Is copytrans.net Legit?

Needed help when starting to use Copy Trans Manager after iTunes decided to stop syncing with my new iPhone 15. Brilliant support from Victoria. She kept helping even when I was being a bit thick! Have been using Copy Trans Photo for some time. But this experience just confirms that this is the go-to suite of programs for iPhone / PC management

What an excellent program this is.There are very few companies today which truly care about their users. The CopyTrans team is one of them.CopyTrans is a fantastic tool for backing up, saving, restoring, copying and examining the data on your mobile phone, IPad, IPod etc. When I needed to transfer my apps and data from my old IOS 1.10 IPad to my new IPad, ITunes couldn't do it (old IOS no longer supported). CopyTrans had no problem at all. I was able to select what I wanted then CopyTrans did the job.What an excellent program this is.

Absolutely brutal experience. Spent hours and hours as the software tried to download texts. Kept timing out. The UI looks like it is from 2005. Do not buy this software! Pay $20 more and get iMazing. It worked the first time and it looks like a program from the 2020s. Customer service is brutal and they require you to download software to the download "log files" which you then send to them and THEN they decide if they want to refund your purchase. All very scammy.

Very easy to use ! 1 click operation to transfer to my external hard drive . My wife’s Apple IPhone wasn’t getting recognized by Windows and always kept on giving me an error so as soon as I downloaded Copy Trans Photos , it literally took 1 click and the photos were all transfered to our external hard drive ! Thank-you so much Copy Trans for saving our memories photos.

i spent two hours trying to get this program up and running to save texts from an iphone. I followed the videos / restarts/ drivers install and uninstall then reinstall/ restart / different USB ports and cable... nothing worked. My computer recognizes my phone but this program does not. i used the latest links and drivers available through their website last night 2/2/23. The only way I could have gotten the wrong drivers is if their website is out of date

CopyTrans is definitely best product for dealing with iPhones/iPads and theirs backups. Very uncomplecated to use, registrating was flawless. Very Happy with it, glad to be away from iTunes! I’m VERY SATISFIED for opportunity to buy this AWESOME product!!!! Greetings from Serbia!

Perfect program for uploading photos to iPad. Easy to use and quick compared to iTunes which is slow and doesn’t download all photos. CopyTrans also allows you to create individual folders and upload any photo to them. Also easy to update photo albums.

Just perfect as usually. I’ve been using CopyTrans eight years or so…..always worked perfect for me covering absolutely all my backups and restore needs. Keep up going with your good things guys. I love it Regards Maurizio

I was trying to archive and backup my iCloud Photos to my own NAS for safe keeping and found roadblocks at overturn with getting al 25k photos/videso download. website only allows 100 at a time, and iCloud for windows wouldn't sync all the files. CopyTrans Cloudly saved me from teh headache of downloading 25k files 100 at a time and causing a massive headache. I set it up, logged in and started downloading everything in teh background without issue. I did have some small issues due to the size of some of the video's and the large number of files but the support team responded quickly with a solution that 100% resolved all issues and saved me. highly recommend this product.

I hate that Apple have changed their photo format to HEIC and that it's virtually impossible to find a way to convert these files to JPEG. I tried a few online converters and was bitterly disappointed. Then I stumbled across CopyTrans and they did EXACTLY what they promised, with no extra crap attached to it. No spam, no tricks, no hidden agenda. Gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised - which is why I'm writing this review. Thanks for the great service guys.

Does almost all i need it to. Can right click my HEIC files to convert to JPEG instantly. Haven't figured out how to change this default output to PNG yet tho and neither does the program make it obvious how to. Also being unable to batch convert my selecting multiple files is a downer. That being said just having CopyTrans installed on the system makes it works seamlessly with IrfanView without me needing to do a thing and that allows me to batch convert to pretty much any format i want to. That in itself gets this a 4star from me. If the context menu thing were to be sorted out and some kind of GUI options dialogue to change basic settings and see program stats in general were to be added, it'd be 5star for me.

I bought a licence 3 years ago. Then found that the installer always installs a current version. So on trying to activate the product I'm informed that I need to purchase a new licence for current version, and am immediately taken to a special offer. Some digging via Google and I found there's a not-obvious option described inside Copytrans's website on how to use the older version option and licence. After discovering this I was able to extract my old images, videos and WhatsApp chats from a 5 year old iPhone backup. It did that job really well.In summary, you get a genuine perpetual licence for the version you've installed, but the product somewhat hides that fact.

We're a non-profit that just upgraded to iPhone13 pro - which by default records in Apple's proprietary format - which doesn't open in our Win7 systems. Then we found CopyTrans - TERRIFIC. We can see the snaps just like JPGs - no issues. And with many thanks!

Hi, im using this software yesterday and i feel so helped using this software. this software can let your oldest windows to view heic file or event convert it to jpg so you can edit it on Photoshop or something. so i thanks so much for copytrans who built this software and making it free for personal use. you guys so kind. thank you

Thanks CopyTrans! I appreciate this tool, and being able to use it free for personal use. It worked great on the pictures I needed to convert from HEIC to JPG. My only feedback was I think it hung when I selected a few hundred files, but I started doing batches of 99 and I didn't have any further issues. It could be I just didn't wait long enough when I submitted more than 99, but wondered if there was a 99 per batch limit?

Copytrans failed to correctly upload all of my images/videos and the ones uploaded where all in random orders, despite me ordering them and being able to manually upload them.I reached out to the customer service, with them only responding to me saying the log shows some files have been sent over. They completely ignored my issue with the software and did not attempt to help me despite several emails.Awful customer service and dodgy software, pay and use at your own risk!

I never normally leave trust pilot reviews but I am so grateful to this software for recovering all my lost videos and photos I accidentally deleted today, and another 400 that I deleted in the last week or two. It was so easy and simple, the first 100 are recovered for free so I knew it worked, and then it was a really reasonable price to get all the rest. Thank you CopyTrans!

Using their software rescued my old classic IPod catalog of 4300 songs, moved into ITunes library and backed up in a separate file. Big relief as I couldn't move the songs directly from the IPod to the library with a new pc. Will be adding more songs as well.
