Is colehaan.com Legit?

We have bought a lot of shoes from Cohen and they have been great, but I bought a purse and hardly got to use it and the straps are falling apart. When I contacted them about it, they told me it had been too long. I bought it at the end of summer last year so I only got to use it for a couple weeks. I brought it out to use it this summer and used it for a couple weeks and the straps are falling apart like crazy. I will never buy another Cole Haan purse. And as much as we like the shoes, I might not buy any more of them either because it’s really annoying that they won’t do anything to fix the situation.

I had a practically brand new pair of Colehann Nike Air wedge shoes that I bought 2 years ago. Had properly stored in a climate controlled room. When I went to wear them this year I wore them to the car, out of the car into two side by side stores. After the second store ( about an hour total) I noticed after getting back into my car that both of my shoe heels were completely blown out. Mind you they were practically brand new. I contacted ColeHaan customer service and they more or less said there was nothing they would do to remedy my loss. I would not recommend a shoe brand or any product for that matter that the company does not stand behind its product. After this experience I personally will never purchase anything ColeHann again. I suggest that you really consider throwing your good hard money after this crappy no good junk!

I had a horrible shopping experience with Cole Haan and will never shop their online store again. They were unable to help me change or cancel my order after making a mistake on my shipping address even after calling immediately after placing the order. They told me nothing can be done except change through UPS. UPS couldn’t help because of the restrictions Cole Haan has set for deliveries and told me they are the only ones who can make changes and could easily do so by calling UPS. I reached back out and Cole Haan refused. The representative was rudely repeating themself and would not give me any solutions. They would not give me a refund unless the order was returned so I am gambling my money on the honesty of the person the package was accidentally shipped to. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service with such lack of solutions or willingness to help. Worst experience ever.

The company is a fraud. Cole Haan ripped me off. UPS says it was delivered to an address and signed by "NAPIER". The package was not delivered at the address and no one named "NAPIER" works at the location. However, Cole Haan REFUSED to file a claim with UPS. UPS says the only Cole Haan can file a claim. I will never buy from CH again.

Worse costumer service ever! They do not allow any changes to the order once is made, they only want your money be aware of that. Not only that but they tell you call ups, ups told me to call them, ups force me to join their site and still they weren't able to change my order, after that ups wanted me to purchase their premium membership in order to be able to change it, which I didn't do it! I lost my money but I will never buy any of Cole Haan products and since I work as a shoes sales representative I will not recommend this shoes to any of my costumers. Be aware that this company only wants your money they are a rip off! !

Their shoes are garbage. They fell apart, and Cole Haan's customer service contacted me once to gather information on where they were purchased. However, after I provided the information, they never contacted me again even though I followed up with them multiple times. They even gave me a case number. I thought they were a high-end company, but now I know differently. I will never buy their shoes again.

Late delivery despite paying for express shipping, duty fee issues (website stated any duties applied at checkout) and poor customer service. Express shipping stated 3-6 business days. I needed it within 8 business days so I went ahead with my order. Once placed it took 5 business days to get my first email saying it had been prepared for shipping. Chat service didn’t provide any useful insights and kept abruptly saying ‘anything else I can help you with?’ AI or checked out staff?Phoned and the man I spoke to was rude and told me I was wrong about any delay because Cole Haan had been closed for 4 days due to 4th of July weekend. Something not mentioned when placing the order. I called back and got a more polite staff member but the line abruptly dropped 5 mins into our conversation and noone from Cole Haan reached out to me.Fast forward from July 3 to July 14 and I have received a note from DHL about a $45 duty fee. Contacted Cole Haan again and then said they will email me in 2 days with more info. In the meantime, no advice on what I should do given duties (if applicable) were meant to be included at checkout. I’m shocked by just how problematic this experience has been. Never again.

