Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. Coinstash's customer service goes above and beyond. I'm very happy I made the switch from my previous coin wallet. From what I've heard, these guys are one or the safest on the market! I personally delt with Rose in regards to mt ID failing g to upload and a crypto transfer from coinbase was taking longer than expected. My fault oopsie
I have tried most exchanges, and find the personal service from coinstash unmatched , Highly recomend them , and fair prices ....
My constash wallet has been disable for about a year with my money in its … till now I’m unable to send out money .. I tried reaching out to the customers service but too no avail … please help out
I've been extremely grateful to discover that Coinstash offers a selection of recommended purchases to strenghten portfolios and generate income. I went haead and purchased most of them.
I contacted Coinstash today as had issues verifying my account. They acted promptly and within minutes I was verified. I find the platform user friendly and very happy with my first experience with support.
VERY GOOD CRYPTO EXCHANGE WITH EASE OF TRADING, BUYING, SELLING AND SWAPING MANY CRYPTOCURRENCIES.ALSO LOWER FEES THAN MOST OTHER CRYPTO EXCHANGES.
Have just started using Coinstash and needed help with my verification the support team were very helpful and gave prompt replies in assisting me. The platform is user friendly and I feel comfortable navigating the site.
I'm new to crypto I found the staff very helpful with any difficulty I had learning the process of buying..also give rewards for staking on platform . Fast efficient and Australian owned
Untrustworthy, shifty trading company - engage at your own risk To say that Coinstash is a synonym of poor customer service and murky business would be an understatement. Coinstash has been advertising the rewards programs all over their socials and email campaigns, beware of this, as it lured me in to open an account where I put in my hard earned money and commenced trading (as I’m new to it). I noticed high increments in a very short time, I put it about $447 and grew to about $3000+. Shortly after, my account was blocked by Coinstash with no explanation and when I reached out to their customer service team (their generic chat and someone named Daniel) I was told that they would look into it and after a few follow ups, they just ignored me (ghosted). Completely cut communication, left me on seen (if that’s not poor customer service, I’m not sure what it is). Almost towards the end of the week in which my account was blocked, I received an email from Simon from Coinstash advising me that there was an error - “We notify you that an error has occurred in our customer loyalty scheme, Coinstash Rewards. You received, acquired and accumulated fiat, digital current assets or reward points due to that error. Your customer loyalty rewards scheme points have been adjusted. By this email, we terminate the agreement between us. We have decided to close your account.” - and they decided to terminate the contract between Coinstash and myself, in which I requested a P&L report and a breakdown of the adjustments. I reached out to them a couple of times to them requesting an update on my case but I encountered the same story;left on read and no one to reach out to me. However despite them cancelling my contract, they continued to include me in their email campaigns encouraging me to keep trading with them. Needless to say that dealing with them has been a daunting, stressful experience and I would encourage you to not take the same leap of faith I took - After almost a month I received a refund which was much lower than the amount that was available in my account, and to this date, I have not received a P&L report nor the adjustments made to my account, despite having open channels of communication (on my end) and trying to solve this promptly. To anyone who cares about their money, is new to trading or thinking about changing app in which your portfolio is managed, I would suggest that based on my experience, you avoid Coinstash. I wouldn’t want another person that due to another of their errors (that could occur based on previous history) have massive loses on their hard earned money. To investors, please reconsider funding this company that has poor customer service, offers rewards to customers and has errors in theirs system, it really raises flags as to how safe will your money be, if the customer’s money whilst trading can be subject to errors based on their mistakes. Update from their reply - I tried to contact them multiple times prior to writing this review, it seems really poor that Coinstash only waits for bad reviews to appear publicly to address your poor customer service. What’s going to happen when I contact Coinstash about my experience. Be left on read like they have done multiple times?
Easy to navigate simple but appealing makes crypto a tad easier to understand. Staff are to the point but lack empathy.
After getting hacked i lost all information to access passwords, recovery emails and Apps on all my devices, Coinstash was one of them. After having no info to my account I honestly thought I’d lost my investment. Daniel from Coinstash went far and beyond to be able to identify that I was that true owner to my account. I can’t thank Daniel from Coinstash enough for his patience and keeping me up to date for 3 days until proving it was my account. Thanks Coinstash
Although I am not the smartest regarding crypto, Coinstash support is always on hand to offer advice and help solve any questions that I may have 👍
Easy to use app for a beginner. Local support that only takes 5min to answer questions. Took me no time at all to feel not only comfortable but confident
I incorrectly sent NEAR to a FLOW wallet & the transaction was pending then I thought processed and my NEAR lost forever. I contacted Support who were able to reverse the transaction & restore NEAR back into my account. I had a similar experience with Swyftx when I sent OCEAN via Metamask to the exchange and lost all my OCEAN as it went on the Polygon chain to an internal Ethereum chain. I was told then the cost of withdrawing the transaction was greater than the total value of Crypto transferred. An impressive piece of work by Coinstash and a very different outcome. Thanks.
Well set up website with excellent user interface. Staff are very responsive through the chat system. They really stand out in their set-up and service.
Awsome place to buy sell and get your money ou in Australia, highly recommended
Coinstash is a game-changer! Since 2017, they've been dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional finance and the world of cryptocurrency. With over 25,000 trusted members, they've created a secure and safe space for crypto investors. But they're more than just an exchange; they're a community that believes in the power of crypto to transform the financial landscape. Their experienced founders, Mena and Ting, bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Coinstash's vision to create a better financial future for all is inspiring. Highly recommended! 👏🚀 #CryptoRevolution #TrustworthyExchange
Easy to use and great technical support available to troubleshoot any issues.
A great Australian company that has the most competitive prices for crypto coins and fees
I've been trading on a few Australian crypto platforms and CS has provided me with the most pleasant user experience so far. Their support and verification process is the quickest on the market, BUY prices for some of listed crypto assets are lower by as much as 2.6% in comparison with other aussie exchanges and trading fees are very fair.Highly recommended.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
