Is compass.it Legit?

After days of contacting you and asking for an explanation, NO ONE has contacted me! I called the number on their website and said we can ONLY take appointments! How am I supposed to solve my problem with this low-level company? I go to your branches, NO ANSWER, I call, NO ANSWER, I email, again NO ANSWER. You are only perfect when you want to open an account. You always involve your customers with the third party and NEVER know the answer to our question! Even when I call your number, you ask for the credit card number WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN FROM ME!

I regret to say that my experience with Compass has been far from satisfactory. While I appreciate the effort, there are several areas that need significant improvement. The customer service is unresponsive and often unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Technical support seems lacking in expertise, often unable to resolve issues in a timely manner. The overall reliability and efficiency of Compass services are disappointing, and I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and works towards substantial improvements.

I applied for a simple personal loan. They approved it without much hassle. Even though interest rate is a bit high, better than other Italian traditional banks.

I am writing this review to share a deeply frustrating experience we had with Compass. My girlfriend applied for credit last year and has been diligently making her payments every month, with the expectation that her bill would be settled by August. However, when she visited one of their offices for confirmation, she was informed that none of her payments had been registered and she owed an additional 800 euros.Apparently, there is a third-party company involved in the process which was collecting the payments, and Compass claimed to have no knowledge of them. This lack of communication and transparency has resulted in a financial burden that we were not prepared for.The customer service was far from satisfactory. They were not able to provide clear answers or solutions to our problem. Moreover, their preferred method of communication is via phone calls, which leaves us with no written proof of our interactions or agreements.I would strongly advise against seeking credit from this company. If you do decide to proceed, I urge you to be extremely cautious. Ensure that you receive a confirmation after each payment, preferably via email, so you have a record of your transactions.
