Company lies about free shipping. When I went to check out they charged $6.50 for handling and carrier surcharge. I called and they said the $6.50 charge is mandatory. On an $18 order?????? How is this free shipping?

I received most of my order, still waiting on curtains for bathroom which are on back order til July. Ordered the the matching set with rugs and shower curtain, however unable to put up til I receive curtains. I'm very pleased with everything I ordered thar came. Unpleased, I wasn't informed about curtains til after I received my order.

Received garden wagon was exactly what I was needing. Easy assemble, only the washers for the wheel assembly were too small luckily had washers here that worked, so all was well. Made a cover and turned it into a "covered wagon" for a western themed party! Turned out really really cute!!

Placed an order for around $26,checked my bank account the next day and two amounts were listed on; one was $261and one for $240. I called customer service they stated the $240 was a pre-authorized amount that is held in addition to the billing amount and once the items are shipped the $240 would be released in 6 days. Since this was a debit account $500 was put on hold until shipment which I wasn't expecting.

The ordering process was easy. The items ordered were delivered in a box that kept the items from any damage during transport.

Great quality comforters and other items. We ordered a battery operated tea kettle clock. Very cute.But the teaspoon that hangs below it is stationery. Otherwise a very cute little clock that is a very nice size. The white/blue/yellow butterfly comforter is very nice quality. It is the third one we ordered. I just wish when the shams are offered you made them in kind size too. These did not option to order. Thank you.

I ordered items online and it was so user-friendly and completed in a matter of a few minutes.Also on the plus side the items were on sale and I received them very securely packaged in a week- it doesn't get any better than that.Great service with great prices!!!

Goody bags arrived fast and in great condition. Always have a good experience with this company. Every year I fill goody bags for the whole company everyone always loves them as I get different ones each year. Very pleased and ready for Christmas 2024.

These are the socks that I’ve been searching for since forever. It’s funny how no other retailers have these socks,but then again,I’m glad you guys did. I ordered a watch with a flower band. While it did look nice, the watch stopped working within one day. The pajama set, material was very thin, but I guess for the summer months it will be ok. Your prices are usually good. You get what you pay for.

Return policy is a bit steep. Our 12 year old niece opened catalog. I was very shocked that it contained very graphic pictures of sex toys! These should not be included in a family catalog. I do believe this is inappropriate for viewing by 12 year olds and I don't want to receive any catalog from you.

The shipping time was excellent. However, it is the product ordered and its quality that made the experience. One of the items was for a close friend that had bypass surgery and then short-term rehab. This was a welcome home gift and it made her day, and ours, too.

I received my product that I ordered. Just not satisfied with how long it took to arrive to its destination considering it was within the US. I feel 13 days was way too long.

I had issues making an order on the website. After a complete month, my order finally went through. I was about to delete the order when I tried for the last time. Then after weeks of ordering, I called the company and said that my order had not been received. I was told that it was in the Warehouse about to be shipped. When I finally received the order, it was short an item that I had ordered three (3) of. I received two (2). When I called, the lady said that the item would be shipped. It finally arrived about 2 weeks later.

I am happy with my selections from Collection Etc. The prices were great and the quality of the items are very good. They were delivered very quickly also.The only thing I can say negative is I receive too many catalogs from the company. They should save their money on printing and sending so many.

I RECEIVED TWO BEAUTIFUL BED JACKETS THAT I LOVE WEARING WHEN A LONG LENGTH ROBE IS NOT NEEDED. CAME QUICKLY AND THEY ARE EXACTLY LIKE PICTURED IN CATALOG.

Customer service is outstanding. I did not get my order (placed November 24, 2023) even though it said it was delivered. Collections Etc. replaced my order and shipped it to me promptly (in which I got, this time!) Thank you!
