Is coinberry.com Legit?

I was deeply disappointed on here, my experience was fraught with issues not resolved. It’s a shame, as I had high hope based on their advertising but they won’t stick to the promises I left here for my peace of mind, I switched to a more reliable platform (Future Wise Immunity) for clarity, returns are decent and consistent. Customer support are proactive.

This is a platform used by scammers. After participating in few short trade transactions, when I tried to withdraw the funds, an unexpected change in one character in the address made the funds lost. Coinberry said the transaction was completed, but with an invalid address BTC wouldn’t accept the transaction and the funds never would have moved from Coinberry. They insist the transaction was completed which is false. Now they want me to deposit the same original amount ($14,173) while they investigate and get the funds back. Obviously a scam. My funds are lost. Careful with this platform. No good customer service.

Coinberry has no compliance or customer service. You can only contact by email. They are slow to respond and don’t provide any account information when requested. This platform is used by many scammers because of its lack of internal regulation and oversight. It is not safe and accounts can be transacted with by anyone who can gain access you account. No signatures required to transfer money out and no support from Coinberry if this happens. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Communication is difficult at times. I do not like withdrawal fees and can only withdrawal particular crypto. Need to upgrade graphing to be more accurate and interactive. I have been locked out of my account before and was unable to access my crypto. Ability to set stop losses would be beneficial. Overall it's pretty user friendly. Just need to make some changes to the above mentioned.

Very positive experiences thus far! Great customer service and I feel very great about their security as there are so many check points regarding transactions. Some may find annoying but a little inconvenience for peace of mind works for me. With all the new coins being offered I wish there was a way to filter out and save preferences on the mobile app. Also I hope XLM can be withdrawn in the future.

Following a supposed scheduled platform update, all access to my assets has been lost. They sent an email to reset password but once the password has been changed, I still can’t access my account. This is definitely a fraud attempt to steal honest Canadian citizens money. I am contacting the RCMP authorities to alert them on this scam and I urge everyone to do the same to stop those criminals and bring them to justice.

Don't expect to withraw crypto or deposit fiat without issues. I have to wait a day to several days for Coinberry to clear my request. I have contacted their office several times to clarify what I need to supply to make sure this doesn't happen. Unfortunately I get the run around and I am kept waiting in limbo. Don't expect support to respond after regular business hours; because they won't. Everyone leaves and again I am left in limbo. I highly suggest looking else where to purchse and move crypto.

HELLO IS THIS A SCAM??? MY BROTHER REQUESTED A LARGE WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT FROM HIS COINBERRY TO TRANSFER TO HIS OTHER EXCHANGE AND ITS BEEN 4 days we get no response from them, has anyone received their money back yet??? Help me understand if this is legit or scam?

I have applied to withdraw funds only to be told that I had tax to pay the tax, alleged to be due, upfront before I could withdraw any funds. This does not feel right to me but I was told it is "the rules of the crypto currency market". When I asked for the rules I was told that they were "unable to provide any" I hope the management will look into this

This platform is just amazing. It is 100% guaranteed. I really appreciate also their customer service. If you have any question or doubt, just reach out to them, they respond in time and get an appropriate response. It is highly recommended for someone who want to engage on digital trade.

Please do yourself a favor and don't ignore the 1 star comment. This company suck ! Getting your withdrawal is nearly impossible. They will block your transactions and ask your for personal information which are considered as a breach of privacy to only not bother replying to you anymore. It's very frustrating I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. You're better off using Newton or Shakepay

I would give no stars! Coinberry will not let you withdraw your funds and they will keep tanking because of their incompetence! I gave 1 star only because I'm not able to give 0 stars. Your process to sign up and fund a new account is absolutely atrocious. The last two people I have tried referring to your site to take advantage of the referral program have given up completely. I have given up trying to refer people. No issues with any other exchange except this one. Enabling funding for your exchange is frustrating and not intuitive for a lot of people. I have heard this from others. I didn't have any issue months ago with my account but evidently something has changed since then. I'm done.

I am over 70 years old and this was my first time on a cryptocurrency platform. I was nervous and frustrated with my inability to log into my account and was ready to give up. I reached out to customer support and it turned out be an easy fix. What I consider exceptional about the support is how patient and knowledgeable they were. Within a short period of time and a lot of understanding on their part, I was up and running. I am much more confident now, heading into this new trading adventure thanks to their help.

Look, I know there are some skeptics out there, at first I was a bit upset with the service, but they came back strong this week, either they had a lot of emails to deal with or something might have gone wrong with their systems for a week or two, I can't be too sure, but they have restored my faith fully with excellent, timely and expedited service due to the issues that I was facing.Thanks a lot, coinberry- Rich

While I have had excellent experiences buying cryptocurrency on your site I have one complaint and that is that thus far I have only been able to transfer one cryptocurrency over to my Ledger wallet. It would be even better if you allowed this, Stellar, Doge, etc. I will continue to use the site to buy crypto but hope you will change and allow transfer to Ledger on more brands of crypto.

Coinberry is an Awesome Site. I love working on this platform. The Customer Service is excellent and will get back to you quickly if you have an issue. Transactions are fairly quick depending on which bank you use. Normally they take a few hours...sometimes longer depending on the volume going through. Thankyou CB.

Worst experience ever. They Won't Let Me Withdraw my Crypto.Absolute rubbish.Easy to add money, nightmare to withdraw.No customer service, no contact number.Deserve to be shut down and fined in the process!Tosspots!I have given them every document they asked me to provide. I am pleased with the trading platform. Easy to use and very quick responses. My device is Samsung Galaxy Note 20. On the Android OS. My only personal issues are: 1. The Price Alert function doesn't seem to work for me.2. I have sent at least two emails on the this issue but has as yet to receive any response. 3. I think once I have signed on to the app with my credentials and biometric identification, and have responded to the 2-Factor authentication, I see no reason why I should authenticate again when I process a trade.
