I shipped from the netherlands, but the delivery was very fast (within one week) and the quality of the bag is very good. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely order again!

I am really happy with the quality/price of the product. The only minor issue was with the delivery. They wrongly assigned the delivery adress: I paid for home delivery and it was sent to the deposit.

I was pretty disappointed. I chose to buy from them as the quality stated “very good” but the item itself had a lot of wear and tear especially around the buckle. I paid extra and chose to buy from abroad because of the quality described. I would have rather bought from an American company since the returns would have been easier since you have to pay for return shipping with this company. Their website says the shipping should be done within a few days but instead took weeks. I also emailed them and wrote on their instagram but they didn’t respond. I was really disappointed in the website claims and also the customer service.

I was looking at this bag for a long time. Eyeing it. When I felt that I had enough money; I bought it as a birthday gift to myself. I am super happy with the bag. It is beautiful and just as I expected it to be. True to the pictures. Great that things can be reused. And be loved by many different people. Good for the environment and good for my economy.

I have bought 2 bags from you but it is a bit of a risk to order bags from you as you do not show pictures of the inside of the bag. Look at Vintageonfriday.de they have a much better description of the bag. They also show pictures of the bag ID number and write the number in the text. If the custimer want, they can do an examination of the ID number before purchase, perhaps it reduces the number of bags that are returned.

I had a a great experience!I bought a bag online and when I came to pick it up in the store, it unfortunately did not live up to my expectations.That was no issue! The employee quickly found 3 other bags of the same brand and model and though I chose one more expensive than the one I ordered I was very happy with my decision and got really good service.

Did my first purchase online. My purse was sent quickly without any problem in Switzerland. It was really well wrapped and the purse amazing. Also appreciated the little gift : hanger to attach my purse and a certified card. I really recommend !
