Is corset-story.com Legit?

I made my order (Order # US142910) sometime in August and never received it. All was fine until they said they delivered it outside of the door of my locked building instead of the designated package drops that only manager has access to (big signs)My packages were stolen. I tried to get help was told by CS that an investigation was being opened into why my parcel was “incorrectly delivered”I’m an autistic woman. This stuff feels so hard to deal with and I’m trying. I just want my corsets or refund or even an update. But I’m also to a new apartment so at this point getting a response would lease me

I've purchased in the past and the quality is great, but I lost weight and needed to restock. The value on the 6 for the price of 1 is unbeatable for the quality products. Also, I misread the shipping information about the in stock waiting to be shipped with the pre-orders once available, and the lovely CS person, Dom, helped me fix my issue very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and their great products.

There is no return form available anywhere on their website. I've read every return page and return policy/process page and it's nowhere. I attempted to cancel the order shortly after making it and no one answers from the provided email address either. They make contacting them IMPOSSIBLE so you cannot make returns.

Love this corset so much. The blue and gold brocade design is exquisite and timeless. The detailing with the swing hooks up the front and beautiful ribbon tie up the back just look perfect and interesting. It is a substantial garment, comfortable to wear, great for the posture, really cinches the waist and gives the girls a nice lift. Oh and it’s great for the ego, received so many compliments.

The corsets are great and when I had questions or problems the customer service was excellent. I hope to buy more in the future.

HORRIBLE. Paid $300 and never received my package and the company is ZERO help. I have been emailing them for over 3 weeks trying to get a re-shipment/refund and they never follow up or offer any resolution. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I must have a dozen corsets from this company. Their wide selection allows me to have corset shirts I wear for work on a weekly basis, also casual ones I wear for costume/ cosplay. Easy to maintain as they lie flat in a drawer when not worn. Occasional spot cleaning and dry cleaning when needed.

I am avid corset wearer. I have worn cheaper ones but after discovering Corset-story I can’t really bring myself wearing cheap ones anymore. quality is excellent, defiantly value for money. Variety is awesome especially the colour pallet used. Most versatile are underbust longline corsets ones. as I do have slight issue with over bust ones as having 36E bust that is definitely not matching 30” underbust corset so jeah.

My experience with Corset Story has been amazing. Chris has been helpful with any concerns i've had. The returns are hassle free. I ordered my corsets just before christmas, and held a bit of delay on delivery, understandable. Upon arrival, i found that two of the corsets didn't fit properly, they were overbusts, (i ordered three and kept one to try out.) The underbusts fit and were comfy. The overbust poses one risk, tightlacing accidents and that was from my own actions. Be careful.

I already loved the company and the merchandise but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size and style and Chris quickly responded and changed my order to what I wanted in the correct size. Absolutely amazing customer service and absolutely amazing company. ❤️❤️❤️

I am a very busty woman and finding the right support for my girls can be a serious challenge. Corsets have become my go-to for any and all remotely fancy occasion because they give amazing support and don't kill my shoulders and back in the process. These corsets are incredibly well made and most of them have lasted me several years. IMORTANT NOTE: I have found the corsets with shoulders don't fit me because my shoulders/arms are too big. Other than that they are very comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful, really well made and with proper steal supports in the corset. There is an amazing choice, colours and shapes. I have since placed another 2 orders. Customer service was really helpful and quick, given it’s a small company. Highly recommend and not doubt will be ordering some more products in due course.

I have bought 6 corsets so far. One is an undergarment. The others have been worn as outerwear and underwear. They all have arrived in good time, well packaged and beautifully made. I found the sizing guide really helpful. Following the helpful video guide, I have even learnt to put on the lace back style myself. I highly recommend trying one of the corsets if you haven't before. I originally purchased to help with my posture and to improve my figure but they are comfortable, beautiful and give me real confidence whether worn as under or outer wear.

So amazing. The products are very high quality, well beyond my expectations. And the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a couple fit issues (just make sure read the descriptions and size charts carefully because it’s all in there!) The returns process was very simple—and when one of the replacement items was out of stock, I got almost immediate contact about how to choose something else.

I've ordered from CS twice now, a total of 10 corsets. All of their corsets are excellently made and fit well (which always worries me with online clothing shoppes). Buyer beware I would not waste my time or money. I ordered 4 corsets that were supposed to be delivered but never received the package. They have horrible customer service! Not getting any assistance from corset-story. They take 24 hours to respond and a week has gone by without them even offering a solution. All their emails state "we are waiting for DHL to respond" while they do nothing to help me. Called DHL 5 times myself and the said that the package is lost and to call the shipper for a resolution. That was 5 days ago. Told all of this corsets-story but they do nothing about it. Said I have to wait until its found by DHL. TOTAL CRAP! Horrible experience, horrible customer service. If you buy you might have the same problem if you live in the USA. I would try timeless trends or orchard corsets. Do not buy from them.

I have been a professional Dominatrix for the past 14 years. I own literally 10 of this companies corsets. Mostly the longer brocade Victorian cut. All are steel boned, lined with steel busk closures and heavy laces in the closure. I have worn Corset Story corsets hundreds of times. In my professional sessions and out in public as 'going out tonight' outfits. I cannot recommend this company and its products highly enough! Returns are fairly straightforward, my only issue was that I was given a store credit and not a refund which I would have preferred. This store credit is sitting in my account waiting for me to need a new corset someday instead of in my bank where I'd want it.

“Absolutely Fabulous!”

Cannot rave enough about this site and the quality of my corsets. I am a tad on the larger side and frankly not able to buy off the rack in stores. After taking some careful measurements (with guidance from their website) I picked out a few different styles of corsets. I loved every single one that I received! They were exactly as described. There were some tips for self lacing that I had to get used to. I ended up figuring out some personal preferences about the styles I prefer with my body shape. I cant wait for my next order. The only down side is that it is an international order, so you do have to wait a bit for shipping time, BUT the quality is WORTH IT!

I've been wearing corsets for the last 7 years or so and corset story remains the best site I've found so far. Their corsets can be a little pricey but they are well worth the cost, I have several that I've owned for a few years now and worn with some regularity and only one is really starting to show signs of wear. My only complaint is that I have a smaller torso so most of their styles are too long for me, but I'm always able to find a way to make it work.
