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether cosabella.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether cosabella.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, cosabella.com.

Beautiful looking… however I’ve spent hundreds in the last year and all the underwear with lace is awful even when washed on cold and line dried in the house. What a waste!
I did a review of Cosabella last week saying I did not get my items that cost me 100 $ CANADAIN but thank ful today my order came and it fit me good ! I was worried about this company but they came through for me which I am thankful I don’t know why it took so long getting here and them getting back to me !
The bras are made from polyamide. Please research this on your own. I almost bought one until I looked up the material. There is NO cotton in this bra. Polyamide is used in many manufacturing industries, and is in fact used in Kevlar. It is extracted from monomers like crude oil or petroleum (fossil fuels). I am NOT an environmentalist. I am simply a consumer who almost bought this product. I do NOT want it on my private parts where the body is warm and exposed. Sorry. And yes, they are trying to make me take this down.
I received a full priced set of pajamas and did not like the fabric. I thought they would be silk like the picture appeared. They're actually a light flannel. When I tried to return them the website says I can only get a Cosabella gift card. Do not buy from this company. They obviously aren't interested in providing their customers a good experience.
1. Bought two bras, same size/cup, €95 each - one, was one size larger than the other. Took me two months of emails/photos and one return at my own cost, before I got a refund (thank you for yr patience, Ms Katia). 2. Bikini €31 unswitched after 5/7 washings. Their quality dpt at my photos: "it can happen after some time, bikini should be replaced every 6 months".
Worst service ever! I received a defective product a few weeks before Christmas. I notified them right away. I was asked to send pictures. After sending pictures and several follow-up emails I still have a defective product. Nothing done at all to address this issue! Horrible service! Awful product! Do not recommend at all!
Do not buy clothes from here. They will not offer fair returns on their poorly sized clothing. I am $200 poorer because they will not accept my return on their nursing bras. Was just trying to feel comfortable in this stage of life. Their moto is "for people" which could not be further from the truth.
It`s now been 12 days since I ordered a birthday gift for my wife. I was given a bogus tracking number that was never live, the pack was never sent. Now through email cosabella claims the pack has gone missing and they will start investigation with UPS, straight up lies! Horrible customer service after failure to ship products. What a clown operation.
Ordered from the genuine Cosabella website. Very poor quality bra (scratchy and cheap material) for over £50, I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. Returning of the product took a while to process as you have to send it out internationally to Italy and you have to pay return fees. You'd expect this to be at least paid back with a faulty/poor quality product.
I ordered few products from your site Order details : 1288788The order status shows that the payment is canceled. But the payment is complete and I have also sent them the transaction document. The customer care is not replying to any of the mails. Worst customer service everUpdated : this is a valid order number. It might be showing invalid because I canceled the order few minutes back. One of your support person contacted me and I already provided the details to refund . She agreed and again called later she said order is already dispatched. Don't try to show your customers as liars !!
Buyers beware! All of their merchandise is European size and runs very small. So I had to ship back my entire order of $200+ worth bras. I have not heard from Cosabella at all and then only recently realized I never got any refund. I tried to inquire why and their response was that they have never received the package. I used the shipping label they provided in the order and so I am shocked to hear they are now claiming they have no record of it whatsoever. Customer reps are far from being helpful and their marching orders seem to be - deny, deny, deny until the customer goes away.
Update:I received a reply from customer service and they have honored my return. I shipped it back today. Hopefully everything will work out once they receive it I will update my review. Absolutely the worst purse I have ever made. Not to mention they hide in small print sale items aren't refundable. The bras are ugly 2 of the 4 I purchased have defects. So I'm stuck with $200 worth of crap bras I can't use. Super disgusted with this company. Would not recommend this to anyone just off the customer service and hidden return policy.
Ordered an item May 25th and it is now June 22nd and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking shows that the item was sent from Morocco then to Cameroon…to get to Canada…Sounds like a fishy company to me, and reading the other reviews here, I am now certain of it.I should have looked at Trust Pilots before buying anything.
UNFAIR TRADERS received goods but they were too small and returned at my own expense I might add. They say they have not received returned goods?! I have receipt and proof of return but no joy.
Very good service! My new bra didn't fit well so I wrote Cosabella that I was a bit disappointed. They immediately offered to send another model without additional costs. No need to return the 'old' bra.
Be very careful with the company that is representing themselves as Cosa Bella. There website is cosa-bella.co. They are ripping people off!!!! It's unfortunate that the real cosa bella gets hits for it but people be aware. The real Cosa Bella's website is cosabella.com. BE AWARE!
Hi COSABELLA I bought a strapless bra advertised for DD+ but it is extremely poor quality and not at all as described, it’s basically a boob tube with no support. And cost £70. I have asked for a return and told to pay £13 to return to Italy. NOTHING in the website terms and conditions says the item was shipped from Italy or has to be returned to Italy. On top of this your disgraceful customer services are saying I have to pay return duties. Charging me for my return shipping and return duties is a breach of my customer rights here in the U.K. where you are aggressively advertising your products. The website also states “hassle free returns” which is false advertising and governed by the Advertising Authority here in the U.K. Please stop trying to rip me off of my legal rights here in the U.K. both my statutory rights and conning your customers with false advertising.
They advertise heavily in the UK but if you are not happy with your purchase you need to ship the product back to Italy which costs a fortune. They provided me with the return label which I used and now they're telling me they still haven't received my package as I used the wrong address. I don't expect the refund of my £80 plus £7 shipping. Don't buy from them
Bought various sizes. Did not know they were coming from Italy. Shocked to discover returns are not free. Even more shocked to discover sale items won’t be refunded!! It actually gets worse. As they are ALL unsuitable (scratchy nylon « lace ») so package had a value of over £150 I decided to have them collected by UPS. The charge of £21 is bad enough but then UPS say there’s £50 duty and tax to pay too!!! Have emailed address on returns slip which begins »eushop » and it’s just a straight bounce back as undeliverable. Appalling service. So I have £150 of useless bras that will cost me £70 to get back?! AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is a racket.
I have purchased for 300€ of products from this company, they did get here and on time and the quality was quite nice. However, three panties turned out to be oversized (I am normally a size M and these looked like L on me) so I decided to return them. I was asked to log into my account, then ask for an authorization to return my items, print a copy of my invoice mail, write a side note mentioning the RMA number (return number) and then ship it back at my own expense (based in France, I would have to pay for shipping fees between France and Italy which could range anywhere between 20 and 30£ given the size of the parcel). And when I emailed them regarding my concern, they simply replied back mentioning that they wouldn’t provide me with a return label because they didn’t cover for the return fees. So if you want to exchange a 20€ panty with them, you need to pay an extra 20. How convenient! The customer service is simply not in line with their prices. Then they simply stopped replying. I feel very disappointed and mistreated as a customer.

“Falls apart within 6 months”
After wearing old sweats to bed I decided at 30YO I'd treat myself to real pajamas. I chose the Bella design and it fit perfectly and was so comfortable I bought a few more sets. BUT within 6 months. Washing it on delicate cycle and line drying items only. SMALL HOLES started to appear in garments and FRAYED EDGES at sewn borders. I was shocked because these items are expensive and quality seemed great when new. Very disappointed. Products used:Bella pajamas Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
