We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 57.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to coinomi.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning coinomi.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between coinomi.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of coinomi.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of coinomi.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. coinomi.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether coinomi.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether coinomi.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

Very easy and if there is an issue (almost never the case), very responsive and helpful support!
In 2019, when I first started using Coinomi all was good. My assets and transactions were all available and safe.In mid 2023, I swapped coin A to coin B. Transaction was confirmed on explorer but coin B was not visible in my account. Customer service said it would be a while as they were having issues after I had tried various troubleshooting methods they had advised me to try.Now Feb 2024, I contacted customer service again, I was told rather bluntly that they did not have a timeline where or when my cryptowould be available. Just be careful and DYOR.
So I did a test batch of a low amount of $30 BTG. Then exchanged it for 27.1 0X and ended up getting $15.15 in 0x back with them taking the rest in “exchange fees” so almost 50% fee. Then they raise the “gas fee” to an extend where you can not take your remaining balance and transfer it off there exchange. I have never ever seen any other exchange any where do this. Mind you I have been doing this between other exchanges sense 2008 and never had such high rates or the in ability to allow you to transfer a balance off an exchange. So at this point it’s a loss of $30 dollars due to a greedy and non trustworthy exchange. 100% do not recommend using or even downloading the app. Scammer straight up. Just want to pocket your hard work.
Massive fraud.I changed Bitcoin to Monero. The money never came into my Monero wallet. The money has been gone for more than a month now.Contacted support several times - always the same answer."We are having work done on the Monero wallet at the moment, so new transactions aren't appearing and there may be issues refreshing/showing transactions. Do not worry, your funds are safe. Once all is done, every transaction will appear automatically in the app and balances will update. Apologies for the inconvenience."
I won money on Bovada, betting on NFL games. Tried to send my winnings through Coinomi to my bitcoin home address at Coinbase. Somewhere along the way they stole my money or let someone else do so. SCAM RIPOFF LIARS THIEFS CROOKS. Its been several weeks and I sent multiple messages asking about the funds. NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER from Coinomi.
i use several wallet apps for my crypto and coinomi is by far my favorite and most trusted. i've been using it since 2019 or 2020 and have never had a single problem with them. other users have claimed small issues being resolved satisfactorily and within a timely manner. love the amount of different coins that can be stored there and it's easy/convenient to make transactions and set fees based on how fast you need a transaction to be confirmed. hoping for the best with this one. cheers, Coinomi!
Internet says Coinomi has no transaction fees for deposits into your wallet. What it does not say is that you get spanked by 3rd party trading platforms for you to deposit into the wallet. I was charged £17 for an £80 deposit-ed723d10-92c6-4b66-871e-54d90bf23dce Total rip off!!
the exchange rate is a straight scam , fees are way to high, they use the API from changelly but they put extra fees so rather go and use the changelly or other exchanges.Telegram group is a big BS , scammers all over and if you ask some questions regarding the privacy of the wallet they ban you.update: straight up lie typical coinomi !
Have been using these guys on mobile and PC for years now (since they first came out). Had to contact support for the first time ever today because I did an exchange and wasn't paying attention like I should have been and wasn't sure which incoming wallet/address would be used. They responded to chat within a minute or two and were able to give me the info I needed right away. Better support than you'll get from just about any service provider in the US these days for things that are much more critical than a small crypto exchange. A++ You guys are great!
Excellent customer service! So much better than Coinbase's! When transactions I had initiated didn't go through, they took me step by step through the troubleshooting process until all was restored and right again. Meanwhile, Coinbase kept sending me completely unrelated content and didn't seem to have read my emails at all. Kudos to Coinbase for world class customer support by Nicholas and Chris. Very impressive.
I had an issue accessing my ETC in my wallet and was somewhat skeptical as to how much help I would be able to get from Coinomi. However, having explained the situation and working through it with Nicholas, over the span of 3 hours including 1 hour where I had to jump off, Nicholas was extremely patient and continuously provided support where needed. Although he didn't provide the exact solution (required some trial and error), I was very happy with the service provided. Thanks again!
I thought I've lost a transaction but patiently the Coinomi customer service helped me out EVEN THOUGH basically had only partially to do with Coinomi (my bad I didn't know Coinomi isnt into WETH yet...but they will). So what can I say...I've been using this wallet for a while and even another time I messed with the wallet cos I'm a real beginner they helped me out anyway. Highly recommend both for the pretty easy interface and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
all is excellent. But Receiving Eth from blockchain wallet, scanned QR code. And now its sent from blockchain(confirmed). BUT NOTHING RECIEVED !!so i need to know , where the money is. Trapped somewhere, took 16 confirmations. And low gas fees. But no money arrived on coinomi, im worried....
DO NOT USE! BTC & ETH was stolen from my wallet, transaction record show it was transfer out but I didnt make the transfer!Coinomi done nothing to investigate! If you want to loss your crypto then keep using coinomi!
I sent ETH to an ETC wallet from a crypto atm. Yes install the monkey ears. But COINOMI support staff ie Nicholas turned a problem into a solution in short order. Assisted me in correcting MY mistake in a clear and concise manner.Well done Nicholas. And Thank You again.Glen Chadwick
3,74 Monero just vanished frommy wallet. I wanted to change it in Bitcoin and it was said sorry no connection. After pressing synchronisate the Monero coins where vanished. It was said, never received monero coins. This is what their trouble desk answered :We are having work done on the Monero wallet at the moment, so new transactions aren't appearing and there may be issues refreshing/showing transactions. Do not worry, your funds are safe. Once all is done, every transaction will appear automatically in the app and balances will update. Apologies for the inconvenience. I will wait and will leave a notice if the coins will cpme back. Same happened to me allready in Mai 23 with my second coinomi wallet. The coins still away. See my notice before.
Best cryptocurrency wallet ever!Fast transfers, low commissions and many functions. Also fine interface, simple and good looking.Customer service could be much developed, but considering the fact that everything works practically without issues - it’s not so critical.
Hi ,Yesterday I opened my first wallet . There is a default in ETH that effect my account. Unfortunately I see lots of troubles coming up after reading the reviews . Also live chat is difficult to get in touch with . As a first timer you are scared that you loose everything. Also sent a mail , but they where a bit irritated about my questions . So will update if I ever receive my ETH coins . Nobody is answering chat … I think I lost my money in this .Update still no excess via the app to my crypto coins …. Totally useless! Chat is not responding . Again technician are busy ….29-12-2023
These guys are the worse. 300USD transaction and a 100 dollar fee for Bitcoin. Yes fees are high, but after paying such a high fee, the estimated time to the 1st confirmation? 24 hours. Absolutely shocking
I recently had a problem with my coins not transferring out of my Coinomi Wallet. I contacted support and Chris was able to walk me through the process of getting my coins to send. Turns out it was an ETH problem and not a Wallet issue. Regardless, Chris was gracious enough to work with me and help resolve the issue. Thank you to Chris for going above and beyond in helping me with a problem even thought it wasn't related to Coinomi.

“SCAMMERS!”
My worst experience of all time is dealing with Coinomi. I lost a lot trading with them, plans down the drain and they won't stop pressuring for more funds but they won't allow my own withdrawal. I read a review about them on a forum and how (solvlyin) via telegram was able to get money back from them. I reluctantly reached out and i can say it was the best thing i ever did to help myself. I got refund in just few weeks of works. Please don't lose hope!
“I do not support this broker”
While being so specific with my requests to them to ensure withdrawal, it was denied and met with excuses. I was stuck in this not util BAK. T R A I L filed a formal complaint on my behalf and ensured full reclaim

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.
