cocovillage.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives cocovillage.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 78.5. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Standard. Fair.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this above-average score? We came up with the 78.5 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to cocovillage.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Known. Standard. Fair. tags above. Long story short, we deem this website low risk, but you still need to pay attention to details and use common sense when engaging in online transactions of any kind. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning cocovillage.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between cocovillage.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of cocovillage.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of cocovillage.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. cocovillage.com is a low-risk website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether cocovillage.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether cocovillage.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, cocovillage.com.

Avoid Coco Village

It's well over a month past the promised delivery, and we still don't have our product (floor mats). And to make matters worse, they are shipping the mats in 2 batches. Like others, we asked for a refund but they denied that request. It was only when we asked for a refund that they actioned the shipping - but we have yet to receive the package. Terrible delivery time, and refusal to offer refunds. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.

Avoid This Company

Horrible customer service, subpar product and terrible shipping. Finally received my floor bed and rails after two months of waiting with non responsive and borderline rude customer service representatives. When purchasing the product, I was give a one month shipping timeline. One month arrives and pasts with no communication from the company. After serval calls I finally was given the rude response that the bed is coming from overseas and they have no control over customs. Don't give customers a timeframe if you can't keep it. The bed and frame arrive damaged - several pieces has the paint completely off. When informing the company of the issues I was told that they could send replacement parts that would arrive in 3 weeks. So the company wants me to wait a total of 3 months from a floor bed from China that I could have just purchased from an online retailer and had shipped overnight. So I am currently going back and forth with the company to get a refund which they do not want to honor. So the company wants me to pay to return a bed that I received damaged. Stay clear of this company. It is all smoke and mirrors.

Failed Commitments to Delivery, Poor Customer Service, Lack of Transparency

I feel compelled to share my recent encounter with Coco Village, and unfortunately, it's been far from satisfactory. While I understand that hiccups can happen, the combination of poor customer service and unmet promises has left me quite frustrated. Upon making my purchase, I was given a specific date range for the delivery of my item like most people. It's only fair to expect that a company stands by its commitment, especially when it's clearly stated during the purchase process. However, this turned out to be false advertisement. Apparently, this date range is a lie and you can expect the date to be extended beyond the indicated timeframe, and what's worse, there was absolutely no communication from Coco Village regarding the delay. It's as if my order had slipped into a black hole. Hoping for clarity, I reached out to their customer service department. To my surprise, I was met with a response that can only be described as puzzling and they basically told me that they don't know when it's going to ship. WHAT COMPANY GIVES THAT ANSWER? This lack of insight and accountability was disappointing, to say the least. As someone who believes in open and honest communication, this kind of evasive reply felt like a letdown. They couldn't provide any updates on new dates. It could be a month or a year or 5 years from now. Attempting to find a resolution, I inquired about the possibility of a refund. However, my request was met with complete denial. Coco Village seemed keen to emphasize that I had agreed to their terms of purchase. Yet, they fail to understand that their estimated delivery date clearly states a specified date range. Their items clearly state "This product will ship between the X and X of Month Year. Buy it now to reserve yours." Coco Village - if you do not meet your side, it means YOU, Coco Village Team, have failed your terms of the agreement. Their treatment of this range as an arbitrary estimate, with no sense of responsibility, raises serious concerns about their business and their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you have failed to meet your delivery promises and you have not shipped the items, you should refund your customers who request them. Now, I'm going to need to go through my card company. In my opinion, this experience highlights a significant shortcoming in Coco Village's approach to business. A lack of adherence to promised delivery windows, lack of updates, coupled with a refusal to address valid concerns, indicates a disregard for their customers' time and expectations. I would caution potential customers to exercise caution when considering Coco Village. While I understand that no business is immune to challenges, the way they handle these challenges speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication to their customers. There are numerous alternatives available that are more deserving of your trust and hard-earned money.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
