The worst people to deal with. Actually they deserve a zero. Nobody should buy from them. They are scam. They should be stopped from trading and jailed. After reading the reviws I regret not reading them prior to ordering. The bras are the wrong fit, cheap material wrong colours.They refused to refund me offered me stupid options. Honestly they are a scam. They should be reported

I wish I could leave a negative number of stars as this company doesn’t even deserve the one I gave. And I wish even more that I had checked TrustPilot before wasting my money on this truly awful product. I’m echoing everyone else on here but their experiences are the same as mine. Once I placed the order, I checked out Comfit on TrustPilot as an afterthought and immediately regretted ordering from them. So I tried to cancel which was impossible to do. I thought I’d wait and see, and if the bras were as bad as all of the reviews said, I would try and return them. The bras eventually arrived (from China NOT the UK as advertised) and they were even worse than I imagined. Cheap material, absolutely no support, scratchy bra cups, and a terrible fit. The return policy was also impossible to navigate, even though it was advertised as “free returns”. And I couldn’t even get through to a chatbot for help, never mind an actual Customer Service advisor. In the end, I gave up and treated it as a valuable learning experience. I did try and wear the bras as sleep bras or just around the house but they were so uncomfortable and nothing was held in place. So they were quickly hidden away in the back of a drawer! At least, I did learn never to believe in Facebook advertising and always check out the reviews on Trust Pilot. I hope this helps others not to waste their money.

The bras are super comfy, they come from china so they take a while to come, I was nervous having read the reviews after I ordered but was pleasantly surprised, only thing is the cup sizes are slightly smaller than I expected (as a DD, that’s the largest they do) so maybe consider ordering up a cup size for the comfit push up bras

Should be Minus 1 star. Ordered 3 bras, waited for delivery and all 3 faulty, cups look like an iron has wrinkled them up. Company don't wish to know, want me to pay for return to China (this was not advertised as a Chinese firm) even though their product is faulty and rubbish. Wish I had read other peoples reports before I ordered. Big mistake on my part, just one big con. Ladies, please don't order.

Incredibly high return postage costs and the products they sell are poor quality. Sizing is impossible to figure out as it's different for each item. I'm stuck with a bra I can't use. I was offered 30% off the cost of the bra instead of having to return it. Reading other reviews they have been offered different discounts. Disappointing.

Overpriced products that you can get much cheaper on Amazon. Poor made, super uncomfortable and wrong sizing. Nothing good about the product. Customer service was great but unfortunately all the. Bras I tried are either wrong size or uncomfortable. Don't waste your money

Firstly this company is not a UK company, products are shipped from China which takes a while.Secondly their satisfaction guarantee isn't entirely up front and honest. If they don't fit or you don't like them it will send you 25 euro to send them back for a refund. They do offer to send different sizes instead of returning. The quality and consistency is poor, not well finished and size varies between items. In the end I settled for their offer of a 50% refund as it seemed the best option. So that £25 I lost.Just don't be fooled by their advertising.

Bra arrived today, looks horrendous and feels, horrendous, doesn't fit, the sizing chart is completely wrong, wish I had read the reviews as would never had ordered it. Requested my returns form though reading other people's reviews on trying to return item and get a refund I don't hold out much hope. Like other people I thought it was a UK company otherwise would not have ordered anything.

Are these companies products checked by trading standards ? The bra quality is horrendous and smelt of chemicals. As for return to China this cannot be legal if trading in uk. There was a uk return address on the recieved package which did take 3 weeks to arrive from ordering. Never again will I buy online.

Cancellation sent 6 minutes after ordering but this was refused.Escalated to PayPal.Expected to pay over 50% of cost of goods to return to China when return address on parcel is Southall. Scam scam scam

I purchased as the website said Comfit Uk when I have tried to return them they want to send me more in a different size ! And to keep the originals no just send my money back. They then say it’s 25 euros to send back total scam company and not Uk it is china, do not use if you are over a C cup only positive is they are pretty and if you are smaller busted they probably would be ok.

I have 3 of the ‘original’ style confit bra’s. They’re comfortable and soft but if you move around you just end up with your boobs squashed together in one lump in front of you! Honestly not the best look!I literally can’t bare them unless doing nothing at all as I’m forever sorting myself out and would never go out in public with one on!

Total rip off company, say they have a return policy but after you purchase the poor quality products, they let you know it will cost you more money in shipping the product back to China where are these bras are made and it will cost you more than what you originally paid for the whole product. Total deceptive company in my opinion never buy from this company. Wish I would’ve read the true reviews before I bought their product.

I regretted ordering from this company the moment I read these reviews (which I should've done before purchasing). Awful bra, poor quality, obviously crap from China, doesn't support anything. They say they have a money back guarantee, that'll be a scam!

If I could rate them -10 I would!This is a Chinese company utilising a UK website address. The quality of the product is abysmal and the cost outrageous considering what you receive, a badly constructed bra with minimal stitching and zero support purporting to be a support garment that is comfortable, what a sham. And the return cost is basically the same price as the item purchased. Total rip off! Beware of this company!

AVOID at all costs. These bras do absolutely NOTHING! I'm sorry, but if there are people here stating they are amazing, then obviously its a friend of the company that is writing them. I returned (after spending £25 on postage) and was told I would get a FULL refund. Guess what, no refund! I reported them to my credit card company and they have refunded me thankfully. PLEASE don't waste your money on these bras.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered from them as it said uk and should of done my research first... that's on me! Absolutely awful product and has no support at all and looks cheap and feels cheap. When I requested to return they said I would have to pay so stupidly I did as evri offered £9 delivery. And when you've spent £60 on the bras it was worth it and better than the 50% refund they were offering. However, having sent them back they have refused to accept the delivery and is being sent back to me. I have emailed twice so far to find out what is going on and funnily enough they have gone quiet and not responding and no phone number. I feel like such an idiot for not reading reviews first.... I've learnt my lesson, and I wont be doing that again!!

awful item, faulty and didn't fit properly, asked for a return as it was faulty and they wanted a 25 euro postage cost... for a bra that cost 30 quid... its a scam! do not buy! I got my money back by raising as a dispute with paypal and took a photo of the faulty goods and repeatedly requested a full refund before raising a dispute.
