Is computermasters.co.uk Legit?

My son’s laptop stopped working on Friday evening. Luckily this service was on call until 8 pm and had great reviews so we thought of taking it for the repair. Lucas managed to fix it very quickly next day and at a reasonable cost. I then had another laptop repaired. Lucas comes as very knowledgeable person and simple we are covered by the warranty on the parts and repair work. Very happy to have two laptops sorted . Will highly recommend for the repair work and accessories.

Very disappointing service. Collected my damaged USB stick (from which all data had been lost) on a Friday, initially said I would hear back by the Monday but I had to keep chasing and chasing. I was eventually told, on the Thursday, nearly one week after handing over the USB stick, that their recovery programmes had failed to retrieve anything. They returned it, and I had to pay £30 for their time.I then handed the stick to a local computer repair shop who retrieved all the data within one day.

When they arrived at my house, I was told it couldn’t be fixed here and needed to be taken somewhere. After loads of delays and chasing, it was eventually returned with a higher cost for the repair than what was quoted. It was never actually explained to me what was wrong. From what I can see all that was done was a selection of files etc were deleted/removed freeing up some memory. When I got it back and realised that a whole load of things were now missing, all my texts were just ignored.

I have just had a brilliant experience with MAROUAN know-how and ability to get you out of big time PC issues. I spent hours trying to fix a problem myself and eventually gave up. Along comes Tahir and fixes the problem plus some more. What a pleasant guy

Marou repaired my 9 year old MacBook Pro 2014, which I thought was ready for the scrapheap. Very friendly and polite service, as well as confidence to complete job successfully. Price was very competitive too. Will definitely be recommending them.

I had a Samsung tablet where the casing was forced apart, apparently caused by a swollen battery due to being left on charge, so I was told. Anyway, they collected it told me it would be sorted in a few days. Five days later I received a voice note (which I kept) stating it was fixed and would be returned. Days again passed and I didn’t receive it , so I spoke with 3 different personal over a few days, that all said they worked for the company and they all gave me a story why there was still a problem with it, despite repeated false promises it wasn’t repaired and returned, so I asked them just to return the broken device to which they agreed. To this day which is over 3 weeks later, they haven’t returned the device, despite being told to on numerous occasions. I now have to assume it’s been stolen. They are LIARS and SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE under any circumstances

Cheap but professional service!I called early Tuesday morning and asked if Marou could replace a broken screen on my OnePlus 9 Pro.He said I could just swing by and he would have it fixed in an hour.Overall a great experience! MAROU is friendly and professional and will repair your device quickly.Oh, and he has a price guarantee, so this was the cheapest price in the city!

I am blown away by the service Sean from Com Masters provides. My laptop died late yesterday afternoon and so I phoned Sean. I chose his company based on the website reviews and I am so glad that I did. He collected my laptop from home at 10am this morning and returned it at 2pm - all fixed!! All for a very fair price. Marouane came to fix and service my very high quality desktop computer. The job done was the best job I have ever had done by anybody ever in our very sad and third or fourth rate world currently dollowing the shamdemic. His knowledge and attention to detail is way beyond any other people I have ever dealt with in the computer industry, many of whom are quite useless..The job was done with the most precise attention to detail whilst we spoke about Islam and a great deal else.My computer has been restored to better than when new. My files are in a far better state and I have learned more about computers in less than a couple of hours than I have learned in my entire life from most other people who are generally servants of the devil.Marouane was sent by God which is why I have entered into a unique arrangement where I will pay him a minimum of £100 per month and will pay much more over time. My laptop was really slow, MAROU advised that it would help to upgrade the HDD to an SSD and so I took Marouan advice. The turnaround time was very quick. Not just that now my laptop is very quick too and at a very fair cost. This saved me buying a new laptop. Thank you for the service . I will be asking for your advice again in the future if needed .
