Is concordiasupply.com Legit?

Beware on ordering custom shirts for VBS! They use a thinner ink to “prevent cracking and peeling in the future” which makes the design very faded looking and doesn’t stand out on the shirts. Very disappointed in the quality for a custom printed shirt.

My husband and I are older, and because of health issues have continued to do our church's services online. When our pastor leads communion, we don't have anything suitable at home to use. Concordia allows us to purchase small quantities of the little communion cups with the wafer on the bottom. And they taste really good. The price is reasonable, shipping is fast. They come in a pretty velvet bag. We highly recommend Concordia.

I didn't speak to a person but at least I found on your website the battery-operated candles for our National Crime Victims Candlelight Vigil on the National Mall in DC on April 26. I used the manufacturer last year but they were sold out and Concordia only had them in stock - so I was happy about that. Delivery was on time and they matched the ones I purchased last year.

December 5 I placed an order by phone and received a confirmation email.December 6 received email advising shipment delay, and I faxed them the church’s tax form.December 7 I received confirmation of receipt of tax info.I continued to receive shipping date information up until our order arrived. The correct product undamaged.I phoned the company to thank them.

First of all, the quality of the product. It looks and feels better than I imaged. The customer service person was very polite. She was also very helpful with taking my order. I received my order as expected in a speedy time span. The merchandise came in great quality and very good condition. I have always been well pleased with their service and billing process.

The product was delivered in a timely manner and the company identifies product and it list reviews for the product. The price is economical compared to Christian bookstores etc. keeping the organization in mind. I just pray that the product is back in stock soon.Googled the product and Concordia supply came up and it surpassed expectations.

The props add quality and value to our VBS. The kids and adults are very stimulated by our sets.As a result, our staff and volunteers are spared MANY hours of prep work. The designs of the sets appear professional and have the "wow" factor. As a result, the kids return every year. Some have even asked to attend an extra week.

I ordered Stellar products for our VBS, taking place in July of 2023. I was notified the items were backordered until 3/1/23. I received them on 3/3! Their website showed “in stock” for a Bible curriculum. I purchased several. A week went by with no communication. I called Concordia, and they let me know that they canceled my order, but did not communicate with me or refund my money until I actually called. The item still shows in stock on their site, despite not being able to fulfill the order. Very irresponsible way to handle business. First and last time using them. Beware.

Phone representative was able to locate the item that we were looking for that was out of stock online. Items shipped quickly and arrived over a week earlier than expected. Fantastic customer service!
