clubswan.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives clubswan.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 75.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 75.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to clubswan.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning clubswan.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between clubswan.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of clubswan.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of clubswan.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. clubswan.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether clubswan.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether clubswan.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, clubswan.com.

This is a scam and run by thieves. stay far away
I love clubswan! Been using it for a while now, my favorite part is the instant liquidity, I buy crypto it’s available right away, I sell crypto and the cash is available right away. Also I feel very safe with clubswan because they are full compliant, so many companies are here today gone tomorrow. I can’t say enough great things about this platform and app!
their support team are really helpful, despite multiple issues (crypto, card not working and 2fa) i encountered they are able to provide resolution immediately. they even provided options for me on how will i be able to access my funds without delays. in fact, i was mad at first but when they thouroughly explained the process to me i am able to understand on how will i use my account without any issues in the future and the fun fact, is that they provide all information which is so easy to understand. Great Job!!
I have used their card for about a year and it has become my primary channel through which I can spend my crypto. It gives me an option especially when I want to avoid the hustle on P2P marketplaces, which at some point were the only place I could go to convert my crypto into Ksh.
Shocking service, huge fees and it seems that even though they have concluded an exchange, they sit with your money, waiting now 16 hours for them to credit my account. When I speak to support, I get the same message, finance is investigating......
This service very unreliable, only for desprates. Crypto deposits takes weeks or might loss your funds without a refund.Customer service is horrible.Just stay away. I warned you. STAY AWAY.
What a disgusting company. They keep 7700 $ for more than 5 weeks now and do not proceed anything to solve the problem.I warn everybody to get even in contact to this fraudsters. The probability to lose your money is exorbitant high! And for this theft you have to pay 35$ monthly at least.Keep away from this liars!
I have had no issues with my card/account with ClubSwan. In fact it is so easy to use when booking any travel (flights, hotels, tours) I have used it without any glitches in Asia, Europe, USA and South America. Highly recommended!
Full marks for being first of a kind. Fees are high and i am not quite in that market but it will be interesting to see if in time and with competition this 3% rate will improve. Nice start though to this bitcoin subject
Was promised one card then sent another. Was told I needed to close my account to reapply for the card again for the card I was first promised. Basically loosing the funds I paid. Customer service is slow.
STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! Customer Support is terrible they will run around in circles!! The card works from time to time but can not work on any forex or crypto platforms nor can it withdraw cash from an ATM. The app is slow. When you sell BTC it TAKES HOURS and you can't sell all of it you have to sell it in several increments and each time getting the 3% fee. Terrible place. Rather get a Binance card
I transfered usdt to the club swan address like normal. I went to sell it to usd and it says temporarly unable to complete transaction. Chat with a rep and they said they are doing enhancements. I was not given a prior notice. They said they started this the 28th of June. I did not know till the 29th when I tried to do the transaction. Second chat and they said it was an unexpected error and both times have no idea when it will be fixed. WTH? My money is stuck and I need it asap. All I get are excuses. I need my money. On top of this they did manage to take the 35 dollar monthly fee from my card. Pissed! It is now the 4th of JUlY and no resolution. My money is still stuck. As of 7-7-23 no changes. Money is still stuck in their system! Stay far the hell away from clubswan!
Bad company when you deposit your money you have to wait 3 days to have in your account. But they take from you credit card instantly
Every time I ask a question, thery are always precise and to the point. But most importantly very respectfull
In early August 2023 ClubSwan/Nvayo Limited sent out an email without warning informing that services are suspended immediately, effectively freezing all customer balances ready to be spent in their prepaid card service.Withdrawal of fiat balances to bank accounts could still be processed they said as long as sufficient documentation was provided, i.e. bank statement and proof of address. I did just that minutes after receiving the email announcing suspension of services.Following that complete silence ensued. Numerous emails were sent with no response other than "The Financial Team is looking for a solution". Telephone calls were left unanswered. The Concierge service chat function is unable to give a status update of any sort or to give a timeframe when my withdrawal request will be processed, instead giving the textbook response of "We will reply as soon as we have a response from the Financial Team."In addition to this, on the same say services were suspended, the registered family name on my account was abruptly changed. Again, emails and the concierge were unable to answer why this happened, with the usual "The Technical Team is investigating this."Hopefully the so-called Financial Team can finally take this seriously and provide an answer to my questions. Failing that, I will expose them through all social media channels using our communication as evidence and do whatever it takes to get back my money.EDIT: 1 year and 3 months later, I STILL have NOT received any response when I will be getting my money back. To make matters worse, I contacted the UK Financial Ombudsman explaining my situation and they said that there is currently nothing they can do as NVAYO LIMITED is not actually a regulated company.
Club swan keeps money which has been deposited more then 3 Months already! This company is already bankruptcy
It is great company and perfect system for my situation I wish everyone will use this !!
I have had a login issue longer than it should have taken to fix but is now sorted so all good.
I've been using the app for last 3 years. I am satisfied with its service and quality.
Scam, card never worked and they didnt refund.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
