Is connevans.co.uk Legit?

After spending a lot of time trying to find suitable auxillary audio for my non bluetooth tv, i found connevans who had two options. They were very helpful, easy to deal with and my speaker is more than satisfactory in all ways. John hitch

Excellent service and very competitive prices. Unfortunately my item needed to be returned- my fault not theirs and my refund was dealt with very promptly. A shout out to Laura who was really helpful when I contacted them.

I have traded with Connevans before several times. The reason being is that they are the 'Go To' Company to approach if you or a loved one suffers from Hearing Loss, as my wife does with profound bilateral Hearing loss. My own Hearing has deteriorated too and I wear bilateral Hearing Aids. The items Connevans sell, cater for people like us, are quality and reasonable in price. We purchased a new land line telephone and it is superb. I commend them highly.

I was not sure which spares were needed as both ear tubes and domes were different. I was sent a link with all possibilities which were then easy to match with my prescription.So I now have enough supplies of everything (not batteries) to last for many years and do not have to try and clean waxed up parts

Needed a sign to attach to my backpack alerting people that I was hard of hearing. Works well. Connevans seem to be the only company supplying such items.

Purchased a Resound Multi-Mic for my Amplifon hearing aids. It was a 35th wedding anniversary gift for my wife so that I can hear her again (she speaks with a very soft voice at times)Wasn't sure if they would work together as Amplifon wasn't specifically listed but they do!As a bonus, your website explained how I was eligible to avoid VAT on my purchase which meant you were considerably cheaper than other suppliers.

Needed a replacement part, couldn`t wait for an appointment, so looked and found the part on this site at a good price.Ordered and had it delivered within a couple of days.Perfect easy fit, great service.Thanks

First time for using the company and it was great; great service, correct product and arrived on time. Also the product elsewhere was nearly twice the price so another reason for using Connevans. I will be placing a regular order as this is something I use on a regular basis.

Great website with lots of useful information. Was looking for a doorbell for my 93 year old mum for her new flat. She’s very hard of hearing so being able to get her a doorbell that is portable, loud and has flashing lights on was perfect. Ordering and delivery was fine and the product is very good and lives up to what we expected.

Arrived on time, well packaged and exactly as described. My expectations were exceeded when I opened the box and tried the item. Took a little while to work out the alarm but so pleased with the volume and display. Certainly worth the money and I had struggled to find this type of clock alarm as a replacement for my father's which I didn't know where he'd bought it many years ago.

Purchased some shaped dishes and plates that stick to the table . My husband has a Neurodegenerative condition and these do make eating much easier & Connevans was by far the best price. However I’ve recently found that you can’t use knives with them as they cut into the base of the plates/ dishes leaving unhygienic cuts in the them. I’d recommend the company but not this particular product.

Prompt delivery of the item which was just as described on the website and was a reasonable price.

Excellent service. However ~ value for money is very poor.ConnectClip is extremely expensive for what it offers me. And it won’t reconnect without resetting the Bluetooth every time I log in to pc. I didn’t need a portable microphone so I paid for something I didn’t need. Connevans need to sell just the booster for the Bluetooth to connect between connectClip and hearing aids. Better still, get customers to pay, and link it to an apple account or something similar. You will only need to charge a very small amount a month, and put better Bluetooth in the hearing aid. Leaving it weak so people have to buy a booster is unfair when the technology is available. I’d rather be able to link my app on phone to my pc.
