Na voor het eerst 3 broeken te hebben besteld, via Comfortmode teleurgesteld ivm levering van 2 broeken ipv 3.Na contact via de mail bleek dat de missende broek niet meer op voorraad was.(Helaas hiervan geen bijgevoegd briefje..tip)Maar prima reactie, een andere broek uitgezocht en deze vandaag ontvangen.Dus ik ben bij want de broeken zitten heerlijk. Bezorging duurde een stuk langer dan op de website en in de nagestuurde mail werden vermeld. Contact via mail en chat was slecht maar nu na 15 dagen wel bestelling ontvangen. De broeken zelf zijn prima, ontvangen wat ik heb besteld en erg tevreden met de maat en kwaliteit.

Als ik iets uit de aanbieding kies dan wordt op de factuur de aanbieding sale genoemd. Op die manier kun je nooit iets niet in de sale kopen en volgens uw algemene voorwaarden dus ook nooit geld terugkrijgen. Ik vind dat een bedenkelijke manier van zaken doen.
