I use Worcester 14 in paint trays in the spring because I'm a subcontractor at a marina. They're really pricey at home Depot and I found the cheapest price on contractor wholesale. The day after I place the order a customer representative called me just to let me know that they were fulfilling the order but it was going to take an extra day and then it was going to ship. I thought that was really awesome it could have been done an email but instead they called me and the representative was super friendly and knowledgeable. Items arrived within a couple days after that packaged very nicely. Super happy with contractor wholesale and will be buying more from them!

I ordered Lacquer Retarder. The product was received in 4 days, via ground shipment, from the time I ordered it. The Lacquer Retarder, shipped via UPS, arrived in good condition. The supplier kept me up to date on the shipment progress along with a tracking number, which was easy to use as it was embedded in their e-mail, versus having to type the tracking number into the UPS website or go to the suppliers website. Now I need to work on correcting my "blush" problem with the humidity in my area.

I couldn't get the deck sealer I wanted locally so after an online search and checking reviews, I took an informed chance on this supplier. My order arrived super fast. There was a small issue with one of the items in shipping, probably vendor related. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and submitted a pic. Before I knew it, a replacement was on my doorstep. Their service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them.

I have restored 6 national historic homes. I ordered a polyurethane online from this crew and they sent me the wrong poly. When confronted, they said this is an upgraded version but, having used both, it is not vaguely the same. This is like ordering a car and receiving a motorcycle as the " upgraded version ". They would not let me return what they sent ( which I could get at any local hardware store ) nor would they refund the $36.00 shipping cost. Beware of these guys as they are not concerned with customer service.

My order was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very quick with a four day turnaround between order date and delivery. Item costs and shipping costs were very reasonable for two gallons of liquid cleaner. I would certainly order from Contractor’s Warehouse again.

Everything came in a timely manner however I would suggest that if you have 2,000 lb load to use two pallets or more heavy duty the pallet broke and we had to unload everything as the lift got stuck as they were delivering

This is better than some Wholesale sites I have frequented where it takes a day for them to respond or no one answers the phone.The shipment came faster than promised.Since I was buying a large quantity they allowed me to negotiate on some of the pricing and actually did better than I was asking. I ordered Synko tough patch and they had it listed the way I wanted it, in the powdered form you mix yourself. Unfortunately I was shipped the ''pre mix'' formulation which just isn't the same animal. Control over the water content and fast drying is what I needed not another too wet bucket of slow drying goop with disappointing performance. I WILL buy from them again but this was a miss....

I would call this company small business friendly. Easy to find what I needed on the site. A quick email confirmed if it was okay for a change in color. Tracking has been received showing our order was shipped in a timely manner. All things that help a small business owner be efficient.
