Is coggles.com Legit?

Brilliant as always. I’ve used Coggles for about 6 years. Purchased many items. I’ve never had a single issue whatsoever. Item always as described, delivered extremely quickly, and at a good price.They’re just as good (if not better) as ASOS, house of Fraser etc but for some reason don’t have the same brand stature.Keep up the good work

Exceptionally reduced prices for designer clothing with next day delivery, what more could you ask for. Full tracking provided from order to delivery, I will certainly use Coggles again.

Nice selection of product but return process very inefficient. I have made two separate returns and each time it took 2-3 weeks and multiple messages for me to be able to get my money back.

Bought three items and returned one in late June. My return seems to have been stuck with Evri. Two phone calls later and getting on for two months passed, and I'm still chasing my refund and each time I've called they've said they'd get back to me within five days. Just give me my refund please!Update: Upgraded to a 4 after this was escalated as a result of my review. Have now been refunded and a goodwill credit provided. All ldealt with promptly today. Would have been great service but unfortunately my order showed the wrong size. I emailed them several times and spoke to online chat but they refused to change the size and picked packed and shipped the order 3 sizes too small. This obviously has to be shipped straight back at a cost to myself. So I’m still without my shoes and £200+ down

I would highly recommend Coggles. I bought a couple of items and the delivery was excellent. One of the items was too big and so had to return - the return process was super easy. There was a small postal charge to send the item back which many online companies are now adopting - it was a very small amount and allowed me to drop off at a box with no address label which is great as my handwriting is terrible! Many companies take ages to refund but the refund I got from Coggles was made as soon as the parcel got back to them! Superb trouble free and quality items!

My order was well packed and arrived very quickly. I really like the Crystal Haze earring. However, I think in the future I can be given an option of how I want my order to be packed. The small earring I ordered, in my view, doesn't have to be packed like a gift as it's for my own use.

They had advertised a strathberry bag as being the omni with measurements of w24.5cm h17cm but instead, I received a strathberry east/West mini which was 18cm by 12cm! Incorrect advertisement. The bag was lovely and arrived really quickly but not what I wanted so have returned it. The return process was dealt with much quicker over the phone rather than email which was just back and forth. I am now just waiting on a refund.

They arrived on time the price was very reasonable. There was no added extra cost. They completed the job in the time allocated and they were so kind and helpful taking care with their belongings covering them with the sheets, making sure that they positioned everything in the room that we asked, they went above and beyond, they were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Tre and his team top. Southampton removal is great on price and they get the job done.

These individuals are despicable! I ordered two shirts because I was unsure about the sizing. Unfortunately, neither of them fit well, so I sent them back on the same day and time. Both shirts arrived back at their location simultaneously. One shirt was promptly refunded, but the other one went missing for a week. Then, the real fun began! I received an email claiming that the shirt was not in an acceptable condition and was being sent back. Interestingly enough, that shirt miraculously appeared less than 24 hours later! When I requested photographs as evidence, they foolishly sent me pictures of a shirt that wasn't even the same color! They also accused me of removing tags, which was a blatant lie. To top it off, they even sent me the wrong size shirt, which explained why it didn't fit at all! The shirt they returned had marks on it, but I couldn't find a single one on the shirt they sent back to me. These people are absolute scoundrels, stealing hard-earned money from unsuspecting customers! They struggle to answer questions and simply repeat themselves like brainless robots. If you're thinking about buying anything from them, steer clear! I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. They won't get away with this scam.
