Er zat een fout in de bestelprocedure. Ik had korting maar kreeg teveel korting. Ik dacht nog apart. Dag later kreeg ik een mail dat de bestelling geannuleerd was,wat logisch is. Toch weer een bestelling gedaan omdat de broeken zo lekker zitten. Pakket netjes aangekomen met zelfs een extraatje voor het ongemak. Bestellen doe ik zeker weer vooral vanwege de fijne broeken die altijd goed zitten

Deze week 6 broeken besteld. Gisteren heb ik het pakket ontvangen. Er zat 1 broek te weinig en 1 met een gaatje in. Contact opgenomen via de app. Vandaag 2 nieuwe broeken ontvangen en de broek met het gaatje hoefde niet retour. Super service en super snel. Volgende keer ga ik zeker weer hier bestellen.

Heb contact gehad met het bedrijf na het niet ontvangen van mijn bestelling.Gelukkig hebben ze het netjes opgelost en ik ben er super blij mee dus goede service.

Het verweer is goed, en beloven dat er een oplossing komt. En dan hoor je niks meer.UPDATE.Het blijkt dat DHL niet erg zorgvuldig met pakketjes omgaat Ten eerste hadden we geen briefje door de deur waar ze het pakketje hadden neergelegd (normaal bij de buren of in de papiercontainer, zat notabene een briefje op de deur dat ze het daar in konden doen).Maar lag als grof vuil achter de groene container, gewoon op de grond. Met toeval in de tuin bezig en zo ontdekt

Ik heb inmiddels 8 van deze broeken denk wel iets meer zitten fantastisch en zeer snel geleverd.Ik stuurde 5 dagen geleden een mail met de vraag of de spijker nog in mijn maat komen zijn uitverkocht nog geen antwoord valt een beetje tegen maar de broeken zijn geweldig zeker voor die prijs.Inmiddels familie ook veel besteld een aanrader.

Super kwaliteit broeken voor een hele mooie prijs! Maten komen goed overeen. Elke keer weer een snelle levering en goede service. Laatst per abuis en verkeerde broek ontvangen. Binnen 2 dagen opgelost en een nieuwe juist broek gekregen. Mocht zelfs de andere houden. Tip, de flared broek is echt heel erg mooi!Top service!

Wat een service. De broeken waren snel geleverd. Zat er alleen 1x 1 verkeerde maat bij. Heb ze persoonlijk een bericht gestuurd. Een wel gemeende excuses van hun kant dat ze iets of wat laat reageerde, maar het was ook vakantie tijd. Maar toen ze terug kwamen namen ze gelijk weer contact met me op en hebben zaterdag een nieuwe broek met de juiste maat gestuurd en gewoon vandaag binnen gekregen. Wat een service. Dank je wel voor de goede zorgen.

Na meerdere bestellingen de afgelopen jaren te hebben gedaan is dit de laatste geweest. De maten klopte niet zoals voorheen dus het pakket retour gestuurd en nu word er beweerd dat deze niet ontvangen is. Zelf contact op moeten nemen met DHL maar die zeggen dat ze het hebben afgeleverd. Het voelt nu als oplichting als ik lees dat meerdere personen er last van hebben gehad. Helaas nu geen broeken en inmiddels 85 euro kwijt.

Super snelle service. Ik had 4 van die geweldige broeken gekocht maat xxl, maar er was schijnbaar wat fout gegaan dus 1 broek was xs...dat gaat niet passen.... gemaild erover en dezelfde dag al reactie dat ik een nieuwe broek krijg in de juiste maat en de kleine broek mocht houden en aan iemand anders kan geven.Echt super!!!

Super bedrijf met super broeken. Jammer genoeg is er nog een bedrijf met bijna dezelfde naam die uitermate slecht is, langzaam en geen goede broeken. 1 x ben ik er ingetrapt , dus let ik goed op. Comfortbroeken geeft snel antwoord en houd je op de hoogte van de verzending. Broeken topkwaliteit .

4 broeken besteld. Kreeg verkeerde geleverd (waren voor iemand anders met dezelfde naam, werd er gezegd). Ik moest ze terugsturen en de verzendkosten waren voor mijn rekening. Ze zouden de goede broeken alsnog leveren en ter compensatie van de verzendkosten een extra broek meezenden. Ik kreeg wederom een verkeerde levering, 2 witte broeken. Tot vandaag krijg ik maar geen reacties op mijn mailtjes. Ze lossen het niet op. Ik heb nog steeds de 4 bestelde broeken niet en krijg ook mijn geld niet terug!!!Op de Facebookpagina word je gewoon geblokkeerd en je reactie wordt weggehaald.

Even contact op genomen omdat ik met de maat stond te twijfelen. Voor het vrouwtje besteld voor verjaardags kado. Prima geholpen en de aanbevollen maat was perfect . Was netjes optijd en prima verpakt.

Bestelling geplaatst voor 3 broeken. Nadat ik het ontvangen had, was er 1 broek niet de juiste. Mailtje gestuurd daarover. Paar dagen erna, reactie terug dat hij alsnog was verzonden. Tweede pakketje binnen gehad, met als conclusie weer niet de juiste broek. Heb ze nog gemaild maar helemaal geen reactie. Zo ga je niet met klanten om. Fouten maken kan gebeuren maar niet een tweede keer. Als ze maar een excuus hadden gestuurd.. ik ga in ieder geval niet meer hier bestellen. Prima broeken! Maar die kan ik beter ergens anders bestellen.

Zeer slechte Klantenservice en klachtenafhandeling. 3 broeken retour, maar ze geven gewoon aan 2 retour. En ze doen hier niks aan. Pakket niet eens thuis gehad, DHL heeft het retour gedaan.
