Coinhouse may be the least responsive crypto platform I ever used. No-one is ever available to answer your calls. They promoted their new Euro SEPA transfer platform to me, which I tried to use. After 3 days, due to the fact they outsourced security checks, my funds were still not in my wallet. I asked to be upgraded to Level 3, which the platform claims happens in a few hours. After 4 days, I was not upgraded without them giving me a reason. Coinhouse is a big challenge to work with.
