Is coolhorse.com Legit?

I love the the product. Only thing I had problem with was the handle. It broke within a few minutes after getting it out of the box. Had to repair it myself.

The GE EZ nippers are absolutely awesome! I’m mad at myself for being cheap and holding out from buying them for so long as they made my trims so much easier and considerably faster. Cool horse had the best price, had an easy buying process and shipped me my nippers in just a few short days. Very satisfied

Though good effort was made to fill my order, the product I ordered was not shipped to me. It was returned to Coolhorse by Fedex . This is not the fault of Coolhorse due to terrible weather conditions in the area that impacted power, shipping, etc. I am advised that my order will be reshipped as soon as possible so I will have to wait and see how things progress to fully comment on my experience.

I never received the scale I ordered. I called customer support, they told me ask my neighbor first because US postal service had delivered and they wanted to make sure that I did not falsely claimed.When they shipped the scale I ordered, they did not provide me the tracking number like other company do. Now, the product lost, they wanted to put the blame on me by not resending the scale I ordered.

Very helpful with my questions about two saddles I was interested in. I did pick just one😊 Not familiar with the brand, but the pics looked very nice. As promised from cool horse the saddle is well made with very good quality leather. I like the way I fit in it, but weather in California has made it difficult to ride more so I have one more week to to make sure it fits my horse well. That was also a huge selling point for me, 2 weeks trial, return for full refund if it doesn't work🐴. The saddle also came quickly.I would highly recommend cool horse to purchase your next saddle😁

Overall great experience even though it arrived after Christmas and it was a Christmas gift. The necklace was perfect. The stir up keychain was smaller than expected but my daughter loved both!

They took a look at my trailer immediately upon arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had in fixed in a few minutes. It was a simple fix and they did not charge me. You can not find friendlier, more competent people anywhere. Angela at Coolhorse in now my new hero. Thanks to everyone there for their help and understanding. It will now be a must stop when I am in Amarillo. They deserve a lot more than 5 stars.

The deal I got on the classic equine saddle pad was amazing! And I had some questions about sizing which were handled quickly and professionally through the chat option. They made adjustments to my order through email which made it painless for me!

They sent a different item from what was on the website. On the website it shows the light to be green. They sent blue and when I called them they said they were out of green. When I talked to them, they said they would refund my money but not my shipping charge on this order and I had to ship it back to them on my dollar. This is crap. Will not recommend this seller to anyone. This is not my fault. Bad seller. I will not do business with them again.

Two things bothered me. The first is one of the sets had a price sticker of $24.95 yet the price was more than double that. Secondly, the roping glove provided is an adult size glove not a childs size.