AL Rashid mall, khobar, Saudi Arabia Sunday 9, 2024 at 5:10pm. They were 2 ladies both doesn't speak English, no greetings to people coming in or so... 1 costumer was translating to another, I was there to exchange shoe size and was checking the socks while waiting, I asked her about the size twice (in Arabic) and she didn't reply neither cared she kept chatting with her colleague and not even an eye contact she just handed me the shoe, i had to open the box to make sure it's the right size! Extremely BAD SERVICE

Be careful, this is a fraud ! I bought shoes on the site with Swiss designation. The item was never delivered. I was sent several false delivery tracking numbers while the fraudster pretending the delivery being in progress, but each time the tracking number did not correspond to anything at all. 100% loss !

I bought a pair of men's leather dress shoes in August, 2023. I wore them twice before they literally disintegrated in May 2024. The heels on both shoes fell off in pieces on my second wearing. By lunch time, one heel was essentially gone and the other half gone. The shoes were obviously defective, but C&H would not issue a refund. Shoddy product with a manufacturer who does not stand behind its product. Buy any shoes from Cole and Haan at your peril.

Terribly uncomfortable shoe. Tried wearing for an hour and feet were killing me. I called to exchange or return, they will not do either. No marks or wear pattern.

Customer Serive seems to not exist anymore BUT I have to say Cole Haan has been fantastic. I have ever purchased shoes & handbags and everything has held up beautifully. I had 1 issue with a bad amd the company took care of the issue immediately. Shoes that I have given as gifts, the recipients have loved. Very very happy with Cole Haan

Very Bad experience with the online shop. As other customers mentioned, the size seemed to be different to the ones I know from Cole Haan shoes I bought in the store. When I returned them, I did not reveive my money back, but had to chase them for months. The customer service either does not respond or seems quite incompetent. I then received a voucher, with that I ordered new shoes. That was over a month ago, I have not received the shoes, and the customer service is not answering. The shipping fee I have paid already, but no shoes. It looks like they are einher extremely inprofessional or close to not being able to run their Business anymore. Don't order online.

I usually don't write reviews but this has been a uniquely horrible experince with the worst customer service ever. Advice: stay away from this brand!

Does not allow order cancellations. Delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was unable to help at all. Worst retail experience. Regret ever purchasing from the website. Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible.

Great service. At first the delivery company failed to deliver it and didn't communicate well. The service of ColeHaan.es was good, responsive, tried to solve it but was unlucky that now these shoes were out of stock. They saved it by providing a great counter offer. Got my comfortable and fashionable shoes in no time.

They sent a size smaller than I ordered. Their error. They were to be a gift. They took multiple days to initiate an exchange. Gift giving time passed. They then sent an email indicating they were initiating an exchange. They chose the location for me to return. So now I've got to repackage the wrong pair and drive to a pretty inconvenient location miles farther than the nearest UPS store. I told customer service they weren't doing anything different than a typical exchange even though it was their error and they said "Thanks for letting us know". I've ordered 5-6 pairs on my own previously and they'll be my last.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes, realized right after the order was placed that I auto-filled the wrong shipping address. I reached out immediately via chat, they said "due to security concerns we can't change or cancel your order, sorry". Tried emailing their customer service team, got no response. Couldn't cancel the order from my orders page. The shipping label wasn't even purchased for a full day after I ordered. Didn't get any update when they shipped the item like they said I would. Just worthless.

Customer service is terrible, once you purchase their product that start to fail after a few weeks they don't care. No effort to resolve the issue. It was a simple issue to resolve too. Never again will I purchase Cole Haan shoes. Another customer lost. Buyer beware..

I have an expensive pair of boot type shoes from Cole Haan that are practically new in condition with molded soles and heels that completely disintegrated. I went to the shoe repair shop and the repair person said all the injected Cole Haan shoes disintegrate within 2-4 years and not to buy them. I called Cole Haan and they said if the shoe is beyond 1 year old they don’t guarantee them. This is outrageous! I’ll never purchase another pair oh CH again!
